We hired Affordable Catering to cater our wedding and they did an excellent job! Our guests all told us how yummy the food was, and the serving staff was very polite and attentive! They were well priced and the meal was wonderful. They even loaded the leftover food in the car for us following the reception. Only thing I would fault for is I was told a few of the champagne glasses didn't look very clean and a few guests mentioned they asked for them to be washed. Otherwise a perfect experience, communication with our catering coordinator was seamless.

Everyone raved that it was the best wedding/event food they had ever had! The chicken piccata was cooked to perfection and the potatoes were to die for! All around delicious!

Our wedding food was better than we could have hoped for! We wanted a Latin inspired menu and Affordable Catering was able to accommodate our request. People raved about how amazing the food tasted. And they lived up to their name by providing a super affordable meal and liquor package within our budget. The bartenders and servers were super professional and efficient. Additionally, Maria helped us customize our menu and responded to all our questions in a timely manner. I would definitely choose them again for another event.

So they are very budget friendly and have a menu for everyone. the staff they sent to us was AMAZING. Few Cons - the sales guy Eric was not easy to communicate with and not the nicest. they gave us paper plates without a head up notice, and while i get less work a heads up would be nice. the food was if anything OK, could have been better, but for the bang for your $$ this place is worth it.

Affordable Catering's Coordinator Maria Betancourt brought my Caribbean theme to life at Casa Lantana. Most importantly she went above and beyond to customize my menu and make this out-of-town bride have exactly what she wants. She was very accommodating to my schedule and even had her staff do a special tasting for me. On my wedding day everyone was pleasantly full and the buffet was hot. My only "complaint" is the staff could have double checked the bride/groom's plate, as it was more room temperature-- this is me being nitpicky. Also, don't let the name fool you into thinking affordable = cheap; they are reasonably priced and all quality professionals and selections. I highly recommend!

So glad we went with Affordable Catering for our wedding. They were super professional, going above and beyond on the day of our wedding. The head server made sure that my husband and I ate, which can be difficult for the newlyweds. The food was also so delicious, all my guests loved it!

We used Affordable Catering for our wedding in November 2020. We chose the “Formal Inclusive Wedding Menu” package, which came with hors d’oeuvres, full meal, silverware, china, linen napkins, table linens, and a day-of coordinator. We also used their bartending service as well. We are very happy with our decision to choose Affordable Catering and their inclusive package. Having a large portion of the reception covered by one company made the coordination very convenient. We worked with Eric from the tasting all the way to the week before the wedding. They were very accommodating with changes that we had to make due to COVID. They were always on top of communication, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The line for the bar did get a little long at some points, so I would recommend asking if they could do a line for cocktails and a line for beer since we had a couple specialty cocktails that took a little while to make. We cannot recommend them enough, you surely cannot beat the price and the personalized service! Tera was our day-of coordinator through our catering package with Affordable Catering. We cannot recommend her enough – she truly went above and beyond what you would expect for a day-of coordinator. We had a couple phone calls with her prior to the wedding to go over our layout and the best way to organize our DIY decorations. With those phone calls, we could immediately tell that she was extremely professional and knew what we wanted. She arrived early to the venue and had everything set-up exactly as we envisioned! During our photos, she made sure we had a drink and some appetizers since we didn’t get to attend cocktail hour. She made sure that the reception flowed smoothly and checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were happy. She even made me a “toss bouquet” on the spot because I had just assumed that you throw the real one! After the wedding she had everything packed and loaded into the cars. Our wedding was perfect and Tera very much helped that happen.

I used Affordable Catering for both my reception and rehearsal dinner. Krystle was so helpful, and anticipated our every need. The food was delicious and memorable, and they were so willing to help us stay within budget. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Affordable Catering is amazing! We had their chicken and waffles at our wedding and we got a bunch of comments about how delicious the food was! They were great to work with even when we had to make a last-minute addition of vegetarian dishes (no thanks to COVID)! We worked primarily with Eric and he was just the best!

Affordable Catering was the absolute BEST on my wedding day! They were very helpful when we were deciding the menu and also EVERYONE talked about how good the food was! We also had the wedding in my parent's backyard - there were about 250 people and they all had plates loaded with food (a few dishes were provided from my family but the majority was from Affordable Catering). The team was amazing, funny, courteous and just a great time.

