Tabitha at Bliss Bridal helped me find the perfect dress I was looking for! I was a little nervous going in because I didn't have a great experience at a different bridal shop. Tabitha took me to the dresses and allowed me to look through them all, picking out ones I wanted to try on. She listened to the things I liked and disliked about each dress and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process! When it came to the top 2 dresses, she had me try both on a few times back to back to help compare more, while being patient. Tabitha was open about prices, and did not seem pushy on making a sale. Overall, had a great experience at Bliss Bridal, their dresses were all gorgeous with so many options. I would definitely recommend!

My family and I had such a good experience at Bliss. First, the space is absolutely beautiful and very private too. I felt so comfortable with Sky and the young girl she had with her. They were so encouraging and helpful with making decisions. I loved every dress but ended up saying yes to one of the beautiful private label dresses. I had such a great time, thank you Bliss for being so great! I can’t wait to wear my dress!

This is THE spot to find your perfect dress! The store is full of amazing dresses. I loved have a separate area to try on dresses. It made me feel like the center of focus. My stylist knew exactly what to pull and helped me find my “yes dress”! Highly recommend.

Five out of five stars! Bliss Bridal was the sixth (and last!) bridal store I visited in search of my wedding dress. The staff were so helpful and really listened to my preferences to help find the perfect dress. I was exhausted after a long day of dress shopping and they had the best energy that was so warm and inviting. I'm so happy I scheduled an appointment at Bliss Bridal and I've been encouraging all my friends who are engaged to set up appointments, as well!

Bliss was my first stop of what was supposed to be 2. They were very welcoming and had a great selection. They listened to all of wants and mostly the things I didn’t want in a dress and as we tried on dresses she brought in new dresses based on my review of previous..ultimately we found my dress and didn’t need to go to any other stops!! I am so excited for when it comes in. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for their wedding dress

Bliss Bridal is like no other! After trying on 8 dresses and potentially finding the one at Bliss. I wanted to continue the search as I had another appointment later in the day looking for clarity. It quickly be able clear and reassuring that the dress and experience at bliss was like no other! They were able to fit us in even that same day when they had no appointments available for me to try on the dress one more time. Of course I ended up saying YES, to my custom dress. Bliss bridal made me feel comfortable as it was my first time trying on wedding dresses. They are there within the dressing room to unzip, lay the dress so you can step into it, zip it up, and continually fixing the dress as my guests and I look at the dress. It may be uncomfortable the first time having them within the dressing room but trust me 100% makes the experience and is so worth the 5 minutes of uncomfortable you may feel! I can’t recommend Bliss Bridal enough and I can’t wait to see my dress again!

My experience was amazing, I felt very well cared for and any questions or concerns I had were addressed with kindness. I knew that I was going to be able to be open about what I was looking for and that the sales people weren't going to let me settle when it came to my wedding dress!

I found my wedding dress here after three previous appointments at other salons. I cannot recall the name of the associate who helped me (Amanda maybe?), but she was great at understanding what I was looking for and how to change the shape of a dress I liked into a dress I loved. I went back a couple months later to find the perfect veil.

Kendra was beyond amazing!! She was the perfect person to be paired with me! She helped me pick styles I wanted to try and even styles I would never think to grab myself. She made me feel so comfortable and confident.

Bliss Bridal is a beautiful bridal salon with an impressive array of wedding dresses. They have a wide range of styles to suit every bride's taste, from timeless classics to trendy designs. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and excitement for my big day. The only downside was that my stylist did not appear to have reviewed the styles I had spent time meticulously curating, per instructions, in my online account prior to the appointment. The dresses that were pre-pulled in the dressing room for me did not match the fabrics or styles I had selected; they appeared to be princess ball gowns with a lot of tulle or with a lot of embroidery. While I had selected one ballgown like that to try on as a foil, that was not the overall style of all the dresses I had chosen. When I requested to go to the floor to pull a few myself, the stylist seemed very surprised by the dress I pulled myself. Which was confusing, because I pulled an ivory, strapless gown without embroidery with a train that was very similar in style to the dresses on my profile. (Spoiler: the dress I pulled is the one I bought). Please note, that this is merely a critique and that this situation alone did not ruin my entire experience. It just made it a 4-star experience, rather than a 5-star one. My suggestion would be to not waste your time (no more than 10 minutes) to curate your bridal profile. Come in ready to discuss the dress you are envisioning. And definitely visit the floor; again, there is an impressive array of dresses, and one might surprise you! Also, the stylist was incredibly helpful in picking out a veil that matched my dress perfectly. While it was arguably overpriced (compared to what you could get elsewhere), the price was worth it to have her practical styling advice and to have the fabrics match exactly. I am very glad I chose Bliss Bridal. You can’t go wrong with whichever dress you choose. I felt like an absolute princess on my wedding day and received endless compliments on how stunning the dress looked. It truly was the dress of my dreams, and I have Bliss Bridal to thank for having it in their showroom.

