I went to Bangz for my hair and makeup for the small summer outdoor wedding ceremony and felt k radiant and glowing throughout the entire day! For both my hair and makeup up trials, Gillian was very attentive and immediately saw the vision I wanted for myself. She transformed my face based off of my Pinterest board and exceeded all my expectations which held strong on my wedding. She was able to give me all the coverage I wanted, while still providing me with a light face feeling that lasted all day and into the night. The care, talent and professionalism is unmatched and I simply cannot recommend Bangz enough to anyone who wants to celebrate themselves be it any occasion. I have never felt more beautiful! I went to Bangz for my hair and make up for both my rehearsal dinner and my wedding day. I also scheduled to have my mother and mother in law to get glam. We were served mimosas and treats upon arrival, and the salon staff treated us like queens. Gillian and Steph did an amazing job with our make up, we got complements the entire night. Heather made my hair dreams come true in a princess braid that was truly a work of art, and a 1/2 up 1/2 down look that made me feel elegant and fun. My moms had never had their hair and make up done and weren’t sure what to expect. Once they saw how stunning they looked they kept saying how they wished they could look like that everyday! I couldn’t be more grateful to the staff at Bangz, they made me feel relaxed and pampered on one of the most exciting days of my life. 10/10 experience! Before I found Bangz, I had been struggling to find a salon that could work with my and my bridesmaids' hair and makeup for my wedding. As a group, we had a wide variety of hair types, skin tones, and skin types, and I was concerned that one salon would not be able to manage us all. What's more, as a curly girl (type 3a-3b) I wanted to wear my hair with my natural curls, something which seemed nearly impossible as it would mean diffusing it on my wedding day and styling it up afterward. Heather and her team went above and beyond expectations. Not only did every one of my bridesmaids look beautiful, but they also managed to make my mom (who usually refuses to wear makeup) and my grandmother (who usually refuses to let anyone else do her lipstick) feel comfy and look amazing. In terms of the salon itself, they had the cutest brunch table with mimosas set up for us, and great vibes in the salon with their music selections. At one point, I realized I had forgotten my socks, and one of the stylists even offered to run out and grab me some! If their professionalism and the vibe were not enough, they made me feel truly bridal and gave me exactly the look I wanted. I was stunned with how amazing my hair and make up looked. It stayed all day, even after numerous photos, tears, and dance breaks. This spot would be an excellent pick for anyone on their wedding day, but curly girls especially, I highly recommend going with Bangz!

Do your self a favor and book Bangz salon as your Glam Squad for your wedding (or really any event!) From day one, the communication with Bangz/Heather was great! I got married in New Hope so I had the team of 3 make up artists conveniently travel to my venue the morning of. They showed up early and were set up and ready to go by 10AM which was our start time. We had 12 people in total who were getting their makeup done and the crew effortlessly got all of us feeling beautiful while being very efficient with their time. They also brought extra lipstick/gloss with them that we were able to purchase so we can reapply all night! Thank you soooo much Gillian, Mark & Stephanie, you three absolutely killed it and I cannot thank you enough for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day!

We had a two day wedding, an American civil ceremony and a Hindu ceremony and reception — I wanted to very different looks for the two days and they really delivered! I researched several salons for my sons wedding since we are all out of town. I decided on banz and I’m so glad I did . The whole team was fabulous, had food and drink for us and squeezed one more person in for hair and makeup. The bride looked absolutely beautiful and my son looked equally great ! Where to begin?? With so many positive things to say about Heather and the team at Bangz, I may run out of room! Do not wait! Book them for your wedding ASAP!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. We had 8 people getting hair done and 3 or 4 people getting makeup and/or eye lashes. Heather and her team were absolutely incredible. Since we were getting married locally and getting ready in an air bnb near New Hope, we decided to go directly to the Bangz shop instead of paying for additional on-site travel. Either way though, their prices are so reasonable and fair and the quality is amazing! They can do some the coolest styles I’ve ever seen and are a one-stop shop for all things styling. Heather even provided us with complimentary breakfast, juices, coffee, tea, and prosecco while we were in the shop getting our services done. In additional to all these great features – she is one of the coolest, nicest, people I have ever met. She so in tune with her clients wants and needs and has a sixth sense for that special something detail to be added  For example, my trials went pretty well, but when she could tell I wasn’t completely sold on the look I had chosen, she came up with new ideas and fun options to turn it into one I 110% loved. I will be forever grateful to her for helping me and working through things with me and making me feel beautiful on my wedding day. Thank you SO SO much Heather for everything. All your help and kindness mean more to me than you know.

Mark & Gillian did a fantastic job with my hair and makeup for our second wedding reception in New Hope. Bangz is a lovely space and I really enjoyed the entire experience. I only wish I lived closer so that I could frequent there more often!

