g. It was clear from this initial interaction that she cared more about our experience and less about just becoming one of their customers. The food was/is absolutely delicious. Every single item was cooked perfectly, and it was clear from the initial tasting that their chefs and cooks take genuine pride in cooking high quality meals that do not come off as “mass produced” like a number of other caterers in the area. We have lost count of the number of guests who told us during and after the meal that it was by far the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, and this is reflective of the company as a whole. Ashley and JP (the Chief Operating Officer) were both present during the planning process, and worked with us directly to determine a menu that would be both wonderful for the guests as well as within our budget. When dietary restrictions were presented, Ashley and her team made the accommodations easy and care free, and provided options that were also delicious. She and her staff were so friendly and professional on the day-of that a number of guests went out of their way to comment on the crew. We cannot rave enough about the services we received from Buckboard Catering. To make matters better they also operate a full-time restaurant in El Cajon, which we plan on frequenting regularly when visiting San Diego. For prospective couples planning a wedding, choosing Buckboard as your caterer will not only put your mind at ease knowing the quality of service you will be receiving, but you and your guests will be absolutely thrilled with the meal you get to enjoy.

Our event manager was Crystal, and she and her team (including the bartender!) totally understood our vibe and the mood we wanted to present on our wedding day. Everything from the food, table presentations, market lighting, staff and suggestions on how to lay out the setting was perfect. Crystal made sure everything flowed smoothly, and was so awesome in everything she did. We are so thankful for her help and guidance throughout the planning of the wedding to the execution on our wedding day. We highly recommend Buckboard and Crystal for any event. ey are very affordable, with great quality food. My guests kept telling me how delicious the food was! They even designed a vegan entree for me and my veg friends/family that was so good! They also did our tables, chairs, linens, flatware, market lighting, and bartending! Definitely use Buckboard catering for your wedding and other events, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

We really appreciated his responsiveness and attention to detail. Not to mention the food was DELICIOUS. Many of our guests commented on how good the food was. Bill provided catering services for our wedding, but I would recommend him for any major event. He is simply the best!

Shaun worked his magic while being as minimally disruptive to the event as possible. And onto the important part... the photos turned out just beautifully! Better than I had imagined they would. Shaun has a very unique eye that I just love. I'm not one for a bunch of posed photos and I really appreciated Shaun's ability to capture emotions through a very unique perspective. His use of natural light and sharp contract is also amazing. I'm sure you can see all of this from his website... but bottom line is that I would absolutely positively recommend Shaun to anyone, bride or otherwise, looking for a photographer. Thanks Shaun!

st decision! The prices were reasonable and they do all the rentals as well. Bill is available 24/7 and he really knows what he is doing. One thing I really appreciated is that Bill helped me to spend money where it counts and keep things in our budget. We did plastic cups for the cocktail hour even though it was a nice wedding and NOONE noticed, it worked perfectly and we didn't have to rent all the glassware. The week of the wedding Bill was super organized and kept me in the loop with everything going on. When my wedding day finally came everything was absolutely PERFECT!!!! His staff was spectacular and went above and beyond the call of duty. I got married at the Flower Fields and there were tourists standing right behind our ceremony and his staff hopped a fence to help clear out the tourists (clearly not in the catering description!) After the ceremony my HUSBAND and I were going to go in a golfcart to take pictures and the golfcart was covered in dirt- I was looking at it and looking at my white dress and one of the staff saw and came running over with an extra linen so that my dress wouldn't get dirty. There were so many other little things that just made my day extra special. I honestly can't thank Bill and the staff at Buckboard Catering enough for making my wedding day absolutely perfect!!! Oh and all the guests were raving about how great the food was on the wedding day. My husband asked me what my favorite food was at the event and I think I listed everything we ate!!!

; Cheese was to die for. I had so many guests come up and thank me for hiring such a great caterer cause they've been to weddings with terrible food before and this was outstanding. Everyone loved it, even my vegan and vegetarian friends who they made special dishes for.
