ll things! Speaking of small things, if you want someone to remember the small details about you, your fiancé and your wedding then this is girl for you. The first time we met in person was for our engagement photos. We decided on April because it would be warm enough for us to be comfortable during the shoot.. but you know what they say - You plan & God laughs. It was flipping freezing on that day but Ashley walked us through everything beforehand. She made sure we knew what the game plan was so we could get great photos without getting hypothermia! My decision in choosing her was solidified when I heard her timers go off every so often, keeping her on track (we love an organized queen). My family dynamics are… interesting and leading up to our wedding day, I started to become anxious about the family portraits. I reached out to Ashley and she quickly hopped on a call with me and talked through it with me, easing my anxiety. We also discussed the first look decision which she patiently gave me all the pros and cons while never once pressuring us to pick one or the other. On our big day, she was on time, ready to work and give us the greatest photo experience of a lifetime. My guests are still talking about how great she was, my maid of honor (also named Ashley) is slightly obsessed with her and my husband and I wouldn’t change our decision to go with her as our photographer and would, in a heartbeat, travel the 3 hours to Lancaster for more photos with her.

That said, I don’t mean she is rigid in timelines by any means - for us everything went smoothly as planned, but she is definitely able to adjust and pivot if needed. Ashley arrived to both our engagement session and the wedding plenty early to scope out photo ops and lighting which I really appreciated. Whether due to her lighting selections, editing skills, or both our pictures came out perfectly. I was hoping for bright, but natural pictures, and that’s just what we got! The pictures are glowy, but not over-edited. I love them! Aside from her technical skills, Ashley is the just a really awesome person. She is so friendly, upbeat, and easy to work with. I truly feel like she cared about us, our wedding, our family, etc. Sometime in the wedding planning process, someone told me to keep in mind your vendors are with you all day - Ashley was absolutely wonderful to have around all day and if we did it again, I would absolutely have her there again!

Our guests commented on how she seemed to be everywhere at once, capturing all of our moments. I loved how natural and seamless our photos turned out; we also got them back so quickly during such a busy time of year!

019, I knew my wedding wouldn’t be the same without her. First, Ashley was so helpful when our big wedding was trimmed way down to 11 guests this September due to COVID, and on top of that, she was so supportive in what was a very uncertain time to plan a wedding. Without a wedding planner I found her creativity and experience really helped me plan the timeline for my backyard wedding. She took the time to understand what was important to me and then helped reel me in when she knew I was over committing to pictures my family wouldn’t want to take. On the day of my wedding, Ashley was her usual peppy self and brought such great energy to our day (even when my husband was very burnt out of photos 😊). She got all the shots I asked for and then some without it feeling too orchestrated. And then, most importantly, the photos are PHENOMENAL! We first took Nepali ceremony photos (so bright colors, lots of red and gold, very flashy) and then took traditional western photos (everyone at the wedding was in black and white) and she nailed both! The colors are amazing. The wedding was in my parents backyard and she was able to cut out the neighbors houses and bright blue playground. She made it look like we were at a gorgeous country estate. I could not be more happy with the entire experience and would hands down recommend Ashley for any photo needs!

When it down poured on the day of our engagement shoot Ashley figured out a plan B within seconds and the pictures turned out amazing. Her photos show emotion and love and capture moments naturally!
