Mayra captured our vision of our wedding cake! Five tiers with two different flavors coconut pineapple and strawberry/vanilla marble. Both were absolutely delicious and everyone loved it! She had put aside our anniversary cake all boxed up along with complimentary cookies! We really enjoyed working with Chef Mayra she really helped make our wedding day special. We definitely recommend her! 😊

It was a pleasure meeting Mayra and working with her to plan our wedding cake. She was very flexible in setting up our tasting while we were in town visiting relatives. The cake testing experience went well with lots of yummy choices. She made us feel so special. Once we made our decision, it was a relief to not worry about it and focus on other details. Mayra stayed in touch as needed and was very encouraging. She did a fabulous job on our cake. It was both beautiful and delicious. We would highly recommend.

My husband and I’s experience with Mayra was absolutely amazing from the get go. From initial discussions about pricing, available flavors, design to the cake tasting (in which she included a complimentary flavor for us to taste), to the delivery of the cake.
The cake tasting was an entire experience, not only were we provided with the cake flavors of our choice but the set up was gorgeous and donned with props (we said yes to the cake! Bride to be! Signs and crowns).
The delivery of the cake was on time and went smoothly. the cake itself was moist and beautifully decorated and exactly what we wanted!

What a lovely experience we had with Mayra! Not only was the cake gorgeous and unique, a real showstopper! But it was delicious as well! We chose 2 flavors and both were amazing. Mayra was so flexible about everything and a joy to work with. Would highly recommend!!!!

Myra was an absolute angel she made our cake tasting experience feel so special we had a wonderful time tasting all her delicious flavors. Her marble chocolate cake was so moist and delectable. Our beach wedding cake was everything we could've asked for. She did her thing! Thank you Myra for EVERYTHING you did for us and the tray of adorable cookies were so delicious 😋 You rock!!!!

We absolutely adore Mayra! Not only is she talented but she’s also sweet and caring. She goes above and beyond for everyone. We had a dessert table with a two-tier wedding cake and it all tasted incredibly delicious. Everyone loved the desserts! I’ll definitely be ordering from her for all major holidays and birthdays!!

Mayra is amazing!!! My wedding was a destination wedding, so cake tasting wasn't as easy as going to a cake shop and sampling. She made her way to overnight me and my wife cake samples!! She followed up and made sure we had anything we needed. She remembers our anniversary after 2 years of marriage. We visit her whenever we're in FL. She's awesome and professional. You will not regret booking with her!!!!

Mayra was very sweet and got a wedding cake made for us with just a week or two notice! She was very professional and prompt. The couple chose her red velvet cake which was delicious! Many guests commented on how good it was! Thank you for your part in making our son's wedding a happy memory!

Where do I start? First of all, Mayra was so sweet and welcoming to me and my now husband. The cake tasting felt like a personal experience, and even after the wedding I still communicate with Mayra just because how sweet she is.
The cake was phenomenal. My husband and I are not picky people, but Mayra went above our expectations. The cake was so beautiful and delicious. She was very detailed about the process and how she would deliver the cake. This is a very professional business overall.
My only regret: I didn’t have her dancing at my wedding reception. I knew she would have fun! Lol love you Mayra, and I love your cake!!!

Mayra was outstanding! She welcomed us with open arms, was responsive, professional, and has great prices! We enjoyed our cake tasting with her! Her cakes & cookies are delicious and moist!! She provided us our wedding cake-guava and red velvet! They were mouth watering. She is detailed and will definitely work with you to provide you your dream wedding day! Mayra was so easy to work with. She was very responsive and punctual. She even took the time to visit the Venue 4 months before the wedding to see where the Cake will go and figure out how she will do her setup. I told her my theme and she did an amazing job in making my vision come true. Our cake flavor was Vanilla Rum and it was amazing. Very moist! I highly recommend Mayra for your wedding cake needs. You won't be disappointed.

Mayra was one of the best things about my wedding. Friendly professional and a beautiful and amazing tasting cake! I’m so glad I went on a whim and hired her. She’s amazing and her detail is amazing. Very responsive. Durning a stressful time not once was I ever stressed with her. I am now suggesting her to everyone as my guests loved the cake, taste and looks!

The hostess had used this company in the past for her wedding cake and was satisfied. I attended a birthday event on 9-10-22. The birthday cake's artistry was beautiful, and the frosting was delicious. Unfortunately, the cake itself was very dry and tasted stale. It was inedible. I am a Johnson and Wales Culinary grad. Cakes that are frozen ahead of time tend to take on this consistency and flavor if they have been frozen for too long. I ate the frosting and threw the rest of the cake a way.

bad review. I offered a prior taste testing and she said it was not necessary . I agreed to do the cake she wanted within her budget price even though it was a more expensive cake. I even included a two dozen cookie platter with child's name for free as she was a repeat customer. The cake was made fresh, all my cakes are custom made . We dont make any cakes in advance and freeze. When cake was delivered it wasn't paid upon delivery as we had agreed, only way after did I actually get paid. I actually made the same exact cake for another child's birthday party on the same day and got rave reviews. I even offered a free cake for another occasion but my offer was refused because the only thing she would accept was a full refund or she threatened to post a bad review. I never met you , it's unfortunate your daughter just wanted a free cake.

Wow! Our cake was spectacular and all the rage at our wedding. It was exactly what we asked for. We loved the "at home" taste test to pick the perfect flavor combo. Most people had a second serving of cake because it was so tasty! It was beautiful, delicious and delivered on time! I highly recommend.

There is no other words than, WOW! The cake was majestic just what I wanted and more. And it tasted absolutely delicious. Very detailed. Aside from te cake, the baker was also extremely friendly and very professional, and she even gave us another little surprise with the cake. You can really tell she loves her job and gives more than 100%. Mayra also answered quickly to all my questions.

Myra created a beautiful cake for our wedding. It was exactly how I envisioned it. She was very easy to work with and responsive to all messages.
We coordinated everything over the phone and I’m so glad I trusted to created a cake that looked beautiful and also tasted good.

Omg, words can't describe how amazing Mayra is. We are so glad we chose Cake Projection Performance for our wedding and groom's cake. Mayra went over and beyond to master and bring our bonnie n clyde creative vision to life. Lol, she did look at us like we were crazy about the vision for our cakes but she was so professional and never told us no she couldn't do it and said she would do it for us. She mastered every part of what we envisioned and more. Let me not forget how delicious our vanilla hennessey and vanilla rum with buttercream was. Thank you so much Mayra. 😍😍😍 Here are a few pics that the guest took of the cakes.

The cake projection was amazing. My husband and I were able to send hundreds of photos to have them displayed on the cake. Cake Projection Performances had an amazing set up with music during my reception. The cake flavor was also super delicious. I would recommend them 100%
