Located in the beautiful Umpqua Valley in Roseburg, OR, Bailey House is an elegant, picturesque farmhouse wedding venue nestled amidst gently rolling hills and verdant pastures. We are conveniently located just minutes from Roseburg and I5, yet we are surrounded by the kind of peace and quiet you can only experience in the country.
C.H. Bailey House can accommodate weddings for up to 100 guests with on-site parking, or larger events if shuttle service is provided. Whether you envision a demure, brief ceremony or a more lavish affair requiring exclusive use of the property for several days, we can custom fit a wedding package to your needs. Hold your wedding and reception in our 100+ year old apple barn or elegant garden with rose-covered trellis - or both! The venue includes dressing rooms for the bride/bridesmaids, a small outbuilding (that can be used as a hangout for the groom/groomsmen or almost anything else), beautiful gardens, and two groomed Italian bocce courts that can be enjoyed by your guests. The full package includes an overnight stay in our Brenner Suite for the bride and groom, and additional time for decorating and cleanup.
Our historic barn has been the focal point for many iconic wedding photos and can be decorated to suit any wedding vision. We have tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, wine barrels with glass tops, and more - or bring your own decor! We offer in-house catering, or you are free to curate your own dining experience. The main house boasts historic charm, sumptuous furnishings, and modern conveniences, and has room for the bride and groom (in a private suite) plus up to 8 other guests.

We have to share the experience we had staying at the CH Bailey House with Sherry....it was amazing! She met us upon check in, showed us the "Brenner Suite cottage" that was absolutely perfect! Fresh cut flowers in each room, fresh baked good...
s and all of our specially prepared breakfast items were ready for our weekend. And a delicious bottle of wine from a local winery....Sherry gave us great recommendations for dinner options and wineries to explore along with the best routes for a nice walk in the country! It was an amazing stay! The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room had everything we could need or want available. We would love to visit again!

Homely, cozy and peaceful bed and breakfast. Sherry is an excellent host with meticulous attention to detail (trust me, she knows what she’s doing). We enjoyed the breakfast, fresh fruits and the complementary wine. Was definitely worth it and ...
strongly recommend Bailey House. We’ll definitely go back again when exploring Umpqua river and near by areas.

tiful space to enjoy. We stayed on-site for the entire weekend, and loved playing bocce, relaxing in the floral garden, and using the hot tub. We both loved the food provided (organic tomatoes, strawberries and raspberries, all from their garden); I especially appreciated that Sherry provided vegetarian breakfasts for us, which were delicious. I would highly recommend staying here, and hope to be returning for another weekend getaway or longer vacation in the future!

Hidden gem! My family of 3 stayed briefly on our way from CA to WA. The suite was more beautiful than in the photos and Sherry's hospitality made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Even though it was raining we still enjoyed sitting on the pe...
aceful porch with wine and lounging in the hot tub. A sweet little deer even came to visit in the garden. The grounds are lovely and we appreciated the special touches like the delicious chocolates and homemade breakfast. My child also felt welcome and comfortable and loved being in such a pretty place. Next time we will stay for longer!

I'd give this 7 stars if I could. They absolutely spoiled us. Our room was immaculate and well appointed. Breakfasts were gourmet with produce from their own garden. It's an old home with an interesting history, out in the country with cows...
, deer, and wild turkeys. Quiet, but close enough to Roseburg to be convenient.
