Looking at Hans’ previous work we decided to move forward with hiring him and my goodness I’m so glad we did! Hans was so wonderful on our wedding day, capturing all our special moments and being everywhere we needed him to be. He was so professional and really let our photographer do his thing, and captured his shots around the photographer poses. Back when we first started planning the wedding, we were unsure if we wanted a videographer, but oh my goodness I’m so glad we chose to get one and picked Hans! We just received our video and I honestly could not have imagined something more perfect. Hans used every second of the 4 minute video to capture all the most amazing moments of our wedding day. The video is just truly so perfect that I can’t get through an hour of the day without watching it. I’m so appreciative to Hans and his talent and would recommend him to anyone for their wedding day!!

Our wedding video came out better than we could have hoped for. We went with the doc and it perfectly captured the essence of the entire day/evening and told a story with the video, intercutting segments from the ceremony and the speeches and our private vows and combining them into a coherent story. Hans gives you the option to select some of your favorite songs to include in the video. We forgoed this option and had no regrets, as all of Hans’s choices were top notch and we would have never been able to choose songs that fit so perfectly.

I kept going back and forth whether I should have a videographer or not for our wedding and ended up hiring Hans very last minute. It ended up being the best decision I made. He was very accommodating and very understanding throughout the whole process. He made sure he understood what I wanted to from the video and he captured beyond that! I feel all the emotions through the highlight video he shared with us. I'm so so so happy I have a video to look back at the day. I only hired him for 6 hours of our wedding but he came early and stayed later in the evening almost the entire night. I'm forever grateful for him and grateful that I have a video to look back at years later. He is amazing!!!!!!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Hans and his team were absolute pros and captured our unique wedding which had an Indian day wedding celebration and an American Jewish wedding super beautifully. They weaved the stories from both days so seamlessly in a video that the whole family and friends are still raving about it 6 months out. They are also super amazing to work with and did game planning before the wedding to make sure they knew what was going down and getting all the coverage. Behold Films captured our October 2023 wedding, and the videos that Hans delivered were incredible! I had hired Hans after an *extensive* search for the right videographer, I'm a weirdo who really enjoys watching wedding videos so I had a very specific vision in mind. When I cried watching his video of a couple I'd never met before, I knew he was the right choice. Hans was friendly, easy-going, and quick at delivering the video. He didn't make his presence known often during the day, but caught some really wonderful moments throughout our wedding that we'll treasure forever. When we showed our family the final video (doc style), they all remarked at how professional and elevated it was compared to a lot of other wedding videos they had seen. So if you're looking for someone who can capture not only literal video but also the overall emotion of the day and help you re-live that every time you watch it, I highly recommend Behold!

Hans was wonderful! Behold Films was our favorite wedding vendor to work with! Hans was professional, communicative, and flexible in understanding all the things we wanted for our wedding day. We felt confident with the planning process and all the samples he provided that we would get a great product. On the day of, he was easy to work with, creative and non-intrusive. He was a great sport, and worked well with the photographers and other vendors. We never felt awkward with him, and he helped maintain a great vibe. And of course, the final result was speculative. We're glad we got the longest video package because we feel that the video truly captured the best moments of the day. The story and the creative artistry embodied in the film really put a smile on our faces, and on everyone who showed the film to. Behold Films exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding film. After looking at their portfolio, we knew it was exactly the vibe we were looking for - classy, elegant, and not cheesy whatsoever!! From day one, Hans was super easy to get in touch with, and we immediately felt comfortable booking with him. On the day of the wedding, we had Johnny who came onsite to film throughout the day. Johnny was kind and great to work with. He also worked seamlessly with our photographer whom was with a different company throughout the whole day. They scouted locations onsite, stuck together to both get the shots they needed, and were super efficient. Johnny came with a vision and helped guide us to get some specific shots, but also was great with sometimes being in the background and just filming whatever was naturally occurring. Our film was delivered to us just a few short weeks after the wedding and it EXCEEDED expectations and captured the full essence of what the day was. We even had several comments that it was the classiest wedding video they had seen - as some have the potential to be cheesy. No cheese here! I would absolutely look no further and book Behold Films - you will cherish the video for a lifetime.

I wish I could give a hundred stars! This is not your parents’ cheesy wedding video. Hans is so incredible. He made our wedding video look like the most magical cinematic art. He just has such a talent, and a way of shooting the light that makes every shot look dreamy. He’s also just a super easygoing, nice guy to work with. He was our photographer’s top recommendation and we’re so glad we found him! If you’re considering a videographer for your wedding, DO IT. So much money is spent on stuff for the wedding that gets thrown out the day after. But your Behold Films video is something you will cherish the rest of your life.

