I hired Kait because initially my now husband and I were planning to get married at an estate in Nantucket and I had NO idea how to plan all the details. We ended up completely changing direction (more than once) and Kait never missed a step. Given my A-type personality she was super on top of everything and all questions I had. Come our Wedding weekend we were faced with the potential of extreme weather on Nantucket and Kait worked seamlessly across the board with our venue coordinator and all vendors to change timelines and details within 48 hours to make our day happen. sion for a classic Cape Cod wedding into a perfect reality! She took the lead in finding vendors, setting up appointments and finalizing contracts. She helped with vision as well as research and details. Kait saved me endless hours of stress and money, too! We worked beautifully together via zoom and email since we were planning an out of state wedding. The most important part is that on the day of the wedding my husband and I, and the bride and groom, could let it all go and enjoy every minute of the event. Kait took care of every single detail and we are so grateful to her for that gift of time.

completely smoothly and that the design aligned with my vision. It was by far the best decision I made for the wedding! I reached out to her in June (my wedding was in October) and luckily for me her wedding on my weekend had been postponed. From that point on she kept me on track for planning, making sure I got everything done on time, provided me with unique design ideas to bring my vision to life, managed scheduling with current vendors and connected me with new ones, took care of rentals, and was just generally extremely responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding, I was able to fully enjoy the day because I knew the coordination was in great hands and the design turned out stunning. My only regret is that I didn't hire her sooner. I highly recommend hiring Kait for your wedding coordination/design/planning!

a matter of three weeks. Her attention to detail and constant communication made everything easier for us. To be completely honest, I'm not sure we could have made our dream wedding come true without her and her team. She was right there with us the whole time, planning with vendors, setting up the decor, creating a timeline, rehearsing, and even decorating our cake with fresh florals when things went wrong.
