Adam was the absolute best DJ I could have ever imagined. I cannot recommend him enough. We hired Adam to DJ and MC our welcome party, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Adam Freeman is a fantastic DJ, he made sure our wedding reception was perfect! From his professionalism down to knowing how to play for the crowd. I would rate Adam 6 stars if I could - there is not enough time to say how wonderful he was. I view music as the soundtrack to life’s moments, whether it’s picking songs to clean the house to, or enjoy a quiet coffee on a rainy day. My wedding was no exception. Add to this my husbands mother had passed away and we needed to make sure she was honored throughout the wedding. Adam got all of that and customized a plan for us that made the day so special. We had so many great conversations about music and my vision for the day, I felt so confident he could meet and exceed expectations. I’m telling you he was the BEST! Proactive in all the communication, able to step in with suggestions if we needed it, but so accommodating of my tastes and preferences. He helped wrangle our rowdy wedding party the day of to make sure everyone knew what to do for our grand entrance and it went off without a hitch! The dancing and music was so fun, but the most special part was how he helped us honor my mother in law’s legacy by working with me to plan a very special dance. He was able to share words that touched everyone’s hearts and seamlessly transition to the party part like no one else could. We got so many compliments on the music, the flow of all the activities etc. He knew how to cater to everyone’s tastes without playing anything that was tired or overdone. We danced the night away and had a great time. At the end of the day, there is something really special about being able to work with the specific DJ you are going to have, instead of a big company that sends out the best available. I needed someone I could work with, and he is the consummate professional, he loves what he does, and he knocked my wedding out of the park. I’m coming close to my word count so I’ll stop talking, but thank you again Adam for everything! I feel like I have a DJ for life!

Adam was the absolute best throughout the whole planning process. He was extremely helpful with each part of planning. When it came to the actual wedding day he absolutely delivered. Our guests complimented the reception and dance party! He knew exactly what to play and when. He was also extremely accommodating when my dads toast had a sound clip involved and he delivered without error. We would 100% hire Adam again in the future for any events requiring a DJ. Adam is truly the best of the best. He was the DJ for our wedding 9.30.23 and was a rock star from start to finish. From our first meeting with Adam almost a year before our big day, we knew we were in good hands. He is most professional and gave us guidance regarding our special requests before we had even officially booked him. Adam genuinely loves what he does and it shows. He made sure to get details from us to make our day run smoothly and worked well with our wedding party and event planner to get everything in place the day of. The sound quality was excellent and all of our speakers could be heard clearly throughout the ceremony and reception toasts. In addition to the "usual" we had some special requests and Adam worked with us to ensure our violinist and rap artist both sounded excellent for their parts during the day. As the cherry on top, Adam was a great sport and delivered our entrance better than we ever could have planned. The music was a perfect mix all night long and kept people coming back to the dance floor. He also expertly adjusted the volume to strike a perfect balance of party on the dance floor and conversation level for those taking a break. He checked in with us throughout the day to help us keep things rolling at a nice pace and also to make sure we were happy with the way everything going. On top of being a master of his craft, Adam is so fun and kind. Exactly the person you want to be the maestro of the party vibes for your event!

From the maid of honor’s perspective: Adam was spectacular! He was very helpful in explaining how things were going to work throughout the night. He worked with me to choose good shoe game questions and checked in during the night to make sure the music was good. He gave clear instructions for how to proceed during my speech/toast. The mic system was clear so everyone could hear speeches/toasts. He nailed the music requests from the couple in terms of what they wanted to hear. We were jamming all night long. He was also respectful of the volume requests in that it was loud enough to party but quiet enough that people not dancing could still have conversations. His positive energy is unmatched and I highly recommend him!

Adam was AWESOME! We were very picky about who we selected as our DJ and interviewed several. We ended up going with Adam because he has a genuine personality, loves what he does, and he wanted to cater to our wants and keep the dance floor going all night long. He was amazing at keeping the timeline flowing, announcements, and keeping the party going all evening. He played our most wanted songs and also mixed in songs he knew would fit well. We would give 6 stars if we could. We were in a pinch because our existing DJ fell through with only a few weeks to our wedding. Adam was extremely responsive, thorough, and timely. He accelerated his timeline for us, and gave us absolute peace of mind. On the day of, he showed early, did everything exactly as committed, and absolutely KILLED it. We can not thank Adam enough for helping to make our wedding absolutely unforgivable. I would recommend Adam to anyone.

When looking for a DJ for our wedding, we never really felt confident with anyone until we talked to Adam! He seemed like a really cool, chill person who knew his stuff and let me tell you he did! Adam did an AMAZING job as the DJ and MC for our wedding. Adam is very easy to work with and made the music part of the evening a breeze. DJ Adam Freeman is just the best! He was one of the first people we booked for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier. He was a great MC and did a great job with music selection. We got to sit down with Adam for a beer before the wedding to go over details and get to know each other; I can tell you not only is he a great DJ, but he is also a great person and someone we hope to keep in touch with.

