The wedding is formal. We feel that the appropriate dress code is 'black-tie' & ' western-formal'. We love to get dressed up for special occasions and encourage our guests to do the same. Some examples include: Hats are welcomed (ball cap & western hats), dresses, blouses, nice jeans, dress pants, button-ups, suits, etc.

We advise guests to get there 15-20 minutes early before our ceremony. Once the procession begins, late guests will be asked to wait to enter until after our ceremony.

Yes! There will be parking, but there may be limited parking - so please carpool if you can. If you are drinking, please have a designated driver or other arrangements. We want everyone to get home safely. We value the lives of everyone.

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accomodate plus ones (unless specifically indicated on your envelope). For example, if you have a plus one, your address will be listed as 'Mr. /Miss XYZ and Guest'. If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you can have a plus one. We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We hope you understand.

Due to the limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to 'The {Your Last Name} Family' if your children have been invited.

We kindly ask you to avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

We will be having an open bar (with a certified bartender) with our favorite alcoholic beverages - while supplies last. We will also have non-alcoholic beverages available.

Please RSVP no later than 05.01.2025 using the QR code on your formal invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP 'not attending' so we can plan accordingly.
