Katarina is amazing! She's so patient and really great at what she does. We didn’t have a lot of availability, but she managed to teach us our entire first dance in just 5 lessons. She was also super flexible with our schedule and made sure we could practice at times that worked for us. Highly recommend her to any couple preparing for their first dance!

We weren't sure how many classes we would want, so we did an initial trial class and then booked the 10 class package so we could learn a full 2.5 minute routine. We worked with Katarina for our first dance at our wedding and we had such a fun time with her. I was a little nervous about dancing in front of a crowd and she was so great about reassuring me and giving us moves that we felt excited about! She was awesome with our vision from the beginning: We explained that we wanted to switch up who would lead vs follow as a queer couple, that we wanted a fun but not too cheesy dance routine, and that we wanted moves we could use in the future too. She was awesome and knocked it out of the park with all of these requests! She even let my parents come for our last session so they could be more comfortable with their dancing as well. Our guests RAVED about our first dance (way more than we had expected or hoped for!) and it ended up being one of my favorite moments of our wedding night and continues to be a particularly special memory. We were pretty nervous about our first dance and doing dance lessons in the lead up to the wedding, but Katarina made the whole experience so much fun. We ended up loving going to our classes with Katarina and had so much fun with her learning the basics and the choreography she put together for our first dance. Katarina helped us with the First Dance with my daughter and son-in-law and the Father-Daughter dance. She was so good! She made everyone immediately comfortable and composed 2 dances that were simple and elegant. My husband, who feels he cant dance, was relaxed and the day of the wedding he and our daughter looked wonderful together. We had a video from the lesson and I practiced with my husband while my daughter and her fiance practiced at home. Katarina made it easy and fun. We cant thank her enough for making an important part of the evening so beautiful.

We were a challenge. We decided on a first dance late and are hopeless when it comes to dancing. Katarina was a godsend! She choreographed and practiced with us one week before our big day. Besides being accommodating, she is just fun to be around. Our lessons were such good quality and we never felt rushed or intimidated with her. Her experience also shines: she comes equipped with her Bluetooth speaker, your song on her playlist and bridal skirts that can match any dress so you can practice appropriately. She gave us solid pointers to help us remember our steps and prevent us from getting distracted on our big day. We felt confident and our first dance was a hit! If you need first dance lessons or any dance lessons for that matter, call her right away! She does not disappoint.

Working with Katarina for our first dance was amazing! She was very collaborative and helped us come up with a unique and fun dance that we and our guests loved! We reached out to her less than two months before our wedding and she was very accommodating to our crazy schedules. We are SO lucky and grateful we found Katarina to help us "learn how to dance" and execute our first dance. Katarina is highly qualified, has so much energy, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. From the moment we met Katarina, we knew she'd be perfect to help us with our first dance. We only envisioned taking a few lessons but added more because of how much fun we were having (and, let's be real, how terrible we were at dancing!) No task is too great or small for Katarina. We selected two very different songs to use in a mashup for our first dance. Katarina worked to teach us the classical ballroom styles of the Foxtrot (for our first song - French "La Mer" by Charles Trenet) and the Tango (for the second song - "Sway" by Dean Martin). The end result was brilliant!! By no means are we amazing dancers, but Katarina's tips, tricks and advice (even down to the last minute day-before lesson advice of taking three deep breaths) helped us enormously and we executed a truly memorable and amazing first dance (complete with lifts and dips!!) and felt so confident and amazing on our special day. Katarina listened to our needs throughout, she worked with our busy schedules and was flexible around our timing. My fiance (now HUSBAND!) works long hours physically, and Katarina was so understanding when we were tired or not performing as well. She kept a positive attitude, encouraged us, and helped us not just master ballroom steps but gain courage and form. Our wedding day first dance COULD NOT have gone better for us, and we are truly so thrilled by the memories Katarina helped us create. Our guests were pretty astounded by our moves and it was a fun time. Overall, I could not be more grateful to Katarina for her amazing dedication and professionalism, and would recommend her to any couples getting married who want to elevate their first dance game - slightly or dramatically!

Katarina was amazing! Honestly our dance skills before Katarina were minimal at best so we really looked to her for guidance in everything. She truly blew us away with her experience, and in helping us individualize our first dance moves with our song itself and our skill level. We took 9 lessons with Katarina in-person, it was incredible that we were able to have our lessons locally to us. A huge factor that made everything soooo easy for us to work with her. We originally planned to just do 5, but at the 3rd or so lesson realized we would need a few more it was so easy to add more lessons on. Since we have 1 lesson remaining we’re actually going to do another one with her post-wedding just for fun! Our guests were so impressed by our first dance and we had so much fun as well!

We loved working with Katarina! She was a super friendly, patient, and helpful teacher that taught us a first dance that impressed all of our guests. Initially, we thought we would take one class just to learn a few moves and feel more comfortable on the dance floor. But we really enjoyed working with Katarina, so we decided to go back for more lessons, and came out with a dance we really love. It was a wonderful bonding experience for us, and we plan to take more classes soon!

My new husband and I cannot recommend working with Katarina more strongly! She is kind, professional, committed, and flexible. When we first met her, she taught us the basics of dancing, and after 11 lessons, we had an incredible choreographed dance for our first dance as a newly married couple! My husband and I have zero dance experience, and actually quite disliked dancing at weddings and events, so we were nervous starting lessons and weren't sure what to expect. At every step of the way, Katarina offered her expertise, reviewed steps that were confusing for us, and really was such an excellent teacher. I hired Katerina to give me private dance lessons. She is very professional. Her character is warm and inviting. She makes you feel very comfortable. She has the ability to access your current level and create a program that will significantly help you to improve. Her teaching technique is well balanced in teaching you dance movements, stretching exercises and how to listen to music to learn rhythm ,beats and timing.

Dance lessons with Katy were amazing, she helped us prepare a beautiful 1st wedding dance for the song we choosed.