I Found My Bliss At Bliss Bridal!! Such a great experience!! And Sky was so wonderful! She helped me feel comfortable and beautiful! Very welcoming and knowledgeable! I would HIGHLY recommend Bliss! I had a great experience both times I was at Bliss. The first time I went, I tried a variety of dresses and thought I might have found the one. The stylist at this appointment made sure I stayed in budget, truly listened to my thoughts, and offered fixes to things I didn't like about dresses. For example, I wanted one area of a dress lined and the stylist brought out additional fabric so that I could imagine what the dress would look like lined. The second time I went, I was looking to try on the dress I thought was the one to confirm this. The stylist was very helpful. She brought out additional dresses for me to compare the favorite to so that I knew I was sure about the one. She also let me try on a variety of veils and other add ons so that I could imagine myself in the dress. Both of my experiences were great and I can't wait to go back and pick up the dress!

My sister and I both found our wedding dresses at Bliss Bridal. I am so happy I stopped by. Also, Andrea helped us both find them. She is amazing, kind, supportive and helpful. I LOVED Bliss! Tabitha was my stylist and she was amazing. She started off with giving some expectations which was really helpful for a first-time shopper. Also, she walked me through their dresses, let me pick a few and then hand selected the rest on her own. I liked this a lot because it gave me some of the fun of walking around and picking dresses but then she was able to narrow down the search and even picked dresses I wouldn't have grabbed off the rack. She made it much less overwhelming and asked great questions about which details I liked most compared to others, how dresses would fit with my venue, etc. She even helped me custom order my dress to combine my favorite fit with my favorite material to help the dress become MINE! We stayed about an hour late and she never once made me feel rushed or pressured. I had an absolutely wonderful time and would recommend Tabitha to anyone looking to shop for their bridal gown! The whole process was incredibly easy and stress free from booking the appointment to picking out a dress to payment! Bliss Bridal had a great selection of dresses and my stylist figured out very fast as to what I was looking for. Kendra made sure to ask my budget and helped me to stick to it. She made me feel very comfortable in a very vulnerable dress changing process (undressing in front of her). Kendra was personable and very knowledgeable. So friendly, easy to talk to too, responsive to my likes or dislikes, helped take all dresses off the rack, helped me into the dresses, fluffed me 100 times. She was patient and kind, and made me feel beyond special. Not one time did it feel like she was selling me a dress, it felt like she was a knowledgeable friend making me feel like a princess! 10/10 Would recommend to anyone!

I had such an amazing time here! The shop is so cute and the suites were private. Andrea blew me away with her expertise and I said yes to a “wildcard” dress she picked for me! I am so in love with my dress and that’s all thanks to Andrea and Bliss Bridal.

I never thought I’d have that ‘that’s the one’ moment with any dress I tried on…until I came to Bliss Bridal and met my stylist, Tabitha. From the beginning, she reminded me that if I wanted to find a pretty dress they had hundreds to choose from. But then she said I wasn’t there to just find a pretty dress. I was there to find a ‘Taylor’ dress, one that felt and looked like me. And from there I felt completely comfortable with her. She let me take my time browsing through their selections and offered help and suggestions when I needed it. The private suite was wonderful as well. I didn’t feel like I was competing with anybody else in the shop as I’d felt in other bridal stores. They had enough space for about five guests to join in the experience. Tabitha also kept asking all the right questions after we’d found ‘the favorite’, comparing each dress after to ‘the favorite’ to see where it ranked in order to help me figure out which one I preferred (but considering ‘the favorite’ was the only one that had a teary reaction, we pretty much knew anything after that couldn’t top it). After trying on ‘the favorite’ one more time and deciding it was the one, Tabitha added a few extra accessories that made the moment more real and emotional in the best ways possible. I would definitely recommend Bliss Bridal to anyone looking to find their perfect wedding dress. They have so many options for everyone and they truly will make you feel special. Bliss Bridal made all of my wedding dress dreams come true. The experience itself was absolutely wonderful -- 100% stress free and SO MUCH FUN. Obviously, picking out a dress was a success and I cannot believe that dress is forever mine. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever worn and I received so many compliments on it, especially in regards to its uniqueness. Thank you Bliss Bridal for giving me the most amazing dress shopping experience EVER!!

