Lisa & Bao were so accommodating at the hair & makeup trial and brought my vision to life! I have rosacea and had some skin concerns but Lisa worked her magic and had my skin looking FLAWLESS. Day of the wedding, they arrived earlier than planned and met all timelines. They delivered above and beyond for myself and my 4 bridesmaids. I can honestly say I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life and can’t thank Lisa, Bao, and Pang enough ♥ THANK YOU!

I inquired with DASS on April 19th, and received a response back to fill out an intake form on April 20th (the day after) which is perfectly fine.
I filled out the form on the weekend of April 28-30th. No response.
I reached out on May 2nd informing DASS that I filled out the intake form. No response.
I reached out again on May 4th asking if they are still interested in styling for my wedding. Received a response same day on May 4th advising me that she received my intake form and will be in touch tomorrow (Friday May 5th) via phone or email with details. I did not receive a phone call or email.
I reached out yesterday (May 8th) and asked if they would like to have a phone call today or tomorrow. I received a response a few hours later asking if 10AM tomorrow (May 9th) will work. I confirmed shortly after that yes it will work.
Today being May 9th, I did not receive a call at 10AM from DASS.
I was very excited to potentially use this vendor and I am saddened that this experience did not go well. I am happy for those who had a positive experience with this vendor and I hope future clients experiences will be better than mine.

I don't normally wear make up and I was worried I would be too made up on my wedding day and not feel like myself- DASS created the exact opposite! Lisa was so calming and wonderful to work with as she did my make up. She explained the difference in foundations and created the perfect look that also felt great on my skin. I didn't feel like I was trapped under 50 layers of make up weighing my face down. She was great at listening to my concerns and creating the correct solution.
They have such a calming presence and made the morning of my wedding feel like I had gone to the spa. We laughed, smiled, and even cried. I easily felt like I had known them for years.
My hair and make up continued to remain flawless throughout the night, even after hours on the dance floor!

The ladies were amazing and are so friendly. There were a bit of communication issues, but they showed up and delivered and exceeded expectations. They even wowed my mom who is hard to impress and stayed beyond their contracted time to help us. They are expensive, BUT are SO worth every penny! I would 100% recommend them! I felt like a duckling turned swan after their transformation! All of the bridesmaid that used their services loved their work and we had gotten so many compliments from people about our hair.
