the day of, his associate videographer Tyler was such a pleasure to work with, also very easygoing, professional, and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. He captured the day naturally and worked really well with our photographer. We loved the editing by Hans. He has an amazing creative eye, and we are so happy with how our videos turned out!

ork and provided some examples of how we were ideally looking for a video to look like. We are very simple people to please, so we just wanted something nice and romantic. Swift at responding and answering all questions during the entire process, we were so excited to have him a part of our special day. On the day of, he did not require much - I am very much a type A bride and tried to check in as much as I could, and he was always good! He was able to capture all our special moments from behind the scenes, and everywhere that we were envisioning. The video turnaround time was nice and quick, given we got married in more of the off-season compared to the busy season. When we watched the video, we were completely blown away - we were so surprised! I would be lying if I said we didn't tear up while watching it. Hans is so talented, patient, kind & so professional, and I would highly recommend him for your wedding! My only advice is to make sure the photographers know what the videographer needs - there was some miscommunication for us around a few things ( photo side); as typically the videographer follows photo so make sure your clear on the needs and shots you want , but other than that it was so seamless. We are so grateful to have had Hans capture our special day. Huge shoutout to Hans - if you're looking for a video, book him ASAP! THANK YOU! <3

We forgoed this option and had no regrets, as all of Hans’s choices were top notch and we would have never been able to choose songs that fit so perfectly.

eirdo who really enjoys watching wedding videos so I had a very specific vision in mind. When I cried watching his video of a couple I'd never met before, I knew he was the right choice. Hans was friendly, easy-going, and quick at delivering the video. He didn't make his presence known often during the day, but caught some really wonderful moments throughout our wedding that we'll treasure forever. When we showed our family the final video (doc style), they all remarked at how professional and elevated it was compared to a lot of other wedding videos they had seen. So if you're looking for someone who can capture not only literal video but also the overall emotion of the day and help you re-live that every time you watch it, I highly recommend Behold!

cheesy whatsoever!! From day one, Hans was super easy to get in touch with, and we immediately felt comfortable booking with him. On the day of the wedding, we had Johnny who came onsite to film throughout the day. Johnny was kind and great to work with. He also worked seamlessly with our photographer whom was with a different company throughout the whole day. They scouted locations onsite, stuck together to both get the shots they needed, and were super efficient. Johnny came with a vision and helped guide us to get some specific shots, but also was great with sometimes being in the background and just filming whatever was naturally occurring. Our film was delivered to us just a few short weeks after the wedding and it EXCEEDED expectations and captured the full essence of what the day was. We even had several comments that it was the classiest wedding video they had seen - as some have the potential to be cheesy. No cheese here! I would absolutely look no further and book Behold Films - you will cherish the video for a lifetime.

We absolutely loved his work and couldn't wait to contact him about our wedding day. From our first meeting, Hans was awesome. It was evident he was super knowledgeable, experienced, and was willing to curate the video to exactly what we were looking for. On the day of our wedding, Hans was incredible. He worked seamlessly with our photographers and was super low maintenance. He was very friendly and we could tell he was capturing amazing footage. We got married on 08/18 and Hans was finished with our video by 08/24. We were thrilled to receive the video this quickly, we thought it would take significantly longer for Hans to finish all his editing. Once we watched it we couldn't believe how amazing it turned out. The video was absolutely perfect. As we watched our video, each shot was better than the next. Hans captured beautiful drone shots of our venue, awesome candid shots of our bridesmaid and me getting ready, intimate shots of our first look, amazing moments in the ceremony, great shots of the groomsman and my husband, perfect first dance shots, and finally unreal shots of everyone at the wedding partying and dancing. Hans also edited our song to match each moment exactly at the right time. We truly can't find enough words to effectively explain how elated we were with working with Hans. He was so organically and warmly integrated that I was never really aware or awkward about him capturing every moment - so much so that I wondered how our video would come out. We expected to wait months as that is an industry standard, but he turned around the video so quickly that our jaws dropped when we saw his message hit our email. We watched it on loop deep into the night and all through the next day. The shots he captures, the choices he made in his edits, the way he told the story of me and my husband - both representing who we are as individuals and as a couple - it was pure magic. I always have edits, everyone could always do one thing better, but I genuinely would not change a single choice, shot, or edit Hans made. He's a brilliant and wonderful human being. People are still talking about the drone shots he took of me approaching the aisle, peeking through the forest trees, amongst the mountains of the catskills. How he did that while doing everything else as a one-man operation? We'll never know, but we do know that there's no one better to hire than Hans for your wedding in the woods.

They provided music suggestions for our final film but were incredibly flexible when we had a specific song in mind, and when my bridesmaids spontaneously burst into song right before my first look with them, Hans captured everything and seamlessly worked it into our final film at my request. The final product is gorgeous; they even managed to make the cloudy weather on our wedding day look romantic.