Overall, the employees were friendly and my experience trying on went well. While my stylist did pick out a lot of dresses that I had explained weren’t my style, it did help me to confirm that I wouldn’t like those styles. She was also very friendly. My biggest disappoint and reasoning for the 3 stars was that I did make a note about the size the employee recommended (size 2) as being too big for me. She said it would be the right size and that it could be altered. My goal was to minimize alterations however as I am already paying a decent amount for the dress. The dress comes in and when I try it on the stylist says it fits great, but after trying it on several times at home, my disappoint grew as I found it to be very loose all around and not fit right. When I showed a tailor, they confirmed it was loose just about everywhere. This is a bummer for me, since I trusted Bliss to make the best size recommendation, and signed on the size they recommended even after me voicing my concern. My biggest regret is that this is a dress I could have bought online, and if I did so would have had the option to exchange. Overall Bliss Bridal is a great Bridal Salon environment and the stylists are friendly and they have a nice gown selection, just be sure you are confident with the size you order and/or are willing to pay more in alterations if needed.

My dress try on went perfectly and I really loved the dress I decided on. We ordered it and waited several months before it arrived. I drove 3.5 hours to pick my dress up as I live out of town. But when I tried the dress on, the stylist could hardly get the dress zipped, the straps were pinching my arms, and the waist was much higher than my natural waist. Everything about the dress seemed off. NOTHING like the sample I tried on. I expressed my concern to my stylist and she says the dress can be let out. It was insinuated that “my measurements must have changed” or that I have gained weight. This was difficult to hear as I have been trying hard to lose a few lbs and instead am being told I must have gained weight. Next I am told that this dress must be wrong because I must have ordered the wrong size. I did not request a specific size, bliss bridal ordered the size based on my measurements! I ask to try on the sample dress again as this was supposed to be the size that was ordered. After a long time and much confusion I was allowed to try on my sample dress and it fit perfectly. Only after that did the stylist start to believe I hadn't gained weight. The stylist asked that we come back in an hour so that it could be sorted out. She told us that they would likely try to order me a new dress. This was obviously a huge concern as the dress took a long time to arrive. Their only other offer was for me to take the sample dress home. They offered me a 10% discount because it was the sample but when I went to pick it up we realized there were rips in the bottom of the dress. No further discounts were offered. No alternative options. At no point did they apologize for the mistake, and I was made to feel guilty for something that was very much not my fault. I spent a large sum of money to be given a less than perfect dress. I am very disappointed in this experience and will not be recommending this store to others. This experience has left me feeling terrible about my body, and dress.

Wonderful experience! Sky was my stylist and she was so kind and made the experience enjoyable. I was nervous about being a heavier set girl going to try and bridal dresses and not having my size. But Sky made me feel comfortable at trusted that I could try on dressed that I looked good in.

I found my AMAZING wedding dress of my dreams at Bliss Bridal. They have plenty of dresses under $2,000 which was my max budget. The stylist was so nice and perceptive and listened to my thoughts but also could read between the lines when she felt we weren't hitting the mark. She picked out dresses I wouldn't have picked myself and ended up finding THE ONE that way. She knew I'd found it when she noticed I hadn't "stopped smiling" since putting it on! She was excellent. All the staff there are so sweet and very professional. They were spot on with the timing of the dress arrival. I had my dress steamed there the week of the wedding for free and that whole process was super easy.

They did a great job at letting me look at everything, try on whatever we wanted, and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured! They were great! The only main disappointment I had was how long my dress took to get in. The expected date was extended 3-4 times. So my feedback would be to provide a date range that the dress will come in - not a specific date. When I asked about having my dress altered we were told that they would follow up with me, but they never did. Other than those two minor details, my experience was great & I would recommend Bliss to anyone!

I felt belittled when shopping at Bliss with my mom and sisters for bridesmaid dresses. My mom was hoping for something around the $100 price point, which I knew was David's bridal low. However, my mom didn't know that, and when the consultant heard her price point I immediately felt like she lost interest in us. We got in and out of the dresses ourselves, and I didn't feel as though they tried to track down other sizes or similar styles for us. Also, I was very interested in their accessories, as multiple head pieces and veils had caught my eye. I would have considered buying accessories from Bliss had my consultant been around, or able to answer my questions on shipping.

