e dance floor! I’m so glad I hired him, he kept the evening flowing and played the perfect music mix. I highly recommend Ted to anyone!

5 stars, but he did forget to play our bridal party’s entrance song to the reception which gave for a very awkward entrance. But overall, we had a good experience with Ted.

y a particular song because in his experience it didn’t do well. Ted said, “I will do whatever you want.” So I hired him and at my reception, he did exactly that, everything I wanted! He was so helpful and easy to work with and he kept the dance floor packed. I loved so many things about my wedding day but for my vendors, Ted was the best decision I made!

re I booked my venue. Ted did not disappoint! He kept the dance floor full from the very first song. He's funny and easy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend him and I wish I had another sibling getting married!

n 15 minutes when he got back home. At the wedding reception, he would spot things and correct them without a word. For example, someone set an empty drink glass on our sweetheart table and Ted came out from behind his table and removed it immediately. There were several things like that. Then when it was time to dance, he did a little trick to get everyone on the dance floor for the first song and he kept the dance floor packed all night. I just can’t say enough good things about him!

ked. I would say 85% of the songs I picked were played with some deviation. While normally, I wouldn't mind, the songs I chose were personal to me and the guests-- each representing a memory or someone in attendance. That's why I would've preferred he had stuck to the wishlist. I also requested quite a few Russian songs to represent my culture/family. Before playing a Russian song, Ted announced "this is a Russian song"... That was odd and unnecessary. I also sent Ted a timeline of how the evening would go, asking him to announce to the guests to gather around us while we danced our first dance and then immediately go into the "dancefloor is open hype music". Ted neglected to do that so the transition from first dance to everyone-on-the-dance-floor was a bit awkward. As an event planner by profession, I may have higher expectations for vendors especially since I plan everyone else's event and this was my personal one. I just wish he had respected/understood my wishes or asked me in advance if he was confused about anything. Otherwise, great dude. He was kind to everyone and understood Jewish weddings.

ed with my guests, helped guide the wedding activities (toasts, dances, cake, calling tables for dinner etc.) got everyone dancing, and even allowed my friends to make song requests! Ted also went out of his way to talk with the guitarist I had play my ceremony, to make sure he had all the tools he needed, and worked with my officiant to ensure he was mic'd up so my guests could hear! I couldn't have had a more diligent, thoughtful, and fun DJ!! My friends and family are STILL talking about the music, which to me is a HUGE win in my book. If you are looking for a great DJ, do yourself a favor and hire Ted! :-)

and assured me they could get any song that I wanted. I met Ted the day of the wedding and he was incredible. He announced everyone's name (with only one small error) and led my groom and I in with a bang! He kept everyone up on the dance floor and played a great variety of music. I had suggested about 20 songs myself and he chose the rest. He was the one to tell me when it was time to throw the bouquet and walked me through the process. He had all the women at one point stand around my husband and do a group dance which was very funny! He then had all the men get down on one knee and sing to me. Very very sweet!! Ted was on time, ready with all our songs and was polite, well dressed and stayed until we were ready to go.We would recommend his company no doubt to our family and friends. Thanks Ted!!

At the reception, Ted made sure everyone got out on the dance floor, and was flexible and courteous when we wanted to move certain songs and events up as our older guests started to get fatigued and wanting to call it a night. Several guests commented what a great job he did of mixing together different styles of music and keeping the energy up in the room. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to any bride looking for a professional, polished director of ceremony and/or reception music.

id everything that we had asked of him and he just knew exactly what to play to keep everyone on the dance floor! It has been a month after my wedding and everyone is still telling me what a great time they had! Nick was very professional, on time, and made sure everything (The toast, cake cutting, champagne toast, ect.) was ready to go and he also made sure that my photographer was there and ready for the next event! He worked with me on my time schedule to make sure everything ran smoothly and we could not have asked for anything more! I highly recommend them to any bride of any style!! They really work with you and give you what you want!!

his professionalism stood out from all of the other in-your-face vendors at the event. Our initial meeting was very professional and fun and my husband and I were sure we found the right guy for the job. At our reception, Ted created a perfect ambiance for our cocktail hour and seated dinner. All of our first dances were perfectly timed, and despite some sounds system feedback during our honor attendant speeches, everything was right on cue. When it was time to get people up and dancing, Ted knew all the right tracks to play; he managed to play everything we had requested in advance and was EVEN able to download on the spot or stream from YouTube last minute requests that he didn't have. Bravo, Ted!
