and on the phone and she was very quick at responding to any questions or concerns that we had. Her quote was very reasonable and once we decided to move forward, she wrote up a contract and had it signed within a couple days. On the day of the wedding, everything ran perfectly. We had two separate trips from the venue and the bus was on time for both and transported all of our guests without an issue.

She coordinated all shuttles and the different time schedules flawlessly. Something I didn’t expect, but was so impressed with, Penny arrived at our house before the bride’s family shuttle arrived to confirm that everything was set and to ensure that all shuttles were departing on time.
The quality of each shuttle was excellent, the drivers were all polite and professional and the drive was smooth.

y. Because the ceremony was in a separate location from the reception and because we had many out of town guests, transportation and timing was vital for my wedding. Penny walked me through every detail and was flexible when the timing had to be tweaked. What I loved most about Around Austin was that they not only provided the actual bus, but they had a coordinator on site to greet guests and assist the bus driver to ensure everything went smoothly. On the day of the wedding, the bus was on time and ready to go. The transportation was seamless throughout the evening, the bus was spacious and very clean, and the driver was so nice! I could not be more pleased with how everything went, and I would recommend Around Austin to any bride that wants reliable, comfortable transportation on their wedding day!

was wonderful to work with -- so responsive and helpful! we had a somewhat complex request, asking buses to start from and go back to 4 downtown hotels, and having 2 of the buses take early departers back to their hotels as requested throughout the course of the evening. we also asked that the buses play our wedding cd and hand out fun quizzes to the guests as a bit of entertainment during the ride, and penny was happy to oblige our requests.
not only did everything run completely smoothly, but we also heard glowing reviews from our guests, that the bus drivers and coordinators were organized and fun, and everyone had a great time on the bus! i can't say enough great things about around austin -- they don't have as many reviews as some of the other similar services in town, but i am so glad we chose them! with this level of amazing service, i am sure they will continue to grow and prosper!
