To celebrate their 5-year anniversary, Zach and Danielle embarked on a trip of a lifetime to Scotland, a place close to their hearts as it’s the backdrop of their favorite show, Outlander. Just like in the series, Scotland proved to be breathtakingly beautiful and rich in history. Zach chose the first morning of their trip to propose, setting the scene at a castle perched atop a hill with views of picturesque daffodils, baby goats, and sprawling farmland. Danielle, of course, said yes. They spent the rest of the day exploring a charming market nearby and capped it off with dinner at a restaurant where the staff offered a Scottish blessing to the engagement. They hope their wedding day will capture the magic of that unforgettable experience to share with their family and friends.
