To say my husband and I are pleased with our experience at Country Manor Acres is an understatement. It was such a pleasure to work with not only April and Jeff but their entire staff. Country Manor Acres is a family owned establishment, one of the biggest requirements we had when looking for a venue. The sense of community and family you get when stepping onto their property is immense. Jeff and April were so helpful every step of the way and I can truly say that I am sad that it's over. My husband and I have already agreed that we will be back eventually to say hello to these wonderful people. Thank you April, Jeff, Nicole, Ken, and all of the staff for making our dreams a reality.

Working with April, Jeff, Nicole, and everyone at Country Manor Acres was truly the best choice for me and my husband. We were an out of town couple and were worried about having to figure out how to find, book, and meet with vendors, so we initially considered Country Manor Acres because of its "all inclusive" options. I can tell y'all that this venue is truly more than just all-inclusive. April and Jeff know the area so well and were able to not only make our wedding planning so simple and easy because of the services they offered, but their expertise, professionalism, and crystal clear communication helped ease so many of my anxieties about wedding planning from states away. Additionally, April and all of the vendors who work for and with her were always doing their best to be as cost effective as possible, so we always felt like we were getting the best deal possible. The venue itself is gorgeous and having 52 acres all to ourselves and our guests with such beautiful woods and mountains and greenery made our wedding feel like a dream and an escape from the hustle of city life. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Country Manor Acres, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is hoping to get married in the beautiful Smoky Mountains.

Country Manor Acres is a beautiful venue. The family who owns it were so very helpful throughout the planning process, helping with their ideas, etc. They offer most wedding services, and you can use the ones you want to use. They were always available for questions and for meetings to discuss the event. They worked hard throughout the actual event, taking care of so many details. It helps to not have so many different wedding vendors to have to work with; you can work directly through Country Manor Acres for most everything for your wedding/event. Now that my daughter's wedding is over, I actually miss working with them.

What a perfect location for a wedding event! Not only are you surrounded by the beauty of the mountains and gorgeous farmland but you also have room for family and friends to stay on location to enjoy time together. We rented the venue, the apartment above and the Manor house for a 3 day weekend and it was wonderful! Everyone had time to relax and enjoy each other's company. April Joplin, the owner and wedding organizer, is amazing! From the moment we met April, we knew she would make sure each detail was attended to, and she did! Each step of the way, April had great ideas and suggestions to make our wedding unique to our tastes. She organized all aspects but kept us informed all along the way and reminded us of things on our to do list so no detail was left undone. I highly, highly recommend Country Manor Acres!

I can't say enough about the staff and location of Country Manor Acres. My now-wife and I came in from Texas and they absolutely blew us away with the work they put in for our big day. From the rehearsal assistance to the decor, seating, table arrangements, flowers and photography, April and co. were a one stop shop for all things wedding and they handled each and every aspect to best of our hopes. We had a little larger crew comes through to the venue, but Country Manor made sure everyone was taken care of throughout the day.
Between pre-wedding setup (which I was so pleasantly shocked at how well everything came together) to the bridal party photos, the ceremony itself, with horses roaming in the field in front of a cinematic mountainous vista behind a breathtaking view to be sure, and then to a reception that more than exceeded our expectations, we would recommend Country Manor Acres for any engaged couples in or out of state.

I Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! April and her son, Jeff literally are the most amazing people and know what they are doing! I got married 10.24.20 and Being an out of state bride I was terrified since I couldn’t see the venue in person, but I took a chance on them and was not disappointed! The venue is absolutely beautiful and April and Jeff have thought of everything and they are so accommodating! My family and friends were amazed with everything and still say it was the best wedding they had ever been to!

My husband and I were married here on 9/8/2018. We had been looking at venues and found their advertisement in a Pink Bride magazine and my husband said “I like this one” (and he didn’t give his input on much so that meant a lot). So we scheduled a tour and knew immediately that this was the place for us to get married. April and Jeff are such kind and helpful people. They were always quick to answer questions and took the time to meet with us to go over specifics and spent time on the phone answering making sure everything was perfect for the best day of our lives. They truly tried to make it as stress-free as possible! As a DIY bride, I appreciated that they let us bring in outside vendors, but they also offer in-house amenities if that’s what you’re looking for. My only negative comment would be that there were times that we would go over floor plans, chair arrangements, arbor set-up, etc and then at our next conversation that would have to be repeated because it hadn’t been written down or something. However, everything went perfectly smoothly on the day of and we had no issues! We couldn’t have been happier with choosing Country Manor Acres and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Beautiful venue with a great staff. We wouldn't have changed a thing! April and her son, Jeff, were very accommodating to meet our needs and also made planning a breeze. I highly recommend booking The Jeff Jopling band as well!

Perfect place for a wedding! We planned our black tie and boots wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. We also had our rehearsal dinner on property and my entire family stayed on property. Everyone is still talking about our wedding. Truly a perfect setting!

This is the perfect spot for a dream wedding!! The views are incredible. April was wonderful and professional and easy to work with. Throughout the whole process she always had our best interests in mind and accomadated every request as much as possible. Her experance and knowledge were very helpful. Every time I spoke with her I felt as if my wedding was the most important thing she was doing. The staff was great, working late into the night to set up for an early morning breakfast and then working with us all day and late into the next night to make sure the wedding went off smoothly. I would recommend this venue to anyone wanting a barn theme or an elegant outdoor mountain view for their wedding. Also, I would recomment the lodge. As the mother of the bride it was perfect to be able to stay on property while getting everything organized and setup for the wedding.

Country Manor Acres did a great job!!! April worked with us and helped to make our day special. I planned my wedding from about 400 miles away. She responded very quickly to emails and phone calls as well as worked with us for when I could make trips down. On the day of there was lots of wind and rain. Jeff and April worked with us to make sure everything worked out to our liking. We had to wait until about 3 hours before the ceremony to set up everything for the ceremony but they made sure that everything was ready to go. Any problem that arose was taken care of quickly.
