David and his team were so easy and nice to work with. They were professional and helpful with logistical information and answering all of my questions. They were one of the easiest and most helpful vendors to communicate and work with during our wedding planning experience. Everything went without a hitch during our wedding regarding guest transportation and we are so glad we used Around Austin!

We used Around Austin for bus transportation from Bee Cave to Dripping Springs, TX (to and from our wedding). Emailing and setting up our rentals was so easy from day one- Penny was wonderful to work with. We had one shuttle to our ceremony, and then 2 separate shuttles to return to our hotel at the end of the night. Buses were were very nice and clean. All guests arrived on time. I know that on the drivers were professional and courteous. My groom and I would highly recommend using Penny and Around Austin for any transportation needs close to Austin. They're great!

It was such a pleasure working with her and our guests were safely transported without issue for our wedding throughout the entirety of the day. We were worried about the transportation since almost all of our guests were from out of town, but we did not have a single issue! She truly understands the stress and cost of weddings and made an effort to give us insight on how much transportation to reserve and possible ways to save money. The busses were on time and our guests thanked us for providing a safe ride to and from the venue so they could enjoy the evening. We used Around Austin to book a bus for transportation for our guests home from our wedding venue to the hotel at the end of the night. I spoke with Penny several times over email and on the phone and she was very quick at responding to any questions or concerns that we had. Her quote was very reasonable and once we decided to move forward, she wrote up a contract and had it signed within a couple days. On the day of the wedding, everything ran perfectly. We had two separate trips from the venue and the bus was on time for both and transported all of our guests without an issue.

Around Austin was incredible to work with. We hired them for our wedding and had two 50 passenger shuttles, a separate shuttle for the bride and grooms family, and a separate SUV for additional family. All shuttles were leaving from different locations and different times. Penny was fantastic to work with. She was very organized and punctual in all her communication. She coordinated all shuttles and the different time schedules flawlessly. Something I didn’t expect, but was so impressed with, Penny arrived at our house before the bride’s family shuttle arrived to confirm that everything was set and to ensure that all shuttles were departing on time. The quality of each shuttle was excellent, the drivers were all polite and professional and the drive was smooth. Thank you for contributing to such a pleasant and successful wedding day.

Around Austin was wonderful from the moment I contacted them! Penny Gonzales was extremely informative and even gave me advice on how to coordinate transportation for my wedding day. Because the ceremony was in a separate location from the reception and because we had many out of town guests, transportation and timing was vital for my wedding. Penny walked me through every detail and was flexible when the timing had to be tweaked. What I loved most about Around Austin was that they not only provided the actual bus, but they had a coordinator on site to greet guests and assist the bus driver to ensure everything went smoothly. On the day of the wedding, the bus was on time and ready to go. The transportation was seamless throughout the evening, the bus was spacious and very clean, and the driver was so nice! I could not be more pleased with how everything went, and I would recommend Around Austin to any bride that wants reliable, comfortable transportation on their wedding day!

Wow. Drove my husband and I to Hutto the night of the wedding. Arrived exactly when promised and was friendly and helpful but left us to enjoy our new time talking as man and wife. Penny in the office was a dear and helped me get exactly what we were looking for.

we used around austin to cart our wedding guests from downtown austin hotels to our wedding venue in kyle. not only were their prices very reasonable for 4 large buses, but penny was wonderful to work with -- so responsive and helpful! we had a somewhat complex request, asking buses to start from and go back to 4 downtown hotels, and having 2 of the buses take early departers back to their hotels as requested throughout the course of the evening. we also asked that the buses play our wedding cd and hand out fun quizzes to the guests as a bit of entertainment during the ride, and penny was happy to oblige our requests. not only did everything run completely smoothly, but we also heard glowing reviews from our guests, that the bus drivers and coordinators were organized and fun, and everyone had a great time on the bus! i can't say enough great things about around austin -- they don't have as many reviews as some of the other similar services in town, but i am so glad we chose them! with this level of amazing service, i am sure they will continue to grow and prosper!
