Wedding - Black Tie Optional

* Men: a tuxedo is preferred, but a dark suit & tie is also acceptable.

* Women: a formal evening gown is suggested.

Welcome Party - Cocktail Attire

* Men: A suit or sports jacket is recommended (tie optional).

* Women: A semi-formal dress of any length.

We are providing shuttle transportation for all guests to and from the venue.

* Pickup Location: Across from the host hotel (Hyatt House Historic District) at the corner of Spring Street. Staff will be onsite to greet and assist.

* First Shuttle Departure: 3:30 PM, with a second shuttle shortly after.

Note: There will be no additional loops after the second shuttle. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM.

* Return Shuttles: Begins at 10:00 PM after the reception, with multiple loops to accommodate all guests.

wedding events will be held both indoors & outdoors:

* ceremony & cocktail hour: outdoors on the grand lawn by the water.

* Dinner & reception: Under a permanent tented structure connected to the main house.

In case of rain, tents will be available for outdoor events, and heaters will be available if it's cold.

Charleston in mid-February typically enjoys mild weather, with average highs around 70°F and lows near 50°F.

* However, temperatures can vary, so we recommend a light to medium-weight jacket or wrap for cooler afternoons and evenings.

On-site parking is available, but no vehicles may remain on the property overnight.

After the reception, join us for an After Party at the Pour Taproom located in the Host Hotel, Hyatt House Historic District!

* The party will begin after the reception ends at 10:00 PM.

We are happy to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions!

* Please indicate any restrictions in your RSVP or let Savannah or Spencer know directly.

* We will inform the venue, and they will adjust the menu accordingly to meet your needs. Please do not hesitate to let us know!

If you’re still in town on Sunday (2/16/25), we’d love for you to join us for a relaxed and casual drop-in at Revelry Brewing! It’s completely optional ◡̈

* Swing by anytime between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

* The brewery is just a 6-minute drive from the host hotel.

* Vibes are super laid-back - so come by whenever you’d like, and wear whatever you’re most comfortable in (e.g., jeans, leggings, sweatshirts, etc.)!
