I hired Kait because initially my now husband and I were planning to get married at an estate in Nantucket and I had NO idea how to plan all the details. We ended up completely changing direction (more than once) and Kait never missed a step. Given my A-type personality she was super on top of everything and all questions I had.
Come our Wedding weekend we were faced with the potential of extreme weather on Nantucket and Kait worked seamlessly across the board with our venue coordinator and all vendors to change timelines and details within 48 hours to make our day happen.

Hiring Kait Leahy, at by Kait Elle Events, was the absolute best decision we could have made in planning a dream beach wedding for our son and his fiance. Kait Leahy turned our vision for a classic Cape Cod wedding into a perfect reality! She took the lead in finding vendors, setting up appointments and finalizing contracts. She helped with vision as well as research and details. Kait saved me endless hours of stress and money, too! We worked beautifully together via zoom and email since we were planning an out of state wedding. The most important part is that on the day of the wedding my husband and I, and the bride and groom, could let it all go and enjoy every minute of the event. Kait took care of every single detail and we are so grateful to her for that gift of time.
Kait is a super human. I am so grateful for her guidance throughout the craziness of planning a wedding. She is an impeccable designer and has an unmatched eye for detail. She took my vision and brought it to life in a way that I could never have even imagined. My only gripe is, now that the wedding is over I won’t get to work with her anymore! I love Kait. Seriously. If you have the chance to work with her, take it. You won’t regret it.

It was a last minute decision of mine to hire Kait. I was told by my venue that they would be able to handle the coordination of the day but I really wanted to ensure the day went completely smoothly and that the design aligned with my vision. It was by far the best decision I made for the wedding! I reached out to her in June (my wedding was in October) and luckily for me her wedding on my weekend had been postponed. From that point on she kept me on track for planning, making sure I got everything done on time, provided me with unique design ideas to bring my vision to life, managed scheduling with current vendors and connected me with new ones, took care of rentals, and was just generally extremely responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding, I was able to fully enjoy the day because I knew the coordination was in great hands and the design turned out stunning. My only regret is that I didn't hire her sooner. I highly recommend hiring Kait for your wedding coordination/design/planning!
Kait Elle Events was THE BEST decision we made for our wedding. After COVID struck down our original plans, Kait moved mountains for us and recreated our vision flawlessly in just a matter of three weeks. Her attention to detail and constant communication made everything easier for us. To be completely honest, I'm not sure we could have made our dream wedding come true without her and her team. She was right there with us the whole time, planning with vendors, setting up the decor, creating a timeline, rehearsing, and even decorating our cake with fresh florals when things went wrong. My husband and I enjoyed all the beautiful moments of our wedding without a single worry, thanks to Kait Elle Events. We can't wait to hire Kait again for parties, baby showers, and family functions. It was an absolute joy working with her. If you're looking for someone to take on your event's stress and help you create a party you'll never forget, then trust me; you want Kait.
Our wedding was last month in Boston, and I can’t say enough about Kait and her team. We used Kait for day of coordination planning as well as the pre planning that comes with her day of coordination service. We also used her for some hourly consulting when it came to finding a florist, creating favors, and managing RSVPs. Kait’s professionalism as well as her caring personality is absolutely perfect. Not only can she multi task beyond belief, every single moment of our day was executed flawlessly, and Kait always had a smile on her face. It was impressive to see someone so kind with such an amazing work ethic. We would recommend her in a heart beat!!
We used by Kait Elle's hourly consulting service to help us find a venue and florist, and to also assist in the design/decor of our wedding. We couldn't be more happy with everything! The hourly consultant service was perfect for us because a full service planner wasn't in the budget.
