Peter responded to every email and phone call, every question big or small, and was so generous and friendly with us, our family, friends, vendors, and everyone involved. The entire wedding planning and prep process is a long, time consuming, and stressful process - but each time we spoke or heard from Peter, we both felt immediately at ease and reassured we were in fantastic hands. I cannot stress enough how important Peter was to seeing our event come to life and run so smooth! As for the venue itself - Brooklake was absolutely beautiful. We had toured several other venues before seeing it, and each previous one we found flaws, red flags, or other problems that made us worried. With Brooklake, we found it perfect right away. From the picturesque setting, the fantastic space and amenities, even just the placement of different rooms between the ceremony space, cocktail hour lounge, and reception ballroom, was set up perfectly for our ideal wedding. Not only that, but the pricing was competitive even with other places we viewed that seemed smaller or less elaborate. As for the day of the event itself, everything went smoothly and wonderfully. We spent the entire day on site - the bridal party got ready at the venue, we did pictures on the grounds, and we had our ceremony on site as well. Vanessa, the main bridal attendant, was at our side all day and helped constantly with anything we wanted or needed. She was a reassuring voice who helped us feel special and take care of us. Vanessa was absolutely incredible and we cant thank her enough! The food at Brooklake was also fantastic. We had constant compliments from our guests about everything, from cocktail hour to desserts. When we were still planning and looking through the food options, we felt spoiled for choice and had trouble narrowing down how many great options were offered! Despite that, everything we chose was delicious, and our friends and family agreed. Also of note, our vendors, such as our photographers and our DJ, had mentioned ahead of time they had each worked previous events at Brooklake before, and reassured us they were a great venue and they looked forward to working with them again. Sure enough, the day went so smooth and our vendors were able to seamlessly work with them. It felt great to know that the many moving parts of our wedding were going to (and did) mesh well together. Brooklake took perfect care of us - they were overall so communicative, helpful, and made our wedding day feel special and perfect. I can't think of a single problem we had. We cannot thank Peter, Vanessa, and all of Brooklake's staff enough for seeing our big day come to life and give us the perfect wedding.

What truly made our experience unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service—especially from Peter, the director. Peter went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. He even personally helped my mom when she got glass in her foot on the night of the wedding! Peter’s team was just as amazing. Every staff member was professional, warm, and attentive. We scheduled multiple meetings with him in person and over the phone and he always accommodated our schedules. He was happy to help us in any way he could. He went above and beyond for us and we will never forget his kindness! On the wedding day, the venue provided a bridal coordinator, Maître D, and other staff members to assist us. All of them were absolutely amazing. They were professional, kept us calm, and even made sure that we remembered to eat! They checked in to see how we were feeling and made sure we always had water and anything we needed. Being a bride can be overwhelming but having Michelle, Vanessa, and the team by my side made me feel so calm! You will be in the best hands here! The venue is absolutely beautiful and very clean. All of our guests were talking about how beautiful it was and how much they loved being able to use the patio. The view is beautiful any time of year. They provided a golf course for us to take photos as well. The food was delicious! Many of our guest had various diet restrictions (allergies, gluten free, vegan , vegetarian , halal) and they accommodated all of them. The food tasted just as good as it looked and everyone was impressed with all of the options from cocktail hour to entrees. The entrees were delicious and the dessert sampler was amazing! Our guests are still raving about the food. We are so impressed by the level of service that was provided to us. We highly recommend the Brooklake Country Club for your wedding or any event. It was so convenient how they have two bars in the ballroom, one in the cocktail hour room, and one on the outside patio, which was perfect for our guests who barely had to wait in line to get drinks. The venue itself is beautiful and spacious, with a gorgeous view of the golf course and lake. Brooklake Country Club is a hidden gem, and I cannot recommend this venue enough!

