She helped with planning all along the way and even changed course when we changed our minds and reached out to vendors as needed to make sure everything was in order and on schedule. ser I felt things were out of sync between us. To communicate, we had a few in-person meetings and phone calls (we live out of state). We were a couple of weeks out and still couldn’t decide on a timeline. Not to mention the DJ we hired had a great timeline but she refused to look at it. The constant suggestions to rent different items when the venue already offered them was very frustrating. At one of our final meetings with our venue, Carol’s attitude towards the GM of the venue was extremely confrontational. The GM and his staff had been nothing short of amazing for us! Anything we needed they were upfront and honest about what they could and could not do. As the meeting continued, Carol’s attitude remained. I get people have bad days but she was rude and there was no cause for it. This was it for me, I was not going to work with someone who treats people this way.