We chose this salon for my wedding day and I'm so beyond happy we did! Heather was a total pleasure to work with - quick to respond and thoroughly answered every question I had. Since there were many of us going for hair and makeup, they closed the salon so it was just me and my ladies. We had 5 stylists so things moved along very efficiently and all the stylists were professional and friendly. I could not recommend this place enough! Also as a bonus they had mimosas, fruit and bagels for us to snack on while getting ready.

This salon went above and beyond for our large wedding party for my August 6th wedding at HollyHedge Estate. Heather created a schedule for each girls hair and makeup so that we could stay on schedule! They closed the salon down for us for the entire morning! Heather was amazing as she provided us with bagels, fruit, mimosas, coffee, etc. Her entire crew of makeup artists and stylists were so professional, they made us look and feel BEAUTIFUL!! You can definitely tell that this salon is top quality. Do yourself a favor and book them if you're getting married in the New Hope area!!! Thank you again for all of your hard work!

Heather and Mark did a phenomenal job styling our group's hair for our wedding. They were extremely accommodating and generous, letting us use their entire space the morning of the wedding. They created beautiful looks and incorporated floral pieces in our hair to fit with our garden theme. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

I have been going to Bangz Salon for years, so when it came time to select a salon to hire for my wedding I instantly knew who to pick. The hairdressers and makeup artists at Bangz are excellent at their craft and extremely professional. They also give great suggestions on how hair should be styled to suit each person. The makeup artist, Tia, did a great job of giving everyone a natural makeup look. The entire staff gave us all exactly what we wanted and we couldn't have been happier with their work. I absolutely loved working with Bangz salon for my wedding hair and makeup! My mom, sisters and I went to their salon to get everything done, and had so much fun. They were so kind and accommodating throughout the whole process (even offering to run to the restaurant next door to get us lunch!). They are absolutely ARTISTS. They listened to what we wanted, checked in with us throughout, and just did an absolute amazing job. DON'T THINK- JUST BOOK THEM! Heather and Mark were amazing and basically saved my wedding (Sep 19 2020) by staying late to do an extra person's hair and makeup last minute. Everyone looked flawless and we are all different ages, skin types and hair types. They did 4 very different styles on the four of us and everything was beautiful. I loved my romantic, curly updo and it lasted all night. They were both very professional and kind and Heather was literally AMAZING. I can't thank her enough. She was professional the whole time we communicated and even re-did my trial for me before the wedding free of charge because I was nervous about my hair. After going through chemo this past year I was super worried about not having the perfect hair for my wedding I always dreamed of, but Heather made my worries disappear!!! She was able to get hair pieces and make a perfect updo for me with beautiful curls for my wedding day and it was absolutely gorgeous!! My hair is about 3 inches long and shaved into a mohawk. I was looking for a salon that could possibly convert that into a hairstyle. I found Bangz. They were awesome!! On my trial they showed me multiple hairstyles they could do with my hair and I was hooked!! Furthermore, they made me very comfortable wearing a face full of makeup, especially because I usually do not wear a lot of makeup. On my wedding day, they closed the salon and let me and 5 others come in for hair and makeup. They were also super cute, setting out fruit, bagels, coffee, and mimosas for the whole group! They did beautiful makeup for the crew (helloooo fake eyelashes!!), and hairstyles on multiple types of hair, including my short hair. Furthermore, the hair and makeup stayed all day. I totally recommend them for your special day.

Words cannot express my feelings for the excellent service I had on my wedding day. The day started at 9am in the Bangz salon for hair styling by Heather. Then Heather, Mark and Gillian came with us to the bridal suite to do makeup for 6 people. One of my guests was also getting her hair done by Heather in the bridal suite and while Heather waited for that guest, she volunteered to fix the hair of my friends (who were doing their own hair in the bridal suite). Heather, Mark and Gillian were amazing to all of us! They did amazing work all while staying calm and professional in a chaotic bridal suite!! We went to Bangz for bridal hair and makeup for myself (the bride), my mom, sister, and best friend, and could not have asked for a better experience! From scheduling to send-off, they were not only warm and welcoming, but true experts. We scheduled fairly late due to a poor trial elsewhere, so were nervous about what to expect. Tim was so kind and lovely, and the full team was incredibly accommodating. They staggered our day to make sure all finished on time (so important!), and when I began describing the hairstyle I had in mind, the words had barely left my mouth before Heather and Suzanne began styling what became a gorgeous, vintage look. All left looking stunning, and we received so many compliments — the group will look beautiful in our photos. I would also add that cost was very reasonable, and their LGBT-friendly sticker is absolutely warranted; my partner and I felt extremely welcome. The environment was warm, fun, and welcoming, and Heather even wrapped me a bagel in case I didn’t have time to eat later!
