As many of you may know, Trista and Sam went to high school together and met in the weight room. After a bit of chasing from Sam, it didn't take long and the high school sweethearts knew it was endgame. They then went onto The College of Saint Benedict and St. John's university to pursue a degree in Business (Sam) and a degree in nursing (Trista). Once Sam finished college and Trista had one year left, Sam purposed in Medora, North Dakota where they had previously visited together and fell in love with the small town.