Right from the start working with Peter, the Event Director, to plan and execute the event was a great pleasure. He was courteous, kind, patient and highly professional throughout the year of planning, always available for questions, always replying to phone messages, diligent in guiding us through the rehearsal and ever present on the day of the event as he watched over the staff and guests to ensure a perfect experience for all. By the date of the wedding he had become our good friend and we hope we can work with him again one day. The venue was wonderfully appointed, and very photogenic with fine interior design and wonderful vistas out the windows and beyond the patio where we had the ceremony. The grounds, lawns, pathways and trees created splendid opportunities for artful and emotive photography. The patio was excellent for a bright and sunny ceremony, with our daughter, the bride dazzling and glorious as she came down the aisle. Brooklake has a great team of experienced staff who were able to neatly and quickly arrange the seating (according to our plans) in just an hour, after morning thunderstorms cleared out. Those who served food and those who cleaned up worked with great efficiency, precision and courtesy. As far as food was concerned, the selection of options for appetizers before the reception was very large. Everything was fresh and well laid out. Guests had more than enough to eat. The main course was also great quality. All our guests enjoyed the food and gave positive feedback. The reception room was bright and luminous with lots of light coming through the large windows which faced the golf course, the lake, the fountain and the beautiful sky. The acoustics were excellent for our DJ and the dance floor just perfect. The maitre d’, Andreas, was very vigilant and diligent in making sure that we stayed on schedule. Although we ran into a few last minute complications with seating he was able to discretely and politely make adjustments without creating a stir. He frequently and courteously checked in with us throughout the day. He was most definitely a pleasure to work with! The bridal attendant, Jennifer, was very helpful, very attentive, and very polite as she willingly fulfilled all of our requests and instructions. She had a very gentle and sweet spirit. After the event she shared kind words and appreciation to our daughter. It is apparent to us that Brooklake hires and trains only the highest quality staff on all levels. All the feedback from our friends and family was that this was a beautiful and pleasant event. Some said it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Wish we could give Brooklake 10 stars!!!

It's so nice that there's only one event a day so you can get there whenever to get ready and have the place to yourself. Peter has weddings down to a science. I didn't need to hire a coordinator because he took care of every single detail. He answered my numerous questions and I never had to wait for an answer. The amount of food you get for cocktail hour is great, and everyone is still raving about the different stations and how good the dinner and dessert were. She was so sweet and helped me with my dress all day! Natalia, the Maitre D was also great to work with and helped everything run smoothly. The food at Brooklake is phenomenal. Everyone was raving about cocktail hour. A favorite station was the BBQ station where they served pulled pork and brisket. So many of our guests told us our wedding was one of the best they have ever been to. My husband and I now hope to be guests at another Brooklake wedding in the future. Michelle, our bridal attendant, was phenomenal and made sure we had everything we needed the whole night. She really went above and beyond for us. We wanted to make sure we ate our cocktail hour food, so once we were done with pictures she made sure we had everything from every station in a side room that we could eat before mingling with guests during cocktail hour. The whole staff was so accommodating and really worked to make sure the day was just how we envisioned it. A big thing for us was the cocktail hour food. We love all different cuisines and we wanted to make sure our cocktail hour reflected that. We chose some untraditional stations and it completely paid off. The chefs were so amazing and accommodating and even worked with us to create our own Cajun station. Everyone raved about each station. The crowd favorites were the Hawaiian Poke Bowl Station, the Smokehouse Station, and the Asian Dumpling and Stir Fry Wok Station. We can't thank Brooklake enough for making our day so special. They truly paid attention to each detail and care about their bride and groom. I 1,000% would recommend Brooklake to anyone considering it for their big day. We just wish we could go back and do the whole day all over again.

