Q + A

FAQs

When should I RSVP?

We kindly ask you RSVP as soon as you can when you receive your invitation! This is extremely helpful to us for finalizing details and accommodating the vendors requested deadlines. The RSVP deadline is Sunday August 18, 2024. Any unanswered RSVPS will be counted as a no & we will miss you celebrating with us! If you don’t respond and still plan on attending, bring a chair and a sandwich!

But what shall I wear?!

We look forward to seeing our family and friends dressed up with us! The wedding attire is semi-formal/cocktail. We want you to feel and look fabulous! Our only request is for guests to refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, ivories & creams, as well as anything similar to sage green as that is the bridal party’s attire.

When should I arrive?

Please plan on arriving at least a half hour before the ceremony starts. We recommended arriving around 2/2:15. There will be a short adventure to the ceremony site from the parking lot which can take a few minutes weather by tractor or walking. We believe in picking a seat and not a side, as we are all family once the knot is tied! There will be treats and refreshments waiting for you while you’re waiting for us!

Do we have a registry?

Your presence is the best gift we could ask for! There is no better gift than lifelong memories. But yes, we do have a registry available if you decide to choose a physical gift, located in the registry tab. We greatly appreciate everything more than words can describe!!

Are kids invited?

We love your kiddos as much as you! However, our ceremony & reception will be an adults-only event. We hope you can enjoy a night off, bring your dancing shoes, let your hair down & celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

While we do believe in the more the merrier, due to limited venue capacity, we kindly ask that only those names on your invitation attend. Your invitation will be made out to “{ Your Name & Guest}” if a plus one has been given to you.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

The ceremony portion will be unplugged. We kindly ask that everyone put away their cell phones & have them on silent. We want everyone to be truly present during this important moment in our lives. We have amazing photographers that will capture every moment and will share the photos when we receive them. For the remainder of the evening we highly encourage everyone to take all the photos and videos so we can look back on this day forever! We would love for you to share the moments you capture using our hashtag #ItsALoveZagorski

What will the weather be?

October is peak fall season in New Hampshire. But as we know, New England weather has a mind of its own. We can usually except temperature ranging from 40 to 60 degrees, with cooler temperatures at night.

Is the wedding outside or inside?

Both! The ceremony will be held outside in a large grass field surrounded by pastures filled with highland cows! You will have the option of taking a tractor ride or walking through an enchanting pathway to the site. The reception will be held inside a heated barn.

Parking?

Yes! There will be plenty of parking assisted by attendants directing traffic.

Will there be an open bar?

Shots shot shot shots! Just kidding, well, kinda… yes! There will be an open bar with a selection of liquors, beer, wines & seltzers. Cash tips are preferred for the bartenders working the event!
