Brianna and Butterfly were our wedding planners for one daughter in February of 2020 and again for another daughter in May of 2022. We always have fun in the process and love the result! Guests have a blast and Brianna takes care of all details, large and small. She and her staff do a great job and are always upbeat and knowledgeable.

I met Brianna through two other weddings I attended, one as a bridesmaid and one as a guest, and immediately knew I needed her on my team when my big day came. She is incredibly hardworking, organized, detail oriented, calm/cool/collected, and AGILE! She helped keep us and the vendors on schedule without being pushy. She was a great advocate for us in leading the other vendors to a successful event. She was so important to making my wedding day exactly what I wanted it to be.

Never did I think I would need a wedding coordinator! I thought my family and I could handle everything. But as it got closer to the big day, I got overwhelmed with coordinating with all of the vendors and working on the timeline. I found ButterFly bridal and am so thankful I did. COVID bride here! We have planned, and re-planned with the amazing help and patience of the ButterFly team! Brianna has guided us throughout the process with informed answers to all of my questions and concerns. I had a great experience as a photographer at a ButterFly Bridal event. They kept the schedule on time and made sure everyone was having a fantastic experience. My job was made easy because they were so on top of organizing where people should be and what should be happening. All I had to do was go with the flow and capture the magic of the event.

My husband and I worked with Brianna and Kimberly, and they were fantastic! Brianna was very thoughtful and organized from the beginning, but she also always let us know that things could be adjusted however we needed. One of our biggest priorities was safety during COVID, and we had decided to have a minimony with only 10 guests, so she helped us figure out how to make this work. She reviewed all safety guidelines with us thoroughly and also made sure we knew that if we needed to add or subtract guests last minute, we could do that. We felt very comfortable and safe with her and she was both helpful while also letting us take the lead. We so appreciate her thoughtful work and friendly presence!

Brianna is incredibly thoughtful, organized, and attentive. I went to two of her weddings (friends of mine) that were absolutely incredible, one of which was at an unusual venue but was pulled off without a hitch! When I began planning my wedding, Brianna was my first call. During COVID times, wedding planning can be very stressful. Brianna was very informative and made me feel at ease. Brianna and her team are incredible!! Brianna worked with me throughout the entire wedding planning process and it could not have gone any better. Her and the team also handled decor and setup on my wedding day, and they did incredible. Brianna was amazing. She was always on top of EVERYTHING and our wedding day was flawless because of her. Even when crazy family members threw in some surprises, she had control of every situation and already had answers or the direction she was pushing things in. Aside from all the fun things, she was a top thing we received compliments on from people in or close to the wedding party- "wow, your planner is really good!" She does way more work than she charges for, too, leaving no stone unturned. I highly recommend Brianna.