Peter worked with us through the entire planning process and made everything stress-free. With his many years of experience, we trusted every suggestion he made. Special shout out to my bridal attendant during the day, Michelle, who was absolutely amazing. She handled every request with such grace that I felt no stress during the event. One of my favorite moments from the day was after our ceremony when we had a plate from every single cocktail station placed before us and were left alone for 30 minutes to eat. The privacy we had in that moment (with everything set up for us) was service like we had never experienced before. It was only later that I realized this special moment was all due to Michelle. The bridal attendant, Michelle, is an absolute angel and is literally the reason I felt so stress-free that day. She always fluffed my dress, brought us water and food, and made sure we were exactly where we needed to be when we needed to be there. I always hear about people not really getting to eat at their own weddings and I can totally see how that could happen but because of Michelle, we got almost EVERY item at cocktail hour and an entire dinner with dessert. From the first step in you feel an air of sophistication and elegance and the lobby is great for pictures and serves as an excellent welcome point for guests. When you go upstairs into the cocktail and reception area prepare to continue to be blown away. It’s so spacious and inviting and had great lighting and made an excellent backdrop for pictures While we were walking around during cocktail hour every single one of our guests remarked on how amazing the food was and how much they were enjoying themselves. The chef at Brooklake is not only talented but inventive and kind. You can tell that he takes his craft seriously and we appreciated the various creative options to chose from that we really haven’t seen at other weddings. Dinner was also absolutely delicious and the next day everyone we talked to also remarked on how amazing the food was. When we were greeting guests at the reception during dessert I noticed that everyone’s plate was almost empty! We also received so many compliments on the wedding cake and how it was so delicious some guests were eating more than one slice! Our guest experience was one of our top concerns and Brooklake delivered! The space never felt crowded and guests were never left waiting on line for a drink, food, or any needs! Our wedding was in January and it truly felt like a winter wonderland. One of my concerns was getting married inside at night but the patio was lit up with fire heaters and lights and it made the most perfect backdrop. Even in January the Brooklake grounds were immaculate and made the perfect setting. The bridal suite was spectacular and the perfect place to get ready. The staff at Brooklake from Peter and Carol, to the waiters and the most amazing bridal attendant Michelle make you feel so welcome and special. Throughout the whole process I felt like all of our questions and concerns were heard and addressed so quickly. On the day of the wedding Michelle was a stellar Bridal Attendant and was by my side all day even crouching down behind me to hold my veil and dress down in the wind for pictures. Before walking down the aisle I noticed my DJ was playing the wrong music and the staff immediately heard my concern, got the DJ and made sure everything was fixed. Everything ran so smooth and the staff made the perfect partners throughout the whole planning process and day of. Peter was so accommodating and professional. Always available to answer all of my (many) questions and making sure everything was perfect leading up to the wedding and on the day of the wedding. My parents also truly appreciated Peters communication and professional attitude. Brooklake truly knows what they are doing when it comes to weddings! We always felt special and attended too and being the only event that day was amazing and we felt all the attention! Throughout every step of the process I was truly so glad that we chose to have our wedding there and if we could do it all again I would choose Brooklake a 1000 times over. Now my next step is convincing a friend or family member to have their wedding at Brooklake so we can enjoy the guest experience and return!

We had to move our planned outdoor ceremony inside due to cold weather and strong winds, but we still had the same beautiful background as if we were outside thanks to the grand windows in the ballroom. Communication was always on point, and Wendy, who I worked with the most, was an absolute pleasure. She was so professional and knowledgeable and just an incredibly kind and caring person. The venue is such a well-oiled machine that, me being a novice and admittedly somewhat clueless bride, everything went so smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about anything because Wendy, Peter and the rest of the staff at Brooklake knew exactly what to do and when to do it. They helped guide me through the day and took everything I requested to heart. My now husband and I opted for the more traditional route and did not do a first look and they were amazing at making sure we did not bump into each other even with my random timing of wanting to take pictures before the ceremony. The food was amazing. I feel oftentimes at weddings venues/caterers either provide quality or quantity, but not always both. Brooklake had both and I’ve never heard so many compliments about the food at a wedding. The amount of delicious food we received was incredible for the price we payed, and while Brooklake does have minimum guest counts they are more than happy to provide upgrades for the food if the minimum is not met which was our case. We were able to upgrade to a seafood raw bar and have a suckling pig in our cocktail hour, and we also received churros as a to-go station at the end of the night. When I say the day was absolutely flawless and perfect I mean it, and it is Brooklake Country Club to thank. There is zero hesitation from me, if someone needs a venue recommendation Brooklake will always be the first place I recommend.

The venue is breathtaking and the banquet room is beautiful and spacious. The aesthetic beauty of the grounds enhanced our affair. The food was unbelievable. Our guests are still talking about the cocktail hour and how sumptuous the food was. The staff are friendly, know how to treat guests, and make sure everything is run smoothly. The day of our wedding, even though I had been to Brooklake a dozen times, everything set up for my day truly took my breath away! (there is only one event at a time which is a huge bonus!) It was beyond beautiful and Peter took care of everything I wanted. I could never thank him enough! From every email I sent him, he was always quick to respond and was always helpful. If I wanted to add/change/move/fix something, he never made it an issue, always said okay! Our reception was so much fun, I have guests telling me every time I see them how amazing all of the food was and I still have guests telling me the cocktail hour was the BEST they ever saw and tasted! Our guests could not get over how much food there was. The bridal attendant that was with me all day did not leave my side. She was AMAZING. Anything I needed, she was there. There is truly not a better venue than Brooklake Country Club. We cannot thank Peter enough!
