As soon as you pass through the grand wooden gates of Avon Acres, you'll find yourself in a peaceful oasis in the center of the city. Large glass doors open out onto a covered patio overlooking a sweeping lawn, giving the place an indoor-outdoor feel. The banquet hall is bright and airy, with white walls, large windows, and wooden beams for a rustic touch. The lofted shiplap ceiling is adorned with elegant iron chandeliers. With its simple yet stylish décor, the space can be easily transformed to fit any theme or style. It can accommodate 300 seated guests indoors, or 375 guests standing with cocktail tables. There's space for both ceremonies and receptions, as well as get-ready rooms. The team at Avon Acres offers a number of services to help make your day as easy and stress-free as possible. An event liaison will assist you with planning and coordination. Gold Chiavari chairs or white cushioned folding chairs are available, along with 30 round tables and rectangular service tables with white, black, or ivory tablecloths. An altar or arch and audio equipment can also be provided. Outside vendors and caterers are welcome, with a catering kitchen ready for their use. Two built-in bars can be used by an outside beverage caterer. Free parking and WiFi are available, and the venue will provide setup and cleanup services. The property is fully wheelchair accessible.
