us feel so comfortable and special from the beginning; I knew we were in great hands. Olivia herself was booked for our wedding, so her colleague, Emily Merrifield, was our day-of planner. They recommended amazing vendors, always responded promptly to our many questions, sourced decor items for us so we didn't have to be responsible for bringing extra items, and of course, coordinated with the vendors. They came to our initial venue meeting and asked all the questions of the venue that we didn't know to think of. Their app helped with seating charts and payment reminders among other helpful things. The day of couldn't have gone more smoothly. Emily and her team did a phenomenal of job of making sure everything was in its place at each part of the day. She even came to the bridal suite and steamed our dresses. Their efforts allowed me to have a stress-free, beautiful day. (Even if your venue has an on-site coordinator, definitely book a planner - our hotel venue went through 3 wedding coordinators and Emily was what kept everything seamless. A planner is able to focus 100% of their efforts on you compared to the venue, which has many other responsibilities.)

On our wedding day, Olivia made it the most stress free day we could have had. If something “went wrong”, she fixed it before we even knew. If we had to switch something around, she figured out a solution before coming to us. She truly made it the best day of our lives and we could not have pulled off the wedding that we did without her. ll coordination planning so we started looking into our options. Our first call was with Olivia, and we never looked back. The decision was EASY, and we are so thankful to have had her in our corner on the wedding planning journey. Wedding planning is intimidating, and we had a vision that we had no clue how to execute… enter Olivia!! She takes your word vomit of hopes and dreams, puts them to paper, and makes them all happen while making sure it is within your budget. I don’t have enough characters in this review to speak about how highly my husband and I think of her – no task is too small, nor too big and she is REAL with you through it all. We appreciated her level of communication on things to us on a need-to-know basis. She clued us in on info as we needed to make decisions or things were changing, but also knew when to just keep moving and not bother us with things she didn’t need to. Every single vendor she recommended was fantastic and not only did they all do a great job, but they all also spoke so highly of their experience working with her and how great the Brent Events team was. The band said they were true MVPS pulling off heroic feats and making it all happen behind the scenes – that is the sign of a great planner if you ask me. Not only do we have rave reviews to share as bride and groom, but every vendor or person who crossed paths with Olivia has expressed the exact same sentiment. Our wedding was logistically complicated with a lot of moving pieces but the trust that we built with Olivia through the 10 months of planning shined bright on our wedding day. With bad weather and last-minute changes, as the bride, I never felt better or more at peace than on my wedding day and trusting that Olivia would do what it takes to get the job done and do it well. Amongst all the other incredible work she does, the best part of working with her is that she cares deeply about her couples and bringing their vision to life. We felt that each step of the way and continue to feel it in the weeks following our wedding as we look back and reminisce. We can't recommend Olivia enough for all your planning needs!

confidant, professional calmer downer, & most importantly someone who could work with me despite my quirks and 2AM ideas. With Olivia no idea was too big, or detail too small. She understood and took pride in all aspects of our wedding. Olivia was constantly in our corner, she had our back when there were issues with vendors, & last minute changes that we’re made within hours of the wedding. She made sure I (we) had the wedding of my (our) dreams. We were truly so lucky to have worked so closely with her & my heart hurts now that our time has come to and end. ouldn't picture the day without them. We had no idea if anything didn't go to plan, and directed everyone on what to do during prep. We had a backyard wedding so having them be there for prop was crucial. I can't speak more highly of them if I tried. I hope everyone could have them at their wedding!

highly organized wedding planner/coordinator. Our day and timeline was so smooth, and it’s entirely due to Olivia and her team. At our first meeting in person, Olivia showed up with a binder with everything about us, including our pinterest board completely printed out. In each meeting, Olivia asked us the right questions to get us thinking about what we needed to have done. She also made sure we were sticking to our budget. She also did a fabulous job handling all aspects of our transportation, from talking to and pricing the transportation companies, to coming up with a list of potential shuttle services and their costs. This was the part that I was not looking forward to planning myself, and Olivia took that responsibility and delivered a great shuttle company within our budget! On the day of the wedding, Olivia and her team kept everything on schedule. All of our vendors knew where to be and the day went without a hitch! We would not have been able to plan a wedding this smooth and organized without Olivia and her team!

ed 12 miles. Incredible. From our first check-in call, Olivia really worked and listened to understand what was important to us, what we hadn't thought about yet, and what we didn't care about. She thought of things that I never would have - who is taking out the trash? Are you going to have a menu on the tables? - and was a really positive, reassuring presence every step of the way. She built a detailed timeline for us and the vendors, coordinated their load-in and out, and we really felt that she was in our corner in the stressful lead-up to the wedding. On the day itself, she took care of absolutely everything. I didn't have to interact with a single vendor, and instead got to enjoy the day. She and her team set out all of our decorations, coordinated all the vendors - they even made our In Memoriam corkboard when we ran out of time to do it beforehand. There was a risk that our florist would no-show, and she assured me that if that happened her team would drive to the store and buy me flowers herself. Seriously, the best. As it got dark she turned the glaring overhead fluorescent lights down to half, and then off, without needing to ask me. And I'm sure that if you're the sort of person who would prefer she checked with you first, she would absolutely do that as well. I can't recommend her enough! My wedding straight-up would not have happened without her. Or I would have lost all my hair.

