perience. I could not have had a more perfect day. The getting ready spaces for the wedding party are so comfy and cozy. The ceremony and reception spaces are already so beautiful, you really do not need to add much. Additionally, there are so many amazing spaces for photography and my photographers were so happy with the amount of shade. I could not recommend this venue more.

wedding with new ownership, I was at first nervous about how this was going to impact our wedding day. I can say whole-heartedly, that my wedding day was PERFECT thanks to the incredible work by the new team at Bear Mill. They are willing to go above and beyond to make your dream day into reality. When we dealt with unpredictable changes in weather, they worked with me to come up with plans to keep our day as I had hoped it would be! Everyone was flexible, dedicated, organized, and genuinely the kindest humans at heart. I feel so lucky that I was able to have my wedding with the incredible new team at Bear Mill Estate.

We almost had a last minute caterer cancellation and Kerry quickly found a backup option who would make our already picked out menu with one week before the wedding. He’s also the florist of the venue and put together beautiful arrangements that were exactly the color scheme I was looking for. Ron and Tammy on the day of were so helpful in making sure everything was set up as it should be and the event went on smoothly. All three of them went above and beyond to make our day stress free and special and we can’t thank them enough. PS – the cottage they offer on site as well for us was just as beautiful and well run!

rom booking this date two years ago to the day of the wedding, we are truly thankful for everything they did for us. Open communication, timely responses to emails/texts, empathy and special accommodations for my wife as her father is recently deceased, and everything in between. We are blown away. The day was smooth-sailing, beautiful, and memorable. There was not one single complaint from our guests and all we heard all night was how beautiful the venue was! You truly get what you pay for. We are blessed and fortunate to have found this gem within a couple mile radius of our house. If you are debating on a venue, my wife and I encourage you to check this place out! We’re sure you will fall in love as quickly as we did!

ith you to make it reflect your style. Our wedding looked like it was out of a magazine, and I can't give enough credit to Kerry and Ron. They work so hard to make your vision a reality. Kerry is a most talented florist. We trusted him with our vision, and his bouquets and floral decorations brought me to tears when I saw it. Kerry and Ron were excellent to work with. They responded to all of our emails and calls in a timely manner and took the time to answer all of our questions. We never felt like we were a burden to them or asking too many questions- which is very important as you get down to the final weeks. WE feel lucky that we had the privilege of meeting Kerry and Ron and that they worked with us on our special day. I could not have asked for a better venue and better team on my wedding day.

d didn’t marry until 2019. Throughout our planning, Kerry was only a phone call or text away. He was incredibly prompt answering texts and following up on any questions I had throughout the process. We ended up touring the venue a few times due to some upgrades and minor changes he made through our planning period (all of which were beautiful!) and he was always enthusiastic and kept us in mind. Closer to our wedding date - he was great about checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. He and Ron did a fantastic job coordinating the vendors before the wedding and alleviating any additional pressure we were feeling. The day of - Ron did absolutely perfect setting up and making sure everything was a dream come true. He and Kerry made sure the venue was spotless and everything fell into place just like myself and my husband had dreamed of. Tammy did a great job making sure the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch! We are so so so incredibly thankful for Kerry, Ron and Tammy and all the hardwork they put into making our day all about us and making all our dreams come true. We still have guests talking about how beautiful and authentic the venue is and how great everything went that evening. I would recommend Bear Mill Estate to anyone getting married looking for a more intimate venue that makes you feel at home. I cannot thank their team enough for being incredible and bringing our dream a reality. 10/10 would recommend Bear Mill Estate for any current and future brides!!

he day we wanted. Ron was so helpful as we brought in and set everything up and took everything down down in the days surrounding our wedding. Tammy was an absolute life saver the day of our wedding. She kept us on time and most importantly kept me calm in the days leading up to and the day of our wedding. Kerry has decorated the Bear Mill Estate with an impeccable attention to detail, yet the estate continues to feel like an extension of his home. He made Alaric, myself, and our friends and family feel so welcome. His sister, Tammy, served as our day of coordinator but her interactions with us made her feel more like a friend. Ron worked diligently to make sure the grounds looked immaculate and the venue was set up to include all the details specific to our day. Kerry, Tammy, and Ron all cared deeply about making our day beautiful, memorable, and unique to us. We can't thank them enough for all of the talent, time, and effort they put into our wedding day. We would recommend The Bear Mill Estate to anyone looking for a venue that provides both a beautiful backdrop and a warm and welcoming atmosphere that is truly unmatched.
