We did a destination wedding at the Adams Estate and couldn’t speak more highly of the venue, staff and experience!!! Eve and Sean were professional, kind, quick in their response over phone and email and helped us in each step along the way. The venue is picture perfect and made every photo look like a movie. The caterer and DJ service they suggested were great and I would suggest the Adams Estate for anyone who is looking for an intimate, classy, timeless venue!

Working with Adam’s Estate and Abbey the day of coordinator was an absolute pleasure ! The venue itself was dreamy, and Abbey along with all the other staff truly made the day so special. Abbey made sure everything was fully organized and even after she was the done the staff that took over was wonderful. The venue is just gorgeous all throughout, so many places to make lasting memories. I would not have changed a thing, definitely recommend!

I couldn’t imagine a more perfect venue for our special day! Adams Estate offered everything we could have wanted and more. From the spacious bridal suite, groom's loft, gorgeous ceremony garden, enclosed tent for dining, guest lodging on property, and last but not least a breathtaking view! I was fortunate enough to have Sean Middlebrook as my Day of Coordinator who also is the General manager of Adams Estate. Sean made planning a breeze, he was so patient, knowledgeable, accommodating and passionate. My husband and I created memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. Adams Estate will forever have a specific plan in our heart!

Adams Estate is the perfect wedding venue in Polk County, FL! I loved how the upstairs of the estate served as a huge bridal suite for all my bridesmaids to get ready. The boathouse served as the perfect spot for the rehearsal dinner the night before as well as the loft above for the groomsmen to have a spot to hang out prior to the ceremony. I also loved how the venue had both indoor and outdoor elements allowing for guests to take a break from the FL heat during the reception. The air conditioned reception tent was also a huge bonus that allowed for an outdoor feel with indoor AC. The cottages onsite allowed for our out of town guests to have an easy place to stay and everyone who stayed at the venue loved hanging out at the pool the night before and following the reception. Sean Middlebrook was a pleasure to work with as well! Truly an amazing venue that will serve as a beautiful backdrop to your wedding day!

The Adams Estate was beautiful. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout the planning process. Many of our vendors came from their preferred list and we had an incredible experience with everyone. Our friends and family all commented on how beautiful the venue was and how well everything flowed.

Having our wedding at Adam’s Estate was a dream! The venue is gorgeous, the staff goes above and beyond, the property offers everything your event guests could ever need, and the sunsets on the lake are breath taking. Highly recommend!!

Debbie was our liaison and worked closely with my event planner to ensure all the details lined up. We had our rehearsal dinner in the boathouse. There was some confusion regarding the catering as (Eve - The owner) had mentioned self catering however there was a fee associated with it which was quite disappointing. We ended up using an approved caterer and the rehearsal dinner went off without a hitch. The wedding day was absolutely stunning. It was super easy for setting up the bar, getting access, and seeing the vision come to life. We had a great team assisting us and really enjoyed our wedding day. The refundable deposits were immediately sent back to us the day after the event which was an awesome addition to just getting married. Debbie was very quick to respond even responding while on vacation and providing detailed responses and listened to any concerns we had. Highly recommend requesting Debbie if you get the option to. We decided to complete a room block on the cottages for the wedding and it was probably the best decision we made. We had all of our friends and family join us for a pool day followed by an after party - then after the wedding we had another after party. It was so much fun and everyone love the option of hanging out with us more after the event was finished! Johanna was extremely responsive and texted me when each room was available and even left doors unlocked so I could provide a welcome gift to those staying onsite. And to top it all off we had 2 incredible sunsets while we were there!

I recently coordinated a wedding at Adams Estate and they were so easy to work with, responsive to all of our questions, and extremely kind and helpful the day of.

I cannot say enough about this venue. It is so beautiful! Incredible grounds and facilities and the staff, from the top to the bottom are all so incredible! As a planner, it is so good to know that you have a full support team from start to finish. Debbie was amazing to work with and the day of staff, Jess and Jeanette, were so helpful and always there when you needed them. I would highly recommend this venue to all Brides and Planners.