Deciding to hire Hans from Behold Films for our wedding was one of those things where we didn't have to think twice...we could just tell that he really cared about what he does. When the big day came...Hans didn't just deliver, but his energy and presence truly added to the magic of it all. It was a pleasure having him involved...Hans is able to get the shots in a way where you don't even realize he's there; but he's also a nice and fun guy that can crack a joke and be fun to hang out with during the few moments of downtime. The final product was outstanding, and brings us right back to the feelings we experienced on our wedding day! Booking Behold Films and working with Hans was one of the best last minute decisions we could have ever made for our wedding. We had debated for a long time about getting a videographer and decided only a month before to hire Behold Films and I cannot stress enough how happy we are that we did. Our video from Hans has ended up being our favorite thing from our wedding. How he was able to capture every detail, the fun, the vibes, drone footage of our venue, how happy we were, and to have the video sent back to us only ten days later, I will never know! He really listened to everything that we asked for. We also purchased the raw footage (which I highly recommend doing) and have had so much fun going through everything. We chose Hans after viewing some of his previous work – which literally looked like it could have originated from a Hollywood movie. During the day of our wedding, his presence was very calm and he knew exactly which shots to take to get great footage. After receiving our video from him, we were so impressed with how beautifully it turned out. Additionally, we were so appreciative of the quick turnaround time. We’ve watched it so many already and it still makes us smile just as much as it did the first time.

After looking at what seemed like a million videographers, we stumbled across Hans' work at Behold Films and immediately knew we found someone who met the stye we were looking for. We absolutely loved his work and couldn't wait to contact him about our wedding day. From our first meeting, Hans was awesome. It was evident he was super knowledgeable, experienced, and was willing to curate the video to exactly what we were looking for. On the day of our wedding, Hans was incredible. He worked seamlessly with our photographers and was super low maintenance. He was very friendly and we could tell he was capturing amazing footage. We got married on 08/18 and Hans was finished with our video by 08/24. We were thrilled to receive the video this quickly, we thought it would take significantly longer for Hans to finish all his editing. Once we watched it we couldn't believe how amazing it turned out. The video was absolutely perfect. As we watched our video, each shot was better than the next. Hans captured beautiful drone shots of our venue, awesome candid shots of our bridesmaid and me getting ready, intimate shots of our first look, amazing moments in the ceremony, great shots of the groomsman and my husband, perfect first dance shots, and finally unreal shots of everyone at the wedding partying and dancing. Hans also edited our song to match each moment exactly at the right time. We truly can't find enough words to effectively explain how elated we were with working with Hans. Hans/Behold Films = SIMPLY THE BEST! On my wedding day, Hans was calm and relaxed as he discreetly captured every important moment in the most beautiful way. My husband and I both work in media so we went full court press on vetting the right person to trust with our wedding. We loved working with Hans so much that we hired him to do our rehearsal dinner as well. Having him around felt like he was one of our long-time friends, casually there to celebrate for the weekend. He was so organically and warmly integrated that I was never really aware or awkward about him capturing every moment - so much so that I wondered how our video would come out. We expected to wait months as that is an industry standard, but he turned around the video so quickly that our jaws dropped when we saw his message hit our email. We watched it on loop deep into the night and all through the next day. The shots he captures, the choices he made in his edits, the way he told the story of me and my husband - both representing who we are as individuals and as a couple - it was pure magic. I always have edits, everyone could always do one thing better, but I genuinely would not change a single choice, shot, or edit Hans made. He's a brilliant and wonderful human being. People are still talking about the drone shots he took of me approaching the aisle, peeking through the forest trees, amongst the mountains of the catskills. How he did that while doing everything else as a one-man operation? We'll never know, but we do know that there's no one better to hire than Hans for your wedding in the woods.

We loved working with Hans! From the beginning, Hans was responsive, kind and communicative. He answered all of our questions, and after the first call, we knew we were in great hands. Shane was our videographer the day of, and he was amazing! He brought great energy, made us feel really comfortable in front of the camera, and struck the perfect balance between providing direction and capturing the candid moments. Not only did we receive our film a week later, but we absolutely loved it! Shane and Hans really captured the emotions of the day, the little laughs and genuine smiles, and told our story as a couple perfectly. BEHOLD FILMS IS AMAZING!!! I have watched our wedding video so many times it's ridiculous, and the most wonderful part is that Hans captured it all while being incredibly respectful of our space on our wedding day. We wanted to make sure we were always fully in the moment, and Hans was amazing about being able to capture everything while not making us feel like we were constantly in the spotlight. Hans is super talented videographer! The video he produced of our wedding was absolutely incredible including an aerial view of our venue in the Adirondack mountains. He truly captured the vibe and all of the big emotions of the day, especially the fun and joyful moments that were most important to us! Hans work is amazing! When I saw the work he did for my brother's wedding video and pictures I knew I had to have him for mine. I'm not a picture taker but he made the experience enjoyable and natural. He took beautiful pictures. I highly would recommend him.
