Bella Sera Event Villa is the place where wedding venue dreams come true. When I first toured the place I was blown away by the venue’s space and outdoor ceremony area. Andrea gave us the grand tour and we immediately knew we were booking it. From start to finish, Andrea was friendly, informative, and helpful. When the big day finally arrived Lindsey was our day of coordinator. She was amazing! She is a professional who knows what needs to be done and does it with a smile on her face. We got the Gold wedding package that includes DJ Kevin Redford, Brad Riggio Photography, and work with Bethel Bakery. All these awesome vendors have worked with each other for many years and are a fine tuned machine for making the day seamless. I cannot sing enough praises for everyone that works there - bartenders, servers, cleaning staff — top notch across the board. My guests have come up to me about how gorgeous the venue is, how delicious the food was, and the had fun on the dance floor. Thank you Bella Sera for making my wedding day the best day ever!

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Lindsey and Andrea were wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning process. They were organized, responsive, and made everything feel so much less stressful.
The preferred vendors included in the package were all fantastic and worked together seamlessly, making the entire day run smoothly. We truly got to enjoy our wedding without worrying about the details because everything was so well coordinated.
If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing team that genuinely cares about making your day special, I highly recommend them. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding unforgettable!

Andrea has been a part of the Bella Sera team since 2019. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Special Events. While in college, she interned at Bella Sera, bringing her newly found skill and passion for the events industry to Canonsburg. Now that she is our Wedding Consultant, Andrea has the opportunity to help Bella Sera couples make their wedding dreams a reality. When not in wedding-mode, Andrea enjoys attending live shows and concerts, traveling to new places, soaking up the sun at Chautauqua Lake, and spending time with her husband and their mini dachshund.

to Bella Sera we knew we found it. Everything we visualized was possible here; from the beautiful outdoor ceremony with our fur babies, the indoor cocktail hour for our guests while we took pictures, the staircase, amazing staff, and yes the food was great! We found it much better than at the tasting - which we are very grateful for the tasting event to help us choose our courses. We certainly appreciated the vendors they suggest, helped us get the perfect dj and photographer without worries of reliability or their professionalism. We were blessed for perfect weather, and the accommodations Andrea and Lindsey helped us with the entire way was so helpful! One of my favorite moments was when our whole bridal party celebrated in the suite before our entrance after the ceremony, the staff really had us all set up like celebrities! They took great care of my family and my now wife during the brunch the day of. We loved how boujee it all was, and honestly the best wedding I’ve ever been to and was so lucky it was ours. The bonus stuff like the videos and packing food up for us was so above and beyond. Honestly thank you all again, we won’t ever forget this day and are still all buzzing off the whole experience! e" had to have all inclusive options and a back up indoor option for the ceremony. And I must say, the indoor reception area is definitely not a back up plan given the immaculate staircase and fireplace. The communication is unmatched. Lindsey, the day of coordinator, did such a great job with the rehearsal and day of making everything stress free, The food was superb - our guests were commenting on it all night long. Brad Riggio, Kevin Redford and Steven Vance were all phenomenal and preferred vendors which made us confident in our choice to pick them. My husband and I are so happy we chose to have our wedding here and would do it again if we could. I would definitely recommend Bella Sera to any couple wanting a special, perfect wedding! I was a bride that wanted the least amount of planning possibly, so we chose one of Bella Sera's inclusive packages that included photography, DJ services, cake, and all food & alcohol. All outside vendors were AMAZING. Brad Riggio photography pays such close attention to detail to make sure your pictures turn out perfect. Redford's DJ kept everyone out on the dance floor all night long and kept the night moving seamlessly. Bethel Bakery was easy to work with to design our wedding cake and it was so yummy! Bella Sera also provided an extensive list of preferred vendors, like our florist, who did a superb job! Bella Sera's crew decorated their beautiful venue with all of the decor we brought the day before. We didn't need to worry about decorating the venue on our wedding day, it was done beautifully for us!
On the wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a single thing! Bella Sera's staff and crew moved our day along and truly did everything that we wanted/needed. All of our friends and family keep on telling us how much fun they had and how perfect our wedding was. We HIGHLY recommend this venue, the best of the best!!!