Affordable Catering was great to work with! They made planning our wedding reception dinner easy! We had the surf and turf menu and it was excellent. The servers at our event were great! They honestly helped to keep our reception moving and were very organized. If I lived in Florida, I would definitely use them for more events!

The bourbon chicken appetizer was unfortunately the only good thing that came. The chicken egg rolls came cold, the deviled crab was so dry no one could eat it. All in all not worth the amount of money paid. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

The catering company was wonderful, prompt, and very courteous and sweet! Although we didn't taste the food before hand, we really didn't need to. The tropical chicken was perfectly moist and delicious, the rice was amazing, and the salads were great! Everyone raved at how delicious everything was. I really appreciate all the effort that the staff went to. We used our own glassware for stemware and plates, and they even helped us box it up afterward, going above and beyond. Truly 5-star service. Don't hesitate to book them!

Affordable Catering catered my brother's wedding a few years ago. They did such a great job, I knew I wanted them to cater my wedding when I got engaged. It was the right choice. Stephanie was awesome to work with. She answered all our questions and was very organized whenever we made changes to our menu. The food was amazing and the servers were friendly and efficient.

Their name says it all. Affordable Catering offered a variety of selections to choose from to fit our needs at an affordable price. The servers were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

We definitely gave Stephanie and her team a challenge. We requested to have a fully vegan menu for our wedding. And even though this wasn't an existing option, Stephanie and her team ended up designing a whole list of options for my husband and I to choose from. On top of all this, the food turned out incredible!

The food for our 4/28/19 wedding was absolutely perfect. Stephanie was great to work with and helped us with all the planning from our tasting to the wedding day. We had a buffet with Parmesan crusted chicken, herb crusted pork loin with raspberry glaze, grilled veggies, sour cream dill potatoes, and Caesar salad. All the food was fantastic! Thank you Stephanie and affordable catering for the delicious food!

Food was excellent! Service was superb. The head buser was amazing to my family. Helped do extra work not in the contract and we truly appreciated all of their hard work. They kept asking my husband and I if we needed anything and they were super quick to set up and break down. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Affordable Catering could not have been better!! Stephanie was unreal!! We originally were suppose to get married many years prior to our 2019 wedding but we put it on hold but had a deposit. Affordable Catering honored our deposit. Their food was so good, we had passed appetizers and chicken for dinner. Everything was delicious and the presentation of the plates, beverage station and fruit and cheese display was very classy! The chicken was moist, the staff was great and they were super easy to work with especially from being out of state! I also hired a day of event coordinator and what a good choice that was!! Tera was a gem and made sure my husband and I along with our wedding party were taken care of with food and beverage! Everything was placed as I pictured and then some!! We highly recommend Affordable Catering for your event! Thank you Stephanie, Tera and team for a great presentation and a wonderful event!

The food was delicious and all of our guests enjoyed the meal! However, we paid for the appetizers to be passed during cocktail hour and they set everything up on one table instead. Also, it was in out contract that we would be able to take the leftover food that we paid for and the servers packed everything up and took it away before the reception ended so we did not receive any of it. Also, the top layer of our wedding cake was thrown into a huge box without care, and became smashed, which may be an issue if you are planning on freezing the top layer. Overall, the food was delicious but the staff members who worked the day of our wedding were not the best and we did not receive everything we paid for.

My husband and I were planning a destination wedding from Pittsburgh and didn't have the opportunity to taste test food! When we did visit, our scheduled didn't match up with Affordable Catering unfortunately which made me hesitant to book with them. Boy am I glad I did! After great reviews from other vendors I was able to meet with, we decided to work with Affordable Catering! Stephanie was so helpful and was so patient with the changes that I had to make. The food was FANTASTIC and we were so happy with it (including our guests as well!) They were a joy to work with and you won't go wrong if you book them as your caterer!

I have to tell you, I hear constantly from every single guest asking me about the food. They raved about how absolutely amazing it was! And the staff made sure my husband and i had food ready for us as soon as everyone was seated. We are probably one of the few couples who get to eat at their own weddings and it was outstanding! The stuffed mushrooms were to die for and my husband goes on and on about how great the prime rib was. Absolutely go with this caterer!

We were absolutely thrilled by our experience working with Affordable Catering! Their customer service was exemplary, the food was delicious, and I'm extremely appreciative of all the extra time they spent answering my questions, helping me figure out how to lay out the space, etc. I knew we were in great hands with this company, and I am excited to sing their praises to anyone who may be looking for a catering vendor in the future.

