Second, planning with them was difficult- upon initially reaching out, we sent many emails back and forth to decide what/how much cake to order, and came up with a plan. Then, 2 months before the wedding we got an invoice that was completely incorrect (order for a cake that would provide 65 pieces instead of 180). I emailed a response to correct the mistake, and their response back to me was again incorrect. At this point, I was nervous and I wanted to clarify by phone, so I sent an email asking them to call me. They responded that they were too busy to call me and continued to clarify by email. Eventually we got the order corrected and the cake delivered was the correct amount, but they were difficult to work with.