I was really envisioning a venue for my wedding that felt like an early 2000's romcom, like wedding crashers or 13 going on 30. The Adam's Estate was matched that and then some! I do not have enough word to convey just how great the venue is and the staff that work there! It truly was so magical and perfect and I cannot recommend this venue enough! I wish I could live at the Adam's estate, it was so perfect.

I will start by saying that you may think you are choosing Adams Estate, but it really is choosing you. This magical place will speak to your heart from the moment you arrive. I was the mother of the bride and my daughter made her decision from the minute we drove up to this beautiful property. We canceled our second appointment that day at another venue because the bride knew there could be no other choice. There is a peace and tranquility here that can’t help but put you at ease. Our experience was simply elegant and tasteful from start to finish. The vision became reality with Eve’s help. She is very attentive and responsive. This property has been in her family for generations. It is her heart and soul’s labor of love, and it shows. If you think you will find better accomodations for guests in the area, you will not. The cottages are immaculate, perfectly decorated and comfortable and gives everyone a chance to be together days before and after the ceremony. The bridal suite and groom’s loft are beyond spacious and perfect for day of for the bridal party. A magical time for us all. We will return to stay at this beautiful place to make new memories and to recall Bridget and Josh’s special day. Thank you Eve and Sean and staff. We only looked at one venue and signed the very same day. If you’re looking for a venue that isn’t a barn or a beach like we were, there’s no place better. We also used Eve as our day of coordinator and she was so helpful, patient, and accommodating every step of the way. Our guests loved staying on site for the entire weekend and we were really happy to have done our rehearsal dinner in the boat house as well. The getting ready areas are spacious and worked with 15 girls getting ready. We’re looking forward to spending a weekend on site in the future to relive the memories.

Good energy here since the day that we toured! The Adams Estate is such a responsive and accomodating venue. The feel to the Estate is so comfortable and puts you at ease! The Adams Estate was the most incredible venue, it definitely exceeded our expectations. Every one of our guests commented on how stunning the venue was and being able to stay on site was an extra bonus. Booking our wedding from the UK and only seeing videos and photos, Debbie our events Manager was extremely helpful and professional every step of the way. She ordered sparklers for us, gave recommendations for vendors including ones that weren’t on their preferred list and even changed the date of our wedding with no extra charge due to a hurricane. Without Debbie, our wedding wouldn’t have been possible. I would recommend the Adams estate to all that are thinking about getting married in Florida. I had a small wedding and it was perfect, but also perfect for a large party too.

The are no words to explain the excellent Services we received at The Adams Estates. From my first conversation with Eve, she reassured me that all will be well. Honestly, they have superseded my expectation, and I would recommend this venue to anyone that is looking for pure professionalism, kindness, and excellence. Their general manager “Sean”, has been a coordinator, a friend, and a great help “every step of the way”. In addition, we stayed at the beautiful cottages that are on the grounds. The Adams Estate ended up being the most perfect place I could dream to have my wedding! It is naturally GORGEOUS! Our guests had a great time and only had good things to say after the wedding. Abbey was my coordinator and she was so kind and helpful. She was super easy to relate to and thought of everything to keep me stress free. When the wedding day came, everything went so smoothly and the staff made sure my husband and I had everything we needed to have the best day of our lives.

The team at the Adams Estate is nothing short of amazing. To say our wedding was a dream come true is an understatement, even though that sounds cheesy! The Estate is stunning, incredibly well-maintained, and classically gorgeous. We had a very small wedding (about 40 guests) and were able to host most of the party on site in the Estate's cottages overnight. The cottages are absolutely jaw-dropping; almost all of our guests commented that they wished they could live in them full time! Everyone believes that their wedding is/was "the best" wedding, but I've never heard anyone rave about a venue like our guests did about the Adams Estate. Some other fun things we did: -Brunch for our guests in the boat house (an underutilized space for sure) -Rehearsal by the pool for serene photos -Dinner AND reception under the stars on the patio But your options are limitless here. Eve and everyone on the team were always available to answer questions and accommodate all sorts of odd requests. If we could get married again, I would do it here.

