Annie is very organized, communicative, and her friendly, calm demeanor made us, our bridal party, family, and guests feel completely at ease. e provided us with a schedule before the day of the event and even called our respective parents to key them in on the process before the day of. Our wedding day ended up being extremely hot, making it difficult to walk around too far for our parents and a pregnant member of the wedding party. Annie was able to adjust on the fly to ensure everyone was still included. I can not recommend her enough!

a good fit as she helped us map out our day. We shared a love for taking pictures at Valley Forge after the ceremony. Annie was also extremely patient working with us in my childhood home, our church and our venue, all new locations for her! She was so patient and calm during every moment of the day. ... as things changed. We ended up postponing our reception and just having a small ceremony and backyard wedding. Then our wedding coordinator retired right before our ceremony. No matter what popped up... Annie kept us on track! She made suggestions and was honest when she thought what I wanted was unrealistic given the timeframe. Since we will be having a 1 year anniversary reception this upcoming year, Annie worked with us to split our package so we could have coverage of everything! She is very knowledgeable and was a huge help with our planning. My husband is NOT a fan of pictures but she worked with him and we have some great shots that we will cherish forever!! I'm looking forward to working with Annie again in September 2021 to do it all over again with ALL of our friends and family!!

an engagement photo session with us. The pictures were amazing and she really helped my husband and I become more comfortable with being in front of the camera. We were so excited and couldn't wait to work with Annie on our wedding day in 2020. Then Covid hit, and we weren't even sure our wedding would still happen. We kept in constant contact with Annie as the restrictions were changing week by week. By the beginning of August, we had a definitive answer and our wedding was on. From there, it was full steam planning ahead and Annie was absolutely fantastic. She gave us clear instructions on what we needed to do and what she needed from us before the wedding day. In that short amount of time, she created the most detailed timeline of the day, from who needed to be where at what time to what photographs were being taken when and where. On the day of the wedding, Annie and her team let the day unfold naturally but also kept everyone on track. They were calm, cool, and collected throughout the entire day/evening, captured incredibly special moments, and didn't miss a single detail. Annie is both committed to helping you have the pictures and event that you want (rather than imposing one on you) and is able to provide guidance and help based on her experience so you’ll get the most out of your time and pictures. She even quietly advocated for us with other vendors; for example, at a site visit when we were told we would not be able to enter the bridal suite until a time later than expected, she kindly and naturally checked if it was possible to get in earlier. I think Annie will work well with any couple, regardless of their style or vision; she’ll get it. Planning – Annie held a skype call with us to get a sense of what our style was, what type and who we wanted to focus on in our pictures. She assisted us in making a detailed timeline. Most vendors ask for a timeline, Annie’s was the one that was most useful and became our master. Her experience really shows and she’s able to help figuring out small details to make the most of your time. She attended our walk-through to get to know the place and asked questions of the vendor that I never thought about (and, as mentioned above, diplomatically advocated for us on occasion). Annie was always super organized and responsive. Day-of – Annie really stands out day of and many of our family members and guests commented about how great she was. She gets the pictures that you asked for (and the ones that she knows you’ll want) without being intrusive and is always friendly. She brought a second photography, which I believe is her practice, and he was great as well. Pictures – We are thrilled with the quality of our pictures. We looked at a number of photographers and really liked Annie’s style. She is serious about getting that quality you see in her portfolio at every event. My husband and I are not particularly into posed photos and Annie managed to get great shots of us looking natural, happy, and comfortable. Annie was so easy to work with, very responsive, and talented at her job. We were picky at the outset and were very happy with everyone we worked with, but Annie really stood out even among a group of great people.

down photographers via their work, we went into the interview process looking for someone with whom we actually wanted to spend 9+ hours of one of the most special days of our life. (Indeed, some very talented photographers just won't jive with you, or leave you feeling that you're something other than a job). From our 1st hour-long video call with Annie, we both truly felt like we were talking with an old friend; she was warm, considerate, perceptive, insightful, attentive, empathetic and enthusiastic. She genuinely wanted to know who we were and what our aspirations were for our wedding. She immediately understood our vision for the lighting and mood of the space, and how that would be reflected in her photography. She was confident, caring, and invested in us. As our planning progressed we filled out some brief questionnaires, and discussed with her in person the types, quantities, and subject matters of the photos we most cared about for our wedding. She was extremely sensitive and poised about some possibly awkward group dynamics that we anticipated, and set up a clear plan for what we would do in best/worst case scenarios. And she was frankly the most reliable, upbeat, thoughtful and helpful vendor we had. She always went above and beyond for us. When we ran into a few challenges she was indispensable in helping us with some last minute vendor recommendations. We never felt like we were a number or just another client. And on our wedding day it was truly a joy to spend our time with her. She showed up slinging numerous cameras of varying types to capture different shots. She knew how to make us laugh, when to give us space, and how to gently but efficiently handle some of those weird dynamics and situations we anticipated might arise. She worked seamlessly with our other vendors and her incredible second photographer, Laurie. She worked tirelessly and presented us with an incredibly detailed reflection of our day- all that we experienced, and all that was happening around us as well! Annie beautifully captured our wedding, which we had anticipated given her talent. We never could have imagined, though, the magnitude of a gift she herself would be to us- before, during and after our wedding- and we are so grateful.

She really cares about making sure you get the most out of your wedding day photographs and it shows in all of her planning/organization that takes place before the big day. We had a bridal party that was hard to deal with at times (i.e., groomsmen not into taking a million pictures), but Annie didn't let it phase her and kept a smile on her face the whole time. She is so cool, calm, and collected and treated my husband and I like we were her old friends. She has a special gift and a way to see "good shots" and unique shots like no one else can.