” Two years later, and here I am- just married at Bella Sera in early April 2025! Choosing a venue is no easy feat, but I would confidently recommend Bella Sera to any couple looking to host a beautiful wedding and reception. We had their top tier package, and top tier it was!!The food is fantastic (highly recommend the short ribs), the venue coordinators are amazing and go above and beyond to ensure an easy planning process and a perfect day, and we were able to have every single thing we wanted! This included an onsite ceremony with live musicians, a cocktail hour with a ton of hors d’oeuvres, an open bar with signature cocktails, a one hour reception extension to host an “after party” onsite, late night food, hiring a live cannoli station, an incredible cookie table room, and a “Tuscan garden” vibe with the decor. Their preferred vendor list made planning super easy and my husband and I were completely in awe when we walked into the ballroom on our wedding day! I can’t count how many people came up to us and said we did everything “right” and it was one of the best weddings they’d ever been to. I promise if you have your wedding or event here you will not be disappointed! My husband and I are excited that they host Easter brunch as well as other meals throughout the year because it is now a special place that we can return to every year to reminisce on the best day of our lives!

detail meeting, she answered our countless questions for over a year. Lindsey was our day of coordinator and was also so amazing to work with, she walked us through everything on our rehearsal day and made our wedding day go super smooth, I swear everything was perfect and went exactly how we had planned. We got so many compliments on the food (Best wedding food anyone has ever had) and venue after our big day. I can’t imagine not getting married there. We loved everything about working with the Bella Sera team and highly recommend to anyone in need of a venue!

Lindsey, our day of coordinator, kept everything running smoothly and ensured that every detail was exactly what we envisioned. a micro wedding and although they usually host much larger weddings, they were so open to the idea and it was better than anything I could have imagined! We wanted to have a small guest list but the full experience of a wedding, something I’ve always dreamed of, and Bella Sera handled it perfectly. Andrea was fantastic to work with, answered all of my questions quickly and provided helpful opinions as well. The provided day of coordinator was incredibly helpful in making sure everything went smoothly and the whole day felt effortless! I don’t think a single thing went wrong. The food was delicious, DJ Kevin Redford was a master at reading the room and picking the perfect next song, Brad Riggio was a great photographer and has provided hundreds of photos we will cherish forever. Guests are still telling me it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to! It truly was a perfect day and I’m so happy that we were able to have our intimate wedding at Bella Sera!

Andrea was extremely helpful making sure everything went as planned and we had nothing to worry about the day of our wedding! There was plenty of room not only for the bridal party to get ready, but also for our guests to spread out and celebrate. Since we no longer live in the city and were planning from out of town, Andrea was incredibly helpful and flexible, accommodating our visits to view the space and taste the food. Speaking of which, Bella Sera provided the food, and it was the most talked-about part of the wedding—in the best way! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was. A perfect venue and a perfect experience. 10/10!

Bella sera takes care of everything for you on your wedding day so you can just sit back and enjoy the day. They set everything up, make sure you have anything you could possibly need throughout the day, and package everything up for you to take home the next day.
The entire process was so smooth thanks to Andrea and Lindsey! The photographer Brad and the DJ Andy made the entire day so fun and special.
We can’t recommend this venue enough.

Communication was excellent—whenever we had a question or needed clarification, Andrea was quick to respond and always went above and beyond to meet our needs. So, I finally had my dream wedding at my dream venue this past weekend!!! It was so perfect and so beautiful! I had a black dress and I think it looked absolutely perfect at Bella Sera! Everything was incredible here. Bridal suite was beautiful and perfect to get ready in. The Bridal Bites were so good! The outside ceremony couldn’t have been any more beautiful! The food during the reception was so good. ALL of my guests raved about the venue and the food. Everyone was so nice and so helpful! Always answered my questions and were great on the day of! I loved that it was all inclusive and all I needed were the videographer and florist. It was just perfect and everything I always dreamed of plus more! I just wish the day didn’t go by so fast.