Our Day of Coordinator was Abbey and we felt completely confident and taken care of from the moment we met her. She is just lovely. Not to mention, this venue is unbelievably gorgeous. SO happy with our choice and will forever look back with the best memories of our wedding day.

Adams Estate was an absolute dream come true. It’s truly the most beautiful venue I’ve ever seen. Both myself, my husband, and our families immediately fell in love with it upon our first visit there; We rushed to the office to book our date! Abbey, Eve, each and every member of their staff are the kindest, most supportive, and just fabulous at their jobs. They make the wedding planning process even more enjoyable; They’re always there for the big things, and all the little things you might not have thought of! There are so many wonderful things I can say about Adams Estate. We had the most amazing day of our lives at this place, with these people, and we’re forever grateful!

The venue is breath taking and they continue to improve it! I love the indoor/outdoor experience. My wedding was everything I could have ever dreamed of.

You can find beautiful venues all across Florida but Adams Estate offers so much more than a gorgeous setting for a reception. * Cottages. Their beautiful cottages on property are modern and homey. Our families and closest friends stayed with us at the cottages, where we were able to spend quality time with our loved ones all weekend instead of just one day. We had a small rehearsal dinner on property and the day after the wedding, we hosted a breakfast (pjs and mimosas) at one of the cottages. * Bridal Suites. The spacious groomsmen loft has a beautiful setup with a poker table and a ping pong table. The bridal suite is every girl's dream, with unlimited space to help organize everyone's belongings and still have extra room for beautiful pictures. * Team. Everyone we worked with at Adams was genuine and a true professional. However, Debbie was my main point of contact and played a very active role throughout the planning process. She was always quick to reply, actively provided information and services before we even asked, and shared great advice & expertise. She was so accommodating and her work gave me peace, knowing that we were in great hands.

I had the absolute privilege to have my wedding at the beautiful Adams Estate. They were so amazing and even though they had to cancel my original date due to hurricane Ian, they made mg new day feel special and taken care of.

THE ADAMS ESTATE TEAM IS AMAZING! From the moment we stepped on property and met with Eve to walk the venue the first time, we knew we had to our wedding at this estate. It's beyond gorgeous and during "golden hour" nothing compares to the views and photos we got on the lake, by the trees and around the grounds. On top of that Eve and her Team ( Debbie and Julann, to name a few) make the process seamless and easy. I didn't even have a wedding coordinator, though they would have added that if needed it, and I felt ZERO stress during my planning process in regards to the estate leading up to and day of. We also stayed on property for two days and did a rehearsal dinner the night before with all our friends and family. And the Team helped me with every question, helped my in laws when they wanted to the see the property prior to the wedding, they even gave input when I needed it and couldn't decide on napkin colors. And added bonus was it felt like they were just as excited for us to get married as those who we invited to the wedding. I cannot say enough great things about this Team and property. From small wedding to large they work to make everything work and exactly the way you want it. Thank you EVE! And your team, you all made our weekend amazing because we were not worried about a SINGLE THING.

From the moment I toured the Adams Estate as a potential wedding venue, I knew there was something special about it. My mom and I both teared up when visiting because of how special it was, and how Eve was so kind to us and treated us like family when giving us a tour. The Adams Estate has everything I have ever dreamed of in a wedding venue - a timeless, classy estate house, breathtaking landscaping, and for staff like Debbie and Eve who were there for us every step of the way. Debbie was there for us anytime we had any questions, and made the wedding planning seem effortless! Our wedding day was picture perfect, and surpassed anything I could have ever dreamed of. Even in the midst of unpredictable weather in the hours leading up to the ceremony, Debbie was very flexible with all of the vendors and made my dream wedding happen in the garden still. The wedding day was perfect and everything ran so smoothly. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to! It truly was a fairytale day, and I felt like a princess at this venue. We are so grateful for the Adams Estate, for Eve & Debbie, and for everyone who made this day so perfect. If you are visiting this page, it is probably because you are not looking for your ordinary wedding venue. It is not a barn. It is not beach. It is not hotel. The Adams Estate is in its own category- It is truly something remarkable. Unlike other venues, the Adams Estate is yours from 8 AM - 11 PM. You can actually enjoy your venue all day! Do not worry grooms out there - there is a private boat house just for you and your guys as well! The entire estate is like something out of a movie. It is preserved to maintain its southern charm but flares of modern touches peak through. I would recommend to leverage the tent, especially if you are getting married in the late spring and summer. The open air terrace is beautiful, but the heat is a bit much as the sunset. But you are in for a treat for that sunset! It is impossible to get a bad picture. The Adams Estate , with all of its classic, romantic, southern charm, is nothing without its staff. We were introduced to this restored family estate by Eve, one of the owners, and she cried when we said yes. And that kind of emotion and support is what you want on your wedding day. Eve then introduced us to Debbie, the event manager. Debbie was organized, kind, and creative and I would strongly consider asking about wedding coordinating services if you decide to book at the Adams Estate. All in all, I am so happy the Adams Estate was part of my fairy tale!

