planning can be stressful but Jean made things fun and gave such great recommendations for vendors! We were worried about being out of state for wedding planning, but Jean took care of everything for us and accommodated us by scheduling for zoom meetings and coordinating with all of our vendors. separate houses with nary a heads up about it. We hired Jean for "month-of" coordination and she absolutely went above and beyond. I would've been impressed anyway, but to deal with some of the crazy things we dealt with and not just lose her mind absolutely blew me away. I want to have a wedding again just so we can use Blue Llama. Her employee, Katie, who showed up to set up on the day of (at the nice dinner we had in lieu of an actual wedding) was amazing as well. I had no qualms about just giving her some things and telling her to go nuts because I knew we were in good hands. Worth every penny and more, hiiiiiiighly recommend.

dn't pick up the phone past 5pm. Then I spoke with Jean and I knew I was investing in someone who would be there for our planning process all year, even though we only requested "day of" help. She was great with dialing into any vendor calls we needed her on or even inviting us for a face to face meeting at her office downtown. She is very responsive and has a broad connection with Indy event vendors. This came in handy when several other vendors canceled on us this year - we didn't have to freak out and do another round of research when we no longer had a bus to take us to/from the hotel and church, Jean helped us find other options and let us pick what worked for us. Jean is also so helpful in keeping touch with vendors as the day gets close - we didn't have to do any of the 'heavy lifting' with contacting everyone and making sure the times they would be there, etc. Jean's also big on introducing herself to the family and bridal party at the rehearsal and making sure they have her contact info in case there are problems. Honestly, I have no idea if there ever was a problem - everything went off without a hitch and I'll certainly credit a lot of that to Jean. Lastly, I am so not one for a "wedding vision" - I kind of knew what my husband and I were looking for in terms of decor but honestly I ended up buying a bunch of different candles and my mom made a lot of signs. Jean and her team did an AMAZING job with setting it all up. I didn't know what I wanted it to look like, but the reception hall was beautiful when all was said and done. Indy brides and grooms, if you're looking for a great day of coordinator, you found her. Couldn't be happier with our choice to hire Jean and her team.

In June, my fiance and I decided to elope in our backyard - with 20 days notice. Jean and her team stepped up without hesitating. From helping us with our initial planning conversations and giving countless vendor recommendations, Jean had our backs from the very beginning. Being from out of town, we depended on her for a lot leading up to the day - last minute floral arrangements, signage pickups, printing and more.  But what really separates her from the pack was how she helped make our dream wedding a reality when everything felt like it was falling apart. She was always quick to communicate, problem-solve, brainstorm and see everything through to every little final detail all the way to the very end. She was on our team - just as excited and committed to making the day perfect as we were. Her work didn't go unnoticed as both my dad and my sister called out Jean by name to thank her in their wedding toasts because she truly made it all possible. My only regret is not hiring her beyond the month, and also not living in the same town so we could grab coffee or pisco sours. Hire Jean. She's the real deal.

And the decor turned out beautifully. The room our reception was in has colors i wasn't super fond of, but when Jean was done the room looked completely different and her use of up lighting and drapes really transformed the place. I have absolutely no complaints; it was all just beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

as the right choice! For our reception, we had a lot of small details to be executed and her team set it up exactly as I envisioned. Jean was the go to for the night, my right hand woman, to guide us through the order of events. Right after our ceremony, we realized we forgot to bring the sparklers for our sparkler exit, I was devastated, and literally minutes later Jean said "don't worry about it, we have it taken care of", no joke, within an hour her team found an open store on a Sunday, got long sparklers and had them put in the sparkler jar in time for sparkler sendoff. That meant the world to us since that's the one moment we were beyond excited for! Her and her team were lifesavers!! She stayed until the very end, cleaning everything up and packing it all into my family's vehicles. We were blown away by how efficient she was! Such a pro! We will definitely recommend her to engaged friends! A day of coordinator is definitely worth every penny, especially if it's Blue Llama Events! We highly recommend having "the dream team" work together, photographer(Dauss Miller), Videograher (Vibe Productions), DJ (Track Seven-Joel), and Blue Llama Events (Jean), they worked seamlessly together!

She always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We ended up having it at a country club and she went with me to meet with them and florists. I trusted her opinion on everything. She keep us on schedule and she was always calm and everyone loved her. The day of our wedding came and she handled everything. We never had to worry about a thing other than enjoying our beautiful day. We would recommend Jean if you want a beautiful wedding! She is so genuine and we actually gained an amazing friend during the process.
