Christine Maries Catering

Christine catered my serenade (basically a big outdoor party) the week before my wedding. She was absolutely phenomenal! Everyone raved about the food that night and for days after the party. Besides the food being absolutely delicious, Christine was a pleasure to work with. We planned this relatively last minute, about a week and a half before the party, and Christine could not have been nicer, more responsive, or flexible in our menu choices/number of guests etc. She also set up a beautiful display, bringing her own decorations, flowers and pretty plates for the food tables, which was such a nice touch. Christine and her staff were also extremely helpful during the party and after during the clean up. They even wrapped up all the left overs for us to eat, which we did for the few days after the party! Most importantly, at least for me, was that my little cousin has severe peanut and tree nut allergies and will rarely eat at any family parties. After talking to Christine, he felt comfortable enough to eat a cheesesteak, that she made fresh on the griddle for him so no one else came near it. I cannot recommend Christine Maries enough! 10/10 will use again!
