a wedding in another country for 100 guests was incredibly stressful as is and we were very behind before we found Coleen. Coleen was patient and reassuring from the start, and took time to make sure we felt secure and organized throughout the process.
She stepped in and hit the ground running immediately to make up for lost time and exceeded all of our expectations. With such a short timeline, she paid attention to every last detail and made our dream wedding come true. Her knowledge and connections/experience with vendors is unmatched, and she takes the time to listen to you and proposes only those that align with your budget and expectations, which is hard to find. Her calmness put us at ease many times both while planning and at our wedding, and it allowed us to relax and enjoy our 3 day wedding event. There were many times throughout planning where she left us out of things that we did not need to be involved in, and it was so refreshing to be able to put trust in someone and know it is going to work out.

ith Coleen is how organised and calm she is no matter how frantic the moment is. Planning a wedding, especially an international one, can be very stressful, but she handles everything with ease. She makes sure every detail is covered so that the other suppliers can just focus on doing a great job for the couple.
She is a fantastic communicator and always makes sure everyone is on the same page. She knows exactly how to manage the day so it runs perfectly.
If you are looking for a wedding planner who is hard working, creative and a genuinely lovely person, I can’t recommend Coleen enough.
