ly was cancelled due to her daughter getting sick. Nicolette was apologetic and was able to do my hair for my engagement party. I showed her the hairstyle I wanted for my wedding and we discussed doing something different for the engagement party. Meeting her for the first time at her place of business she was very warm and welcoming; felt like a friend! I got so many compliments on my hair at the engagement party and my half up-do lasted the whole night. I have a lot of hair and it is on the thicker side. I did not need extensions for my wedding day. I did a bun for my wedding day, but with a twist to it! She was patient and continued to try the style until she got it. Nicolette and one of her coworkers showed up at the hotel on time and ready to go. My girls loved speaking with them and enjoyed their hairstyles. My flower girl was super excited. On the wedding day the bun stayed together the whole night, there was a small piece of hair that must have gotten loose therefore I have a strand of hair falling out in the bun, but it didn't upset me because the whole bun stayed together! Nicolette followed up with me the next day, beating me to it in showing my appreciation for her being a part of my special day. We still keep in contact and I cannot wait to share with her some wedding photos of my hair! I'm honestly sad that she only does wedding hair! (She does do makeup as well, but I didn't use her for that!)

y wedding day, Nicolette was easy to talk to. Any questions I had she was able to answer for me. The morning of my wedding she made me feel like such a princess. l my wedding day. I am the most indecisive person and couldn’t decide what style I wanted for my wedding day. After my trial I reached out to her expressing how I didn’t feel that was the right style for me and despite how busy she was catching up with all COVID brides plus all her new brides she still managed to make time to squeeze me in for a second trial. She even color matched my hair for me and ordered extensions for me that shipped directly to my house. I had a big bridal party with 12 girls who needed to get their hair done and was so worried about getting ready in time. Nicolette is the most organized person who made a timeline for the morning of making sure we were all ready when my photographer showed up. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about her. I am still obsessing over my hair to this day and probably will forever!