Such a beautiful venue. It has multiple areas to have reception, ceremony, cocktail hour etc...The staff are kind and encouraging. This is truly a gem in the central FL area. It is unique and unlike other venues. If you are looking for something elegant and different than a beach venue or barn wedding look here. Worth every penny. The cottages on property were perfect to stay at after the wedding and so relaxing. We loved our wedding and this venue.

You won't find a better venue! Weddings is what they do and they're darn good at it besides that this venue has the best of Florida's natural beauty. It is expensive but so worth it to have the professionalism and expertise on your side the whole time. The onsite cottages are above and beyond, I honestly miss walking around at this venue. Looking forward to booking a night or two at the cottages just to have a relaxing get away!

The Adam’s Estate is a DREAM venue for a true Florida wedding. The atmosphere, landscaping, estate house, lake, and oak trees are spectacular. The staff is lovely and professional too! Debbie was our coordinator and she took care of all our wedding day stresses including timeline and vendor coordination. There are plenty of perks to this venue, including the on-Site lodging for our out of town guests. The cottage style houses are new and beautiful. There was plenty of parking even for our 180+ guests. One of my favorite aspects of this venue is the ample space to get ready. The girls have the whole upstairs of the estate house - multiple rooms with gorgeous lighting and decor -Even several full bathrooms with showers! The gentlemen had the boathouse which is a whole other 2 story HOUSE with a view of the lake and is decorated with modern, cool design. The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful venue. We enjoyed the Adam’s Estate so much- and our guests raved about it!

Every aspect of the Adams estate is beyond beautiful. The hanging moss trees with the peaceful tranquil lakes is a breathtaking romantic landscape for a wedding. The estate house has so much space inside, as well as outside on the terrace for guests to have so much freedom. They include a huge white tent so you don’t have to even worry about rentals! It’s perfect for any guests concerned about covid…. as ceremony, dinner and dancing can all be outside if you choose. Inside the estate house, the bride suite upstairs is a girls dream land to get ready with her family and best girl friends. It’s so cute and so much space to get ready and hang out all day. What makes it even better (when I thought the place couldn’t get any better) is that the owner Eve Bass is the kindest, most honest, sincere person you will meet. She goes above and beyond to make your dreams come true and make your day so special. I am forever grateful to her as our day turned out more amazing than I could have ever imagined. She was also our day of coordinator and everything was flawless and on point. She has great recommendations for other vendors in the area to help you. She also is very honest and reasonable about prices. For example we were going to pay for a 2nd bar and she told us it really wouldn’t be necessary for our amount of guests, as the 1st bars bartenders could handle it… she is honest and looking out for your best interest! Another cool benefit of the Adams estate is they have cottages on site!! Literally you and your guests can rent the most clean/huge/chic cottages to stay at. They are right next to the estate house on cute “cottage row”. Our entire wedding party stayed with us on cottage row so we have so many memories from hanging at the cottages before and after our wedding day also. They have a great pool which has a lakeside view. We were not able to find any venue that had a benefit like this. This place is truly special! All of our guests couldn’t stop asking how I found the Adams Estate. They said out of all the weddings they had been, they had never seen a venue like this! They were amazed and in awe by its beauty. Trust me when I tell you, I researched and visited several venues in central Florida (other estate houses also) and nothing comes close to the Adams estate. They book up quick and we had to wait some time for them but it was so worth it! I believe the venue makes the photographers job easier as it has so many spectacular views and spots for pictures/videos. It’s views are right out of a movie! Thank you Eve and the Adams Estate for truly making our happily ever after wedding day come true! I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!

