The weather will likely be hot and we want everyone to be comfortable. Please dress in your Sunday best, but take into consideration the heat. The venue is not air conditioned, but we will have the doors open and fans blowing. "Dressy-casual" is fine by us. It is a barn after all.

While we'd love to accommodate everyone, we are unfortunately working with limited space. Please only bring the guests whose names are specified on your invitation. All guests or "plus one" names have been pre-loaded to the RSVP section, making it simple to find your invitation. Please contact us if you think there's been a mistake.

Again, we have limited space and while we'd love to have every little one in attendance but please only RSVP for those listed on your invitation. We kindly request that you keep an eye on your kiddos at all times as this venue is located in a rural area posing a safety hazard should someone be too eager to explore. We will have child-friendly activities available to use in and just outside of the venue. Please do not allow children under the age of 12 to self-serve their food or dessert or operate the selfie camera. Lastly, please limit free-roaming during highlight moments of the night such as first dance, speeches, etc. We appreciate your consideration!

There is very limited reception at the venue/ceremony location. Please ensure that you review directions before heading to the venue and be sure to utilize the street address 3576 Stub Rd Defiance, MO. The GPS may tell you to turn toward the left upon entering the park, but stay on the main drive and it will lead you to the barn at the very back of the park. If you need Uber or Lyft, you will need to walk to the back of the barn or parking lot for adequate cell service. Ensure the app is downloaded before you arrive and please drive safe!

We will have a buffet-style dinner composed of Italian Salad, Brisket, Chicken Parmigiana, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, White Cheddar Mac, Honey Glazed Carrots, Creole Green Beans, and Rolls. There will also be a bar available (select beer, alcohol, and wine). Non-alcoholic beverages will be supplied as well. If you have a specific drink preference, you're welcome to BYOB so long as it is not in a glass container. Please be mindful of your consumption as this venue is located in a rural area with wildlife and winding roads and we want for everyone to arrive home safely.

You can begin submitting your RSVP response as soon as possible, but please RSVP no later than July 27, 2025. Due to seating and catering finalizations we will only be able to accommodate those who RSVP by this deadline. Please let us know soonest if you will be unable to attend, even if you'd already RSVP'd as attending. We understand that it's a holiday weekend and you may already have other obligations. While we will miss your presence, we do understand so please RSVP accordingly.

Your presence in celebrating this special day with us is the greatest gift of all. If you feel inclined to contribute to our future together we'd be grateful for a contribution from our registry (Target & Amazon) or to our honeymoon fund. Please do not feel obligated and we look forward to spending the day with you!

All are welcome to both the ceremony and reception. Please arrive to the ceremony 10-30 minutes early. We will begin promptly 3:30pm.
