THE VENUE, THE FOOD, THE WORKERS = AMAZING TIME. From the time we sat down with Joey until the end of the wedding, we felt completely comfortable. We had our ceremony and reception at Venue 81 Eleven, which is owned by Verba's. They made my vision come true and it was perfect. Now, the food. I may be biased, but it was the best wedding food I have ever had. My husband and I are talking about getting our wedding dinner catered every anniversary, that is how good it was. I HIGHLY recommend Catering by Verba's and Venue 81 Eleven.

Joe with Catering by Verba's was phenomenal to work with for our wedding day. He met with my husband and I multiple times to ensure we got the best options. Our wedding reception went so smoothly and was a dream. We would recommend Verba's to anyone getting married in the Brecksville area!

Nathan was such a huge help! Not just from the food and desserts but all the way to helping with the ceremony and making sure we had everything we absolutely needed and he even gave really good ideas for some of the centerpieces we had brought in. Food was AMAZING! It was the talk of the party and it was beautiful. My wedding was at 8111 Brecksville Rd - couldn’t recommend that place enough!! Will sure let family and friends know who to book with for their upcoming wedding! Their staff is so kind and attentive to everyone’s needs and they are so friendly!!!

Our favorite wedding vendor!! My husband and I got married at Venue 81 Eleven (formerly New Orleans Party Center), which was recently taken over by Verba's. The change in caterer was sudden and unexpected, so naturally we were nervous about changing such a huge part of our wedding so relatively close to the wedding day, especially since we had already signed a contract with the previous caterer. From the start, Verba's set our minds at ease and assured we would be taken care of. They honored the prices and inclusions from our contract with the previous caterer to the best of their ability, which shows how flexible and honest they are. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our reception was everything we envisioned; from food, to reception set up and take down, to service, and making sure us and our guests were fully accommodated. The food was absolutely delicious (compliments to chef Joe and his entire kitchen staff) and our guests raved to us about it. Nathan was AMAZING at communicating with us throughout the entire process and truly made sure everything was exactly what we wanted, and left no question or request unanswered. We would highly recommend using Verba's to cater your wedding reception, whether at one of their venues or your own.

My and my now-husband, Gary's 9-10-16 wedding was catered by Verba's. They're the exclusive caterer to the hall our reception was at, St. Elias. When my then-fiancé and I would look at a hall, we'd confer with each other after seeing it and meeting with the vendor and give each one a rating of 1-10. When we got in our cars outside St. Elias after meeting with Joan and her husband we both looked at each other and said, "Ten!" From the foyer to the bar, from the bridal room to the layout of the reception hall, and most specifically from the white, lighted draping on the ceilings to the gold chandeliers, we knew St. Elias was where we wanted our reception. Joan and her husband were very sweet and knowledgeable as well! They seemed accommodating and informative. And having been rated (at that time and again this year) Cleveland's Best Caterer on Fox 8's Hotlist, we knew we were booking with Verba's. Joan was very easy to reach out to for my SEVERAL questions I was always coming up with. While she could be sassy, she was nothing short of helpful and accommodating. Everything turned out perfectly! They worked with our [outside] day of coordinator to make the hall look better than we could have envisioned! And, we have never been to a wedding where SO many people (everyone) raved about the food. They were willing to accommodate our vegan/vegetarian friends, despite those guests/bridal party members opting for the regular menu items. Also, they accommodate the children if they don't want the adult dishes. Only complaint one guest had was that the staff took away her plate too quickly before she was done with that dish. However, everyone has raved about the food and service and look of the hall. Gary and I would 100% recommend Catering by Verba's to any couple looking for an elegant, fancy feel to their traditional wedding reception hall and for delicious food all for a great, affordable price!

What a wedding! The best food and service I've ever received. We still have guests talking about how amazing everything was!! Verba's knows what they are doing and you won't be disappointed!