Our original wedding was to be held in Battle Creek, when Covid caused us to cancel- we were super bummed to have to find a new DJ. We reached out to Adam and he graciously agreed to travel all the way from Kalamazoo to Charlevoix to be a part of our special day. Adam didn’t miss a beat all night! Our family had a fantastic experience with DJ Adam Freeman! Not only did Adam provide multiple, spot-on songs for the beautiful entrances and exit of the wedding party during the ceremony - he also accommodated multiple special requests, all while keeping a perfect flow of music throughout the entire reception from start to finish. In particular, Adam worked with our family, giving advice and helping us pull off a very successful song rendition, comprising of a large group of people, some dancing, some singing, a special surprise song for the bride and groom. Adam made our wedding an amazing party. He talked with us on multiple occasions before the wedding. One of them was for over an hour. He took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted. We wanted Arabic music, which he was unfamiliar with. He did his research and was able to give us exactly what we wanted! He did an amazing job of taking what we talked about and using it at the wedding. During the wedding, he was all about helping us and the guests. I never felt like he was trying to advertise or make it about him. I would highly recommend Adam!

Being a wedding photographer, I have worked with Adam on numerous occasions, let me tell you this guy knows what he is doing. He is organized, professional and fun to be around. Exactly what you want from a DJ on your most important day. You can be sure that the audio during your ceremony will be crisp and clear and that your dance floor will be rockin all night long. We were referred to Adam by one of our other vendors and we owe her big time because her recommendation was ON POINT! Adam is versatile and FUN! He is very easy to work with. For us, music was on the top 2 of most important things for our wedding so pressure was on! We had some weird/crazy ideas and he always said “okay, I can do that”. Our wedding was an American/Latin wedding so Latin music was a must. He admitted from the beginning that this genre wasn’t his forte, but after some research and a few guidelines we gave him, he was basically a Latin DJ at our party. He kept our guests dancing all night, used varied music and had a great attitude: you can tell he loves his job! He came early and made sure all his equipment was ready to go! He is very professional and detail oriented: the week before the wedding we had an hour long call going through all the details, mostly questions from him to help understand our vision, and he delivered! Adam is the best DJ in the area and we would recommend him to anyone looking to have a great party!

DJ Adam Freeman was a phenomenal addition to our wedding day. His enthusiasm and flexibility to our special day didn’t go unnoticed. At one point it started to rain and myself and Adam were running around looking for tarp to cover his system. He really could have packed up all his gear to prevent damage to his gear but he was determined to make sure we still would have music and speakers for our outside ceremony. At this point I knew he was much more than just a DJ. We met multiple times before our wedding to make notes and confirm the small but important details like cutting and threading songs to be custom just for us. The music at our wedding flowed and kept the crowd up on the floor dancing all night. Throughout the night our guests would approach me and comment on how great Adam was and his song selections and how he was very open to song requests. He ended up staying even later than planned with optimism. We really appreciated everything Adam did for us and will always recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ who is passionate about making his presence everything you would dream for.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT ADAM! My husband and I still talk about how perfect our day turned out and how instrumental Adam was in making things go smoothly. Adam is such an all around awesome guy, when we met with him the first time in person to nail down the details of our upcoming day, he made me feel assured and organized about the plan of events. I didn't realizing leading up to our first meeting how much a wedding DJ can do to make the day run smoothly. Adam took the lead and went through our entire schedule of events for the ceremony, and told us he would make sure everything would go according to plan. He listened and understood exactly what we wanted for music, asked the right questions, and really had us feeling confident when we left that meeting that everything was in place. The day of the big event, Adam rocked it. He make sure to come see us before we made our big entrance into the reception to touch base, and calm us down, and he even went through all of our wedding party to make sure he pronounced everyone's names correctly. Once the reception started he was on cue with all of the speeches, releasing guests for the dinner buffet, and every now and then would come over and chat with us about the timeline - ensuring we were getting everything done that we wanted to as plan, and making adjustments as necessary. Our wedding was unique in the way that we were finished with all of our "planned events" aka cake cutting, dances, etc. fairly early in the evening, which left ample amounts of time for dancing and festivities. I can honestly say that I have NEVER been to a wedding other that ours, that a DJ has kept no less than 20 people on the dance floor, FOR FOUR HOURS. We danced the whole night away to all of our favorite songs. Adam played the perfect amount of all of our favorite genres and was so fantastic about reading the room and picking up on the vibe of the dance floor. When my husband and I left our reception and walked back to our hotel room, we both said to each other, "That was the best party of our entire lives." ADAM FREEMAN is the DJ you want at your wedding. I cannot say enough about his wonderful personality, communication skills, calming attitude, and pure joy for his job. I could tell he truly loved being our DJ and his excitement and eagerness to make sure everything turned out perfectly, I will never forget. THANK YOU ADAM!!!!!!!!!!!

We are so happy we chose Adam as the DJ for our wedding. As two people who care deeply about music, we wanted to be be sure we found the right fit for our day, and Adam was it! Adam is extremely caring and friendly. From our first phone consult with him, we were excited to work with him. We were relieved and encouraged when we found Adam's Instagram page and he posted that he proudly DJ's all weddings and believes that love is love. Not once did he make us feel different or less-than compared to other couples. In fact, he embraced that we were a gay couple and helped us to make the night incredibly memorable for our family and friends. Adam is a great DJ and a great person. We are so thankful that we found him and couldn't be happier with our choice to hire him as our DJ. He could not come more highly recommended from my husband and I.