We made specific changes in our order and ended up missing items due to them “accidentally” leaving items in our contract that we weren’t supposed to get but instead of letting us know they simply didn’t bring them without giving us the choice to add them and pay for them, we don’t get another wedding day!

We hired Affordable Catering for our wedding and I highly recommend them! Everyone complimented the food, the Stuffed Chicken Marsala is the best! We also used their day of coordinator and they were a great help setting up our reception area as well as coordinating throughout the reception. Hope was our coordinator and she was awesome! I am so happy and thankful I chose Afforable Catering for my Sarasota wedding! All of the staff members I worked with were amazing! I do not reside in Florida, so I was planning everything from a different state, but the staff made me feel so at ease the days leading up to the big day, as well as the day itself. I emailed back and forth with Stephanie A LOT in the beginning, and she was so understanding and patient with me and all of my questions. Georgie got involved closer to the wedding date, and I had multiple phone conversations with her via telephone and through email which made everything to simple. Georgie was my day of coordinator and as far and I know, things ran flawlessly! My husband and I couldn’t have been happier. Our guests have since told us they thoroughly enjoyed the food (we chose the Chef’s Special Preferred menu), and leftovers were even packaged up for my mother in law to take home (she was housing a lot of wedding guests!!). Overall I had an amazing experience with Affordable Catering and I highly recommend them.

Affordable Catering was an excellent choice. All our guests raved about the appetizers and food. They give you more than enough to feed your guests plus some. In addition to the food, Stephanie, the day-of coordinator was excellent. She was very responsive to emails and any questions I had. She made the whole process easy. We highly recommend having the day-of coordinator.

We went with the Bride's Choice menu and the food was absolutely amazing! I couldn't have been happier with the staff, food choices, and quality! They were very quick to respond and helpful with anything we needed!

I ate my whole plate, it was great! They set up beautifully and had a holiday themed menu for our St Patrick’s day wedding! The pricing was great and we got everything we wanted!

I would recommend Affordable Catering to any couple! Don't pass them up because you think the food might be cheap. We received so many compliments on our dinner. They offer so many options when selecting the menu and work with couples on any dietary restrictions or personal needs. We has vegetable lasagna and blackberry chicken and it was so delicious. The catering staff is very professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was enjoying our night. They were very easy to work with and made wedding planning easy! Wow... I don't even know where to begin on how great Affordable Catering was to work with! We purchased our Rehearsal Dinner Buffet, Wedding Reception Buffet, and our Bar menu from them and I can't express how wonderful it all was! I worked with Stephanie on the details all the way from Wisconsin, she was very responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with! The staff who showed up to our place for the catering were absolutely amazing! The food was incredible! I have received so many compliments from our guest on how great the food was!! The stuffed mushrooms may have been one of the greatest things I have ever tasted! The guests are still talking about how wonderful these people were and how great the food was! I am so happy we went with Affordable Catering! I highly recommend them!!

Beer cheese fondue and 7 layer dip is the way to go. Everyone was in love with our appetizers and so was I. We did a taco bar since we know everyone also usually loves tacos, and that was the case as well. The rice was fantastic, there were so many toppings and the way the table was laid out looked terrific. For the amount of food everyone had it was well worth the money, and was the best deal we could find.

We purchased a wedding package through our venue and one of the caterers available to us was Affordable Catering. We were able to attend a tasting and got to taste their most popular items. The food was good and we decided to hire them. They have an absolutely huge selection of foods to fit any type of menu from BBQ to Italian, you name it and they probably have it. They truly lived up to their name. The food was affordable but also delicious. I heard remarks from guests all night about how amazing the food was. We did a buffet with more of an Italian twist and everything was great. The catering staff for our wedding were helpful, they made sure to serve us (the bride and groom) and consistently checked in throughout the night to see if they could do anything for us. They also provided us a cake cutting service and served cake to our guests. They also had great personalities. We even managed to get them to dance for a minute or two at the end of the night. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a catering service.

I hired Affordable after having a friend recommend them. They made everything super easy. The day of the wedding I literally had nothing to worry about. They had everything set up and ready. All the guests loved the food. The appetizer display was an especially big hit (cheese, fruit & crackers). There was almost nothing left. The servers had champagne poured, dishes cleared, cake cut etc... with no prompting from us. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use them again for future events.
