most definitely the place to go. I was very nervous about dress shopping and was wildly unsure of what kind of dress I wanted or if I even wanted an actual wedding dress at all. Kynda was so kind and guided me not only through the dress shopping process but also through all of the emotions that come up throughout the process. She provides encouragement and comedic relief in equal measure and she made my experience so wonderful. The store is beautiful and she made sure my family was comfortable and well taken care of along the way as well. In the end, I left with an absolutely incredible dress that could not be more perfect for me and at a fantastic price as well. I truly cannot say enough good things about Kynda or my experience at Crown Bridal!

price! She even went above and beyond to try and get the dress to be delivered fast! (It was supposed to show up the week of the wedding & I got it a month before!) Kynda also made sure that through the whole process I was taken care of, from first picking out the dress to making sure alterations went perfectly! I got married 6/24 and my dress was absolutely perfect & I couldn’t have been happier! I would highly recommend going to crown bridal!

I got to try on a variety of dresses and felt like myself and my friends were very well taken care of! This was my first stop and I absolutely fell in love with my dream dress! Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a dress!

didn't seem to listen to what I wanted or had to say and kept putting me in incredibly similar dresses. There was also a very loud business zoom call going on within earshot. (To the point where I could've made a summary of the call and followup thoughts.) On top of that after they offered champagne, it was warm and somewhat begrudgingly given. (It would've been a great touch if done happily and even slightly chilled.) I rarely give low ratings, but weddings are supposed to be a time of joy and beauty. I didn't feel either of those things after that. I wouldn't want anyone to feel sadden like I did after this experience.

Outside of the dress options, kynda was the best. You feel like family when working with her. You know when you try on something she's not gonna let you look goofy. she's gonna do all she can to make you feel special and beautiful even if it takes trying on every dress. I told her what I likes and what I was originally looking for and left with something I didn't expect to love as much as I did, that was HER pick. I've never felt more beautiful and loved. I will forever recommend crown bridal.

ing for gowns! My Maid of Honor and I were pulling dresses along with my consultant MJ who I will brag on later. There were multiple appointments going on, but each bride had their own area that included a pedistool, full length surround mirrors, comfortable seating and a roomy dressing room. MJ my personal Bridal Consultant went above and beyond to assist me. I am not a size 0, I am 180lbs and MJ did whatever nessessary to put me in a dress I wanted to try on. Like I said they have sizes for everyone, there was just a couple that were on the smaller side but that did not deter MJ. She stuffed, pushed, pulled, jumped, wriggled, crawled on the floor, etc... she did little tricks so when I stepped out of my dressing room I was happy. If you know wedding dresses you know how heavy and insane they can be. MJ did this for almost 3 hours. No matter how many times I wanted a different veil, or sleeve, etc. MJ never fretted. I had finally found my dress, but it was just beyond my budget. I can't go in to detail about what was said since every situation is different but the owner made it possible for me to get my dream dress. After 3 hours of no emotion they were not going to let me leave without the one dress that made me cry. I truly believe that Crown Bridal is all about the bride. Its more than a profit to them, they want you to feel like you are the most beautiful women on your wedding day and they will do whatever it takes to make that happen. I can only attest to this appointment as I have not had my fitting etc. Anything could change after the "sale" is made, but I have high hopes and confidence that I will be happy through it all. If not, you will all know about it! I am huge on reviews and if I am moved good or bad, the world will know! Update for 12/09/21- 1st Fitting Appointment Today was my first fitting but if you are wondering why the dates are so spread out between, its because I chose it that way. If you have no weight to loose then appointments will be super fast, but you must listen to them! If they say you must have this appointment or order by this date then you do it! I just can't say enough good things about Crown Bridal. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and not only do I make sure I provide exemplary CS, but I expect it as well; especially in the Bridal market. Kynda (Owner and designer of my dress) and MJ (my Bridal Consultant) are just so down to earth and laid back but at the same time so on point and professional. We were chatting and having a good time, but when it came to my measurements it was all business. This is because they wanted to make sure my measurements were done perfectly. Now, to get proper measurements you have to be dressed down to your undies. I know many women may feel uncomfortable in their own skin like I do right now, but I was not uncomfortable at all! Kynda was actually the one doing my measurements at this appointment as I believe it was a measurements training session for this particular dress. Either way there were two women in there with me, but I never felt uncomfortable at all! It was fast but extremely through. Just know that so far I am extremely happy with Crown Bridal, and any Bride who wants their dress experience to be perfect needs to start their adventure here!

I am the most self conscious person on this planet and I honestly dreaded going shopping as I was convinced I would NOT have fun. These ladies proved me wrong. MJ and Kynda were so kind and so much fun! I felt so comfortable and confident throughout the whole appointment! Which is a hard thing to accomplish for me 👏 Kynda was always within ear shot with fabulous ideas and support.. They both went above and beyond for me and I am so very thankful for that!