From the day we drove on to the property my daughter knew that she wanted to have her wedding at Adams Estate. Magnificent private Estate still owned by the family that built it. Eve, the owner, met us and gave us a tour and told us the history. Such a kind wonderful person. So compassionate to the fact that my daughters fiancé was military and that we would have a small window to work with. (By the way they have a long history of military in their family) We let Eve know that this is where my daughter wanted her wedding. She kept in touch with us giving us updates and when we were ready to book with a date she had the contract to us immediately. After that she worked seamlessly with us and our planner. They were building the cottages at the time and as soon as they were ready to be booked Eve let us know. Being that we were the first to book for that wedding she promised us first shot at booking which we did. I can’t rave enough about the property , the lake view the gorgeous outdoor patios and the communication. The cottages are also beautiful. All of this during the ups and downs of Covid. Do not hesitate to book this venue and the cottages if you want the most private, romantic , magical wedding. Extremely reasonable costs. The guests are still raving.

I was recently a guest at an Adams Estate event and was blown away by every aspect of the venue! We started by checking into one of the private homes onsite available for rent. This house was stunning. It rivaled any high end hotel in Orlando for sure. Our first event, just a few steps away was a cocktail our and dinner in the boathouse which was highlighted by a stunning sunset over the lake. We then moved out to the terrace behind the main house to dance the night away. I'm already working on a family reunion. Renting the homes will be the perfect place for everyone to stay and gather! Bravo Adams Estate Team! I can't wait to visit again!

Now that the blessed event is over and we've all recovered, I have to say, that Eve, Abbey and the rest of the crew greased the wheels to make the big day a magical event. Our few hiccups were solved with out-of-the-box creativity on the spot, and the I cannot say enough good things about this venue. (I'm not the bride... but she is her father's only daughter, so as parents, we knew we wanted to do it Right, because we're hoping the First time is the Only time.)

Adams Estate provided everything my fiancé and I were looking for. It was private, romantic, and provided a very intimate set up for our family and closest friends. Being able to utilize the cottages for the night of the rehearsal dinner and wedding made our time at Adams Estate the best time of our lives thus far. Thank you Adams Estate for being local to us Floridians and providing just a timeless venue for our big day.

Adam's Estate was perfect in every way! From the venue itself, to the people you work with, to the accommodations available. We had the cottage row booked out for the weekend, so for us, it was like having the property to yourself for the entire weekend. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and Debbie was such a pleasure to work with. We ran into some issues with weather and Debbie was willing to jump through hoops to get us anything we needed. I couldn't recommend Adams Estate enough to all future couples. I can't wait to watch the expansion of this property! Watch out Florida, Adams Estate is taking over!!!

Adams Estate is the most amazing venue for any occasion! The estate is so beautiful, and it’s the perfect setup with the accommodations (cottages) right there. The cottages are like your own house, and they’re so clean and beautifully decorated. The estate has a GIANT bridal suite, and they have thought of EVERY detail. The groom’s suite is also spacious and a fun spot for the boys while they get ready. The flow of the whole estate is perfect for our weddings. Nothing feels cutoff or separate from the party. Eve is absolutely FANTASTIC! She was so helpful and ready to answer any questions or offer advice. We will definitely be back to host more events. The boat house is perfect for wedding/baby showers. The terrace is great for corporate events. You just can’t go wrong!

The Adam’s Estate was a beautiful setting for our November wedding. Eve and the staff took great care of us, communicated well, and were overall extremely friendly and helpful! The entire venue is clean and well kept, the bridal suite and grooms getting ready area (the Boathouse) we’re roomy and a perfect area to get ready in. Even with some rain on our wedding day, the permanent tent allowed us to have a beautiful ceremony and reception. The property and the house are absolutely beautiful and again, the staff is so friendly personable and amazing to work with!!
