They let me go at my own pace and I never felt pressured, plus they offer in-house tailoring so you don't have to find your own tailor when your dress comes in. the alterations and the owner, every single thing was amazing and every single person was so sweet! Not to mention the dresses here are sooo beautiful. The quality is like no other, dresses you would dream of!! I went to one other dress shop before here and felt rushed and didn’t love any of the dresses I tried on and it just wasn’t what I imagined wedding dress shopping would be like. Margaret and Ellen were amazing they really listened to what I wanted, had great suggestions and advice, and were sooo patient and kind! She’s so sweet and made my dress fit me like a glove, it looked perfect! She even sewed a piece of my moms veil inside my dress and used blue stitching for my something blue! Appointments here were something my mom and I looked forward to and had so much fun doing. Not only did I get my perfect, dream wedding dress but I now have memories that will last a life time! Jennifer and her team made me feel completely comfortable from the first day I walked into her shop until the last day I took my altered dress home! Also, she ended up selling me the perfect sample dress which fit beautifully off the rack at half off. I’d highly recommend.

wanted going into the dress-buying process, I really feel like the staff at Brides by the Falls helped me figure out exactly what I wanted, and I felt unbelievably beautiful in the Lea-Ann Belter dress I got there. I used their in-house seamstress to make it fit perfectly, and she was wonderful as well.

After a huge debacle with the wrong size being ordered and then the size I needed in the skirt being out of stock with no restock date, I was back at square one with only about two months until my wedding. I frantically started looking for sample sales at local boutiques and Brides by the Falls was the first place I called. Their sample sale had been over for a few weeks, but Jennifer returned my panicked voicemail immediately and set an appointment for me to come in and try on some samples they still had in the shop. I told Jennifer and Jamie the style of the dress I had before and my general style and we picked out several gowns for me to try. I ended up with something totally unique and perfect that only required minor alterations. Jennifer was so excited that I chose this dress because many people had tried it on and it hadn't worked for them, but it seemed like it was meant for me...so maybe I was meant to wait until two months before my wedding to find a dress! Their seamstress Sophie was wonderful. I had thought about bustling my dress and she was very honest about it not looking right after trying different bustle styles. So I ended up just letting the train (which was not very long) drag and it wasn't an issue at all. Everything happens for a reason, and I's actually really happy that my first dress didn't work out because then I wouldn't have had this amazing experience at Brides by the Falls!

The dresses here were gorgeous. All of the dresses were beautiful, but once I found my dress I had that experience that every bride wants. This dress was everything that I wouldn't have pictured, but it's the dress that made me feel like a bride. Whether you're looking for a traditional or a unique look you'll find it here. I was a little bit disappointed at the difficulty I had communicating with the seamstress. She did not complete the work as early as I had anticipated, and I ended up having my final fitting and bustle instructions on the day before my wedding, which was already a hectic enough day. This was totally the seamstress's fault, so I did not lower my rating of the shop. In the end, I had a very high quality dress and veil for a low price. The dresses here are all high quality, and if it is in your budget, consider ordering a new one from them.

Given my lack of an appointment, not to mention my casual dress, Jennifer could have easily written me off. Instead, she was amazingly helpful. Jennifer took the time to chat with me to really understand my wedding, the venue, my personal style, and what I wanted in a dress. She let me paw through everything to pick out options, (and they have an excellent selection of dresses of all styles across a range of prices), then made very astute recommendations on top of that. Jennifer has an amazing eye and was so helpful in narrowing down the options to find the perfect dress (and a coordinating veil). I never felt pressured or rushed in any way, even when I (panicking because I realized I'd probably found "the" dress) called a friend and then waited (in the dress) for 15 minutes while said friend drove over to give me a second opinion. In the end, I found my dream dress, in record time, at a price that was as good or better than anything else I've seen. Love Jennifer, love Brides by the Falls.

We explained our problem, showed them a few pictures, and in a flurry the sales woman was off pulling dresses. I don't recall disliking a single dress she picked out. When we'd narrowed it down to 2 dresses, she didn't even mind when I changed back & forth a couple of times, keeping her there 20 minutes past close. Alterations are done in-house by a great woman who comes in a few days a week. She clearly knows what she's doing. My dress fit perfectly. She even altered a jacket I had made for the wedding that came in way too big. I felt amazing my whole wedding day. Thank you to Brides by the Falls for making me feel so beautiful, and for helping me find a dress that complimented both my body and my style.

the stores in the city I live in. When I called the store to ask them to at least price match them, they told me they would give me a call back after they talked to the owner. At that point, they called the bride and proceeded to blame the size of the store for their inability to have competitive prices. After not receiving a call from the store, the bride called me to explain the situation. I just gave up at that point and called the store to place the order when I was told that they were with a customer and they would give me a call back. More than three hours pass before I finally receive a call back. I originally wanted extra length on my dress but the woman on the phone forgot to put that in my order. I didn't care at this point. I wasn't told an expected date of arrival or any details. This was a completely horrible experience. The lack of professionalism was baffling. I'm sure the bride in my party had a good experience but I could NEVER recommend that someone use the services of this store based on experience. I would try to deter people from going to this store. The store could have easily made things right by matching the competitive price, calling me back with answers and not trying to make the bride be in the middle of it, and handling the entire situation with more professionalism.

on the morning of my wedding because of a time crunch on my end that week. Can't say enough good things!
