z. On the top of our must have lists were beautiful interiors, elegant finishes, large dancefloor, hospitable point people, and of course- price! Our first visit lead us to a meeting with Ari. He was very attentive to our needs and was extremely accommodating to meet them. Even though our wedding day was 18 months out (many vendors saw this as a liability), Ari was able to create a package that checked every box for at a more than reasonable price point. He was even able to accommodate some of our venue requests for Polish wedding traditions. Throughout the process we were treated like part-of-the-family. Leading up to the wedding worked with Mike & Jessica who did an amazing job laying out the specific details. We were able to arrange multiple visits & tastings to see what the final product would look like. Our meticulousness could have been perceived as annoying by most, but the team at Chateau would always empathize with our attention to detail. The reception at Chateau Ritz was the most stress free part of the hectic day. Mike & Jessica took care of everything. Even when a last minute request or change came up they were quick to accommodate. The level of service they provided us was truly above and beyond and it really made it easy to enjoy the moment. Thanks again for making our celebration an amazing day!

the moment we first walked into the Chateau Ritz, Claudia was very welcoming and answered any questions that we had. We knew from the moment we walked out on our first visit that this would be our venue. After putting down our deposit, we made a number of other visits to the venue throughout the year, and each time Claudia and her staff welcomed us with open arms, answered our questions, and even let us walk around the rooms as other events were going through their preparations. It definitely helped us as we tried to visualize our own wedding layout. The hall itself is beautiful, and quite affordable considering all of its amenities. It has a solid marble dance floor, sturdy tables/chairs, and gorgeous chandeliers. Even if you go with half of the room, it is quite spacious: fits up to 300 guests comfortably. There is plenty of parking space, and they allow you to leave your car overnight as long you let them know beforehand. During our research on food reviews, we had read and heard from others that the food was delicious - indeed it was. The Chicken Chateau was amazing, and our vegetarian guests loved the lasagna. On the day of our wedding, Claudia was very happy to see us, and reassured us that everything was being taken care of. As you might expect, not everything goes according to plan at weddings, but Claudia and her staff truly looked out for us and accommodated us when something didn’t go as planned. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. One member of the wait staff even stayed late to set up and manage our late night snack table. At the end of the night, Claudia allowed us to wait at the hall while we waited for our delayed shuttle buses to take us to our hotel. They were even nice enough to collect anything that was left behind and store it in their office - we picked everything up the next day. Truly exceptional service. We loved our experience at the Chateau Ritz and HIGHLY RECOMMEND it - 110%.

It was the perfect retreat when we needed a breather between the ceremony and the reception and the best part was that the waitstaff brought us up some food from our cocktail hour! We were starving and that hit the spot. The candlelit room looked gorgeous! They placed the lighting exactly where I asked them to. Listen to them when they tell you what size room to get, they know what they're talking about. I kept thinking my 125 person wedding would take up the entire banquet hall but they insisted that I only rent one side. Of course, they were right. There are many places to take amazing pictures here. My guests are still talking about how awesome the food was. We served filet, sea bass, and vegetarian lasagna. This is not your average banquet food and the portions were huge! They did this really cute bow tie strawberry display on our sweets table too. The bartenders were super friendly and accommodating. Actually, everyone was. They never missed any of the details we requested. The price was very fair and the bar package was generous. We are truly thankful we chose the Chateau Ritz.

We had a hiccup a week before the wedding in regards to the space, because originally we were the only event booked. However the staff at Chateau are problem solvers! Nick, Jimmy and Mike worked diligently to make sure that our day was special, and were always willing to speak with us via email or in person. I would highly recommend this venue! It is a beautiful space, the food is yummy, the bartenders (serving premium liquor) are fun and make great drinks and and the staff is wonderful! They do their best to accommodate their clients in every way possible. Brides, there is a suite available for you on the big day. My bridesmaids and myself got ready in the suite, there were 8 of us so there's plenty of room. We have no regrets in choosing the Chateau as our venue. All of our guests were impressed and we truly had an unforgettable time!

t in August when we first inquired with their incredibly friendly and accommodating management team about availability and pricing until the moment our last guests had left, the service provided was A+ quality. Mike, Claudia, and Jim were all very nice, very honest, and very competent. This place not only offers an affordable package and enough space to easily handle a 220+ person celebration, but the quality of everything we got was great too! Considering their pricing was so much better than other places we looked, we were at first a little skeptical, but we sacrificed nothing in terms of quality. While the exterior of the building is rather drab and the location is not real sexy, do NOT get the wrong impression. The interior of the venue is absolutely beautiful - and they will configure and decorate the banquet room however you prefer. The food was incredible. Many of our guests - including members of my husband's Italian American family - commented that it was the best food they had EVER eaten at a wedding. The liquor selection is outstanding too, and they use professional, full-time servers so the operation is very efficient. The bridal suite with a private bathroom was ideal for me and my bridesmaids. The entire experience planning our wedding reception at Chateau Ritz exceeded both my expectations and my husband's. We would highly recommend to anyone to plan their wedding at the Chateau Ritz.

amily. Any concern or worry I had, they were very reassuring. They are one of the most reasonably priced in the area. You get so much food and amenities for your money! Most venues try to nickel and dime you for any additional request, but not Chateau Ritz. The staff is genuine and truly cares about making your day special. They would quickly respond to my many questions I had throughout the process. The hall is absolutely beautiful! It felt spacious, but private enough for an intimate setting. The food is beyond amazing (the best “wedding food” I have ever had) and the open bar had many options! I would recommend Chateau Ritz to anyone looking to be taken care of and be put at ease.

It was also noted what a wonderful, relaxing, stress-free night it was. Nick and Joanne worked with us on a beautiful layout, back lighting, and table linens to ensure our reception was everthing we could have asked for. The food was delicious too! I would suggest Chateau Ritz to any future bride!!!

Even the cake, they don't make it themselves obviously, but they contract with Sugar Hills Bakery, and that cake was so delicious. Decorated exactly how I wanted and was the best wedding cake I've ever had! Definitely look into the Ritz!

get the bridal suite you have to be the first to come. We just used the venue and had a wedding coordinator/ venue from outside.
