We recommend this hotel as an alternative to the Hotel Madera. It is also located in Dupont, is a 6 minute walk from the Madera, and a 5 minute walk from the Dupont metro!

Dupont Circle Metro - South Entrance
This metro stop is central where our wedding reception will take place as well as where are recommended hotels are located. This stop serves the RED line; follow the below instructions for navigating to this metro stop from one of the two nearby airports:
From DCA:
1. Take the yellow line going towards Mt. Vernon Sq. OR the blue line going towards Largo
2. Get off at Metro Center
3. Follow signs for the red line going towards Shady Grove and take this train
4. Get off at the Dupont Circle stop
5. Follow the signs to exit at the South exit (rather than the Q Street exit - either one will work but this the South exit closer to the Madera Hotel)
From IAD:
1. Take the silver line going towards Largo
2. Get off at Metro Center
3. Follow signs for the red line going towards Shady Grove and take this train
4. Get off at the Dupont Circle stop
5. Follow the signs to exit at the South exit (rather than the Q Street exit - either one will work but this the South exit closer to the Madera Hotel)