a day-of coordinator, Olivia was involved months in advance and was incredibly responsive to emails. She went above and beyond to assist and I felt incredibly reassured knowing that she was going to be there to ensure everything went smoothly. In the months before the wedding, we had a walk through at our venue that Olivia attended. Going into the meeting, I felt very overwhelmed and leaving, I felt as if a load had been taken off of my back. I knew I was in excellent hands with Olivia in charge and she did not disappoint. On the day of the wedding, Olivia and her colleague, Alex, did everything they could to ensure that the day went smoothly despite unexpected challenges with the weather. They made sure that we had a beautiful wedding and carried out our vision and then some. I was on cloud 9 all day because I knew I could rely on Olivia and Alex. I could honestly gush about her for paragraphs, but I’ll stop myself. She is a lovely person who is very competent and talented. I highly recommend her. Do yourself a favor and book her.

She was able to understand my style and aesthetic, and truly improve upon my personal vision. I am already begging her to let me work some of her future weddings, because I miss talking to her every week! If you can snag her as your wedding planner/coordinator you will have the most seamless, stress-free wedding ever!

for our wedding—but the wedding that we had (that Olivia made happen) was beyond our wildest dreams. We did the full coordination package with Brent Events, and reached out to Olivia early on in the planning process when we realized a planner was important, as we were planning a Cape Cod wedding remotely from New York. From our first call, Olivia showed us her superhuman abilities: we were having a really hard time finding a tent after trying for weeks…and Olivia secured us one within 48 hours. From that point on, we knew we’d found an angel, and we were 1000% right. Over the next 11 months, Olivia was our go-to for everything: from creative consultations, to operational needs, to on-the-go asks via texts. She also drove hours to meet us 6 months before the wedding to run through everything, tour venues, and do tablescapes (which were instantly beautiful, because she took the time to understand our vision from the start). Our wedding was extremely DIY, since we did it on a private property, and had to create our venue out of thin air. Olivia made this not only easy with consistent and clear communication and excellent listening to our needs, but she also made it fun and enriching. Through her incredible network on the Cape, she was able to connect us with the best vendors, which we are dearly thankful for. We’ve not only gotten to work with insane talent across food and florists and even restrooms(!), but we’ve also gotten to know the nicest, most genuine people throughout the process. This is because Olivia surrounds herself with the kindest and most sincere people, which makes sense because that’s who SHE is. Two prime examples of this: we had a hard time finding a card box that went with our aesthetic for the reception, so Olivia texted us a video one day of her literally crafting us a cardbox out of a mailbox, which she printed with our initials and designed herself! We also didn’t know how to properly display a welcome sign, so Olivia took it upon herself to build us our own custom one, that had a flowerbox built in. Again: a superhuman. When it came to our wedding weekend, we could not have asked for a better support system from Olivia and her team. She was the definition of calm and in control for both the rehearsal, and the wedding day. We didn’t have to lift a finger the entire day, and she covered everything, with a level of finesse that will go down in history. She was also there exactly when we needed her, and managed to get the most meaningful behind-the-scenes footage along the way. She even created an album for us the day after and shared all of the footage so we could share it with friends. It’s these kinds of special touches—among so many others—that make Olivia and her work so unique, warm, personal, and unforgettable. She deeply cares, and it shows in every possible way. I’ve had several guests from the wedding ask for her info since, to use for their weddings (and some of them aren’t even in relationships! That’s how good she is!) We were asked recently if we’d have done anything differently when it came to our wedding, and the answer was honestly and truly, “No.” The day was perfect and flawless—and that’s due in such large part to the work of Olivia & the Brent Events team. Hire them. It’s the best wedding gift you could ask for.

My photographer, MUA, and friends all love her - so easy to work with! I had a small wedding < 50 people that wasn't an upscale backyard wedding that I wasn't going to have a coordinator for because it was so small. BOY am I glad I did, you should too!

I’m from out of state so was very nervous to not be present for every detail, however with Olivia at the helm I was never out of the loop and completely stress free(as much as one can be whilst planning a wedding). Olivia helped us stay on budget and we had amazing vendors because of Olivia’s knowledge and know-how. I’d just like to add that Olivia is one of the hardest working people I know and I truly could not have had my special day with out her. Her laughter and calm presence saved me multiple times during the big day! Please don’t hesitate to hire Olivia as she is worth every single penny!

booked her for day-of coordination, and we had a few meetings before to align on the timeline and make sure that everything for the day was in order so that I could be as worry-free as possible on my wedding day. That definitely lowered my stress levels as she made sure that I had all my ducks in a row going into the wedding week. On the day of, she and her assistant Tarryn came in clutch on so many instances, from making sure my groomsmen put their boutonnières on properly, to picking up my wedding dress, and making sure my desserts all got to the venue in time. And most importantly, she made sure that cleanup/takedown was as seamless as possible so I could enjoy the evening and the next day without worry. I was so lucky to have worked with her and I cannot stress enough how wonderful she made my wedding day. My husband and I are extremely grateful and we could not have had our perfect day without her.