Bliss was my last appointment of the day and probably the 6th or 7th store I went to total. I found my dress right away, the first one I tried on! I did not connect well with my stylist. I had to pay for my entire dress up front which was not expected but I was told this was because of the designer. My dress came in about 1 week late but again this is dependent on the designer. I kept calling the store to see when it would be arriving, however, and I had a hard time getting an answer or they said they would call me tomorrow but didn't. Finally I drove to the store myself to be able to get an answer when my dress was expected to arrive. It got a little stressful because my wedding was in 2 months and I needed to get alterations still.

I overall really enjoyed purchasing my wedding dress from Bliss. The consultant was very nice to work with and was respectful of my budget and was in-tune to what I wanted. I got my wedding dress in early, and was able to make a neckline change while it was in production. The only downside to getting my wedding dress early is that once they call you to tell you it's in you have about 2 weeks if I'm remembering correct to come and pick it up, and those appointments can only happen during business hours Monday-Friday. It was a bit hard to be able to take off work that quickly to make it to those appointments. I think that's how it is at a lot of bridal shops though, so I understand. Overall, great experience!

I worked with Alex, and I had a great experience! My wedding dress appointment at Bliss Bridal was the 3rd of 4 dress appointments that day. At the first appointment, I found a dress that I (and my bridesmaids) really liked, but I wanted to keep my options open since I had 3 more appointments that day. At Bliss, we were able to look around and pick out some dresses we liked and wanted me to try on, and then Alex helped me try them on and found me more similar dresses that I might like that were in my budget range. They actually had the dress that I liked from the first place, but when I tried it on again, we didn't like it as much. Bliss had a lot of dresses I liked (as well as a wide variety of other styles), but we couldn't seem to find "the one". Alex could tell I was feeling defeated and overwhelmed, so she told me she would take one more look around the shop to see if she could find any other options. The one she brought me next was the one! Although it was stressful to try on so many dresses, it really was worth it so that both Alex and I could figure out exactly what I was looking for. She brought my vision to reality by finding the perfect dress for me!! Alex was great to work with and so sweet, and it honestly felt like she was just as excited as me and my bridesmaids!

The ladies at Bliss helped me find my dream gown. I previously bought another gown from a different salon and decided I didn’t love it. They worked with me to stay in my budget and find my dream gown so I didn’t need to feel unsatisfied with my gown anymore!

This was the first and only place I went to. From the time I made my appointment to when I chose the dress, I had the best experience. My consultant (Kendra) emailed me ahead of time asking me what I wanted and she had exactly in mind what I wanted when I got there. She did nothing less of my expectations and I can't thank her enough. Bliss is fabulous

I originally purchased a wedding gown 11 month before my wedding. After about 3-4 months I was having second thoughts and returned it. Being short on time I was getting worried and discouraged I wouldn't find THE DRESS for me. My mom called The Bliss and they were having a sample sale. I'm so thankful they were as I found the most beautiful dress and for an amazing price! I cannot wait to wear it! 💍

I worked with Sky at Bliss Bridal and she was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Compared to other dress shops I had visited, Bliss Bridal was a step above in customer service! I loved my dress and was grateful that Bliss Bridal made it so easy for me to find one!

Bliss bridal was the one bridal boutique in the area that had the largest selection of bohemian, romantic style dresses that I was looking for. Everyone there was so helpful and made the whole process of finding a dress fun and easy. I got my wedding dress and all of my bridesmaid dresses here, they all came in a timely matter and were perfect!

The shop was cute, and they were super accommodating since I showed up unexpectedly without an appointment. There was a wide variety of options, price points, and styles. Downfalls... My dress took forever to come in, granted that was the designers fault, but the shop didn't call me or keep me updated on my dress's status/where abouts. When I called the shop I got the voicemail EVERY TIME. No one there answers the phone! I called morning, noon, and night. Different days, and still no answer. You have to leave a voicemail in order to talk with someone, and they usually called back hours later. This made me VERY frustrated as I spent a lot of money on my dress. All said and done, I felt as though the store was professional when it came to making the sale of my dress, but was very poor at communicating after that. And they are ZERO help when it comes to finding someone to do alterations outside of their area.
