Our daughter got married at Magnolia Plantation and Gardens in Charleston on 6/12/26 and she hired Chantilly Lace as the partial planner for their event. Our coordinator was Sara Price and we could not be more happy with the professional service she provided. She reviewed each of the vendor contracts and made incredible recommendations to ensure verbiage was included to protect the bride and groom and the services being provided, when applicable. Sara kept the planning timeline on track, scheduled regular calls and created a REALISTIC 'day of' timeline by coordinating with each of the vendors and that kept the event on track to make the most of the celebration. She and her assistant, Jess, were absolute rock stars with the set up and breakdown of the ceremony and reception. Sara provided support from initial contract signing thru reception send off & clean up that went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended!

We offer planning, photo, video and more all in one place! We are a one of a kind business, servicing Charleston, SC and the surrounding areas as well as Savannah, GA and the surrounding areas. With two decades of experience, we have a full time, cross trained team. What does that mean?
It means that there are never any random assistants or shooters sourced from internet groups. No strangers. No surpsises. (You'd be surprised at how often this occurs!) Instead, all of our team members are fully trained specifically for our services and with you in mind.
Our team offers planning, photography, videography, content creation and we have a photo booth! We have packages to for every budget and are happy to customize anything to fit your specific wedding day or event.

We are a team of ten down to earth people who love this job and will love you and your wedding! We're goofy when it counts, we always step into your photo booth, sign your guest book with X's and O's and we will have your back all day long. ey give, it honestly feels like you are getting more then what you pay for (in the best way possible). They provide a comprehensive site that allows you to keep track of everything you need for your wedding, along with multiple check ins leading up to your event. It is very daunting to plan a wedding and hand the execution over to someone but with the tools and meetings provided it made it so much easier planning and communicating then we could have ever done on our own! One of the best advices we were given that we will give everyone else for the rest of our lives is to get a coordinator and find a great one like Chantilly Lace! You truly cannot put a price tag on handing things off to someone and getting to focus on enjoying your own wedding day. From the rehearsal dinner, to day of set up, event flow, and tear down the entire team was on top of it all. Communication was great and we never had to worry about anything because the Chantilly Lace team was on it!

I hired Chantilly Lace for planning, photography, and videography. I highly recommend hiring them for multiple services, since they were all a single team that worked really well together. When Krista was taking photos, she was in constant communication with Sara and the planning team to make sure everything was on schedule and running smoothly. We even had some difficulties with the venue and Sara advocated for me and my best interest and really showed that she cared about making the day special for me. I could not recommend them more. She provided many suggestions and was always available to answer questions and provide support. On the day of, she was a calming presence and worked so hard to ensure everything went smoothly. I worked with Krista for a special photoshoot prior to the wedding day and then again on the wedding day and she was just the sweetest and made me feel so comfortable and confident behind the camera. You could instantly tell that they all knew exactly what they were doing and I felt comfortable putting everything in their hands and not stressing about anything. s. I really just felt like they were my friends and not at all like they were just providing a service. Everything I needed, they took care of. Most of the time, it was done before I even had to ask. They were just everywhere and took care of everything. They also made my family feel like family. I think that is that meant the most to me. The photographers and videographers also were just amazing. Krista, Stephanie, Brandon and Katie were also just on top of the timeline all day and kept us on schedule. I never had to worry about what to do next. My husband and I are both super awkward but they made sure to make us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this team. Worth every penny!

The photos were amazing and the video made me cry. It really felt like I was among friends. The entire team made me feel like they really cared about me and my family. to hire Sara. THANK GOODNESS I DID! She made sure that my day ran smoothly and busted her butt all day long. I was surprised at how much there was to do that I didn't even think of! Everything was perfect, she kept my day on time and she kept my drink full. I didn't even have to go to the bar once! She also thought of every single detail for me and communicated with my videographer all day. Hands down, the best thing I did that day was have Sara there!
