Our wedding was more than we could have ever imagined. We also had the opportunity to talk with Rev. Knox's wife, Teresa, who is very sweet and who was very helpful in our wedding planning. They both have a lot of knowledge about weddings and they are both awesome to work with!

My husband and I came from different religious backgrounds, but we were still able to develop a ceremony that we both loved. As a side note, if you're trying to decide on an officiant, I highly suggest calling and talking to them. The first time we called, we had the privilege of speaking to his wife who was truly a delight. The way she talked about her husband demonstrated pure authentic love, which to us was inspiring and showed how a relationship should be. ehearsal so the first time we met Reverend Kevin was moments before the ceremony began. Although we were a little nervous about the flow of the ceremony, he was very calming, lighthearted and easily put our worries at ease. The ceremony was B E A U T I F U L, and the reverend played a giant role in that. He didn't let the squawking turkeys interfere with the start of the ceremony (we were outside on some grounds with roaming wildlife), and encouraged my husband to kiss my ring once he put it on my finger after the ring vows. All of his readings were clear, and worded things so that we knew the correct responses despite not rehearsing, which was much appreciated. He is a true professional and a master at what he does - his readings and prayers were sincere and we felt like we've known him for years. Many of our guests also had wonderful things to say about him, and that he was the best officiant they've seen. If you want a loving, sincere, and perfect ceremony officiant, I highly recommend A Beautiful Ceremony!!

What was great about working with Kevin is we really didn't know what we wanted to do as we both come from Catholic families and are Catholics ourselves but we have recently transitioned into more of a non-traditional Christian outlook so having Kevin there go guide us through our spiritual journey really helped us. Kevin has a blueprint that lists step by step milestones and examples of what each milestone can be so we were able to build our a custom ceremony that worked for us. We ended up going with a mixture of traditional/sentimental warm touches with our own custom vows and meaningful prayers and blessings throughout. One detail I appreciated is Rev. Kevin asked us what we prefer that he wears being that we were not in a Church (we got married outside at the hotel) he wanted to ensure that he was being respectful to us and our parents which was a very thoughtful touch. On top of Rev. Kev being so organized and kind, he also is very well spoken and very clear communicator. Not having our usual religious leaders there with us at first was a concern being that the ceremony is the biggest part of the wedding and this was a destination wedding. Rev. Kev really has a way with connecting with you in a short period of time so it felt like we were at our altar with someone we knew for a very long time and he also was able to connect and capture the attention of our guests as well.
