Wow. This was the most beautiful and original venue that we toured, and we fell in love as soon as we pulled in. Kerry puts his whole heart and soul into this space and will work with you to make it reflect your style. Our wedding looked like it was out of a magazine, and I can't give enough credit to Kerry and Ron. They work so hard to make your vision a reality. Kerry is a most talented florist. We trusted him with our vision, and his bouquets and floral decorations brought me to tears when I saw it. Kerry and Ron were excellent to work with. They responded to all of our emails and calls in a timely manner and took the time to answer all of our questions. We never felt like we were a burden to them or asking too many questions- which is very important as you get down to the final weeks. WE feel lucky that we had the privilege of meeting Kerry and Ron and that they worked with us on our special day. I could not have asked for a better venue and better team on my wedding day.

I knew from day one that Bear Mill would be my dream wedding venue. It is an absolutely beautiful space, and Kerry and Ron do a fantastic job with all the decorations and furniture. They have excellent taste! We also had our flowers done in-house and they were absolutely perfect. Cannot say enough good things about this venue - it’s simply the best!

Ron and Kerry were simply wonderful to work with. They thought of every last detail of our wedding reception, down to ringing the dinner bells on the property after the ceremony. The planning process was smooth and easy, and we had no problems at all on the day of the event. I give this venue my highest recommendation for a magical wedding day.

If it was possible to give this venue 10 stars I would! Kerry, Ron, and Tammy were incredible throughout our wedding planning process. We booked our wedding at Bear Mill in 2017 and didn’t marry until 2019. Throughout our planning, Kerry was only a phone call or text away. He was incredibly prompt answering texts and following up on any questions I had throughout the process. We ended up touring the venue a few times due to some upgrades and minor changes he made through our planning period (all of which were beautiful!) and he was always enthusiastic and kept us in mind. Closer to our wedding date - he was great about checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. He and Ron did a fantastic job coordinating the vendors before the wedding and alleviating any additional pressure we were feeling. The day of - Ron did absolutely perfect setting up and making sure everything was a dream come true. He and Kerry made sure the venue was spotless and everything fell into place just like myself and my husband had dreamed of. Tammy did a great job making sure the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch! We are so so so incredibly thankful for Kerry, Ron and Tammy and all the hardwork they put into making our day all about us and making all our dreams come true. We still have guests talking about how beautiful and authentic the venue is and how great everything went that evening. I would recommend Bear Mill Estate to anyone getting married looking for a more intimate venue that makes you feel at home. I cannot thank their team enough for being incredible and bringing our dream a reality. 10/10 would recommend Bear Mill Estate for any current and future brides!!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Bear Mill in November. Kerry was spectacular every step of the way. So detail oriented and so accommodating to help us create exactly the day we wanted. Ron was so helpful as we brought in and set everything up and took everything down down in the days surrounding our wedding. Tammy was an absolute life saver the day of our wedding. She kept us on time and most importantly kept me calm in the days leading up to and the day of our wedding. We could not have asked for a better team or a more beautiful place to celebrate our marriage!

Bear Mill Estate is the most beautiful place and we are so happy to have gotten married there! Kerry and Ron are great to work with and they really think of everything! Cannot say enough good things about this venue! As a wedding planner and floral designer myself I was very picky when it came to the venue that my husband I would get married at. It only took a few minutes after being on property to know that this was the place we wanted to say I do. Brett and I could not be happier with the outcome of our September wedding. The landscaping, the staff, the decor... I could go on and on..! Don't hesitate to atlas book a tour! I promise it's worth every penny!

My new husband, Alaric, and I were married at the Bear Mill Estate on September 9, 2017 (exactly 1 week ago!). We could not have asked for a more perfect setting for our wedding day. The Bear Mill Estate is STUNNING - every part of the estate feels elegant, bridal, and ceremonious without being the least bit pretentious. Kerry has decorated the Bear Mill Estate with an impeccable attention to detail, yet the estate continues to feel like an extension of his home. He made Alaric, myself, and our friends and family feel so welcome. His sister, Tammy, served as our day of coordinator but her interactions with us made her feel more like a friend. Ron worked diligently to make sure the grounds looked immaculate and the venue was set up to include all the details specific to our day. Kerry, Tammy, and Ron all cared deeply about making our day beautiful, memorable, and unique to us. We can't thank them enough for all of the talent, time, and effort they put into our wedding day. We would recommend The Bear Mill Estate to anyone looking for a venue that provides both a beautiful backdrop and a warm and welcoming atmosphere that is truly unmatched.
