Beef- Grilled 8oz sirloin topped with truffle herb butter Chicken- Seared semi-boneless chicken breast basted with lemon and herbs. Served with mushroom Marsala. Fish- Pan seared salmon with mango relish, and scarlet orange butter. Vegetarian- Ravioli with a vodka red sauce, artichokes, grilled portobellos, spinach, basil and parmigiana. Vegan meals can be specially requested. Snow peas, shiitake, baby corn, broccoli, red peppers, Thai coconut sauce, cilantro and cashew fried wild rice.
