He is one of the most attentive vendors we had the pleasure to work with. He truly takes the time to get to know his clients and what exactly they want. He got the party started and everyone out of their seats dancing. He was also amazing to other vendors and lent a helping hand wherever he could. He was so attentive to detail, from what he should wear to how to pronounce everyone's name. He came highly recommended to us and I completely understand why. He was an overall joy to work with. DJ Dayve brought our dream wedding to life and made us feel so special throughout the whole process, not to mention he brought ALL the good vibes! DJ Dayve came highly recommended to us from our venue and venue coordinator! The moment we met him and had our initial conversation, we knew he would be the perfect DJ for our special day. DJ Dayve was very insightful for song choices and graciously helped with coordinating the day and night. Last minute, I had a bridezilla moment, and decided against having strings/instruments for the ceremony, he was happy to DJ our ceremony music and took the time to pick out versions of all the songs that we loved and wanted incorporated in our ceremony. Dave was so kind, helpful, professional, stylish, and most importantly knew how to entertain and put on the best party of our life!! I can’t tell you how many guests told us it was the best music they have experienced at a wedding. He was so easy-going and fun, yet professional with us and our guests; he truly felt like a friend and guest during our wedding. My husband and I, along with our families, are from Chicago, so unfortunately my 91 year old grandmother couldn’t make it, Dave went above and beyond to figure out and buy equipment needed to set up the zoom meeting so my grandmother and other loved ones could watch the ceremony from afar. He is seriously the best and we cannot recommend DJ Dayve enough!!

DJ Dayve is an exceptional wedding DJ who truly went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable. From the very beginning, he was incredibly detailed and organized, scheduling regular Zoom check-ins to refine every aspect of the timeline, ceremony lineup, and music playlists for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He even provided us with guidance during the reception itself, letting us know when and where to be at particular points during the evening which allowed me and my bride to enjoy the evening with friends and family. But what really impressed us about DJ Dayve was his ability to accommodate multiple equipment setups throughout the day. Despite the fact that we had an outdoor ceremony, an indoor cocktail hour, and a reception in a different room, he was able to transition seamlessly between each location, ensuring that every detail was perfect. He worked closely with our wedding coordinator to make sure that all of the necessary details were taken care of. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with DJ Dayve's performance at our wedding. He's much more than just a DJ - he's a true professional who takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make sure that every detail is perfect. Having a great DJ was something that was very important to us as a couple when it came to our wedding. DJ Dayve was very professional from the start to end of the entire experience. He was super friendly, easy to work with, organized and helpful throughout the process of picking and planning each playlist. I really loved how we were able to pick from each playlist and make edits to songs we loved and wanted to be played and songs we did not want played. I felt like the process allowed us to have our own personal touch to the music that was played on our day. I loved how he asked what color suit we wanted him to wear the day of our wedding. The tan suit went perfectly with our color scheme. He worked side by side with our planner and made sure everything ran smoothly. DJ Dayve had all of our guests up on the dance floor. DJ Dayve was absolutely wonderful. He was both professional, organized, and very fun! We met with him twice before the wedding to make sure that everything we wanted music and light wise was correct, and he even included our wedding planner on the meeting. He asked us some questions about our music style and got a feel for what music we were looking for at certain points in the night, and he absolutely nailed it! Almost everyone was dancing for the whole night! We could not have imagined a better DJ if we tried.

DJ vs. a band was a hot topic in our home prior to booking, but after having DJ Dayve at our wedding there is not a doubt in ANYONE'S mind that booking him was the BEST move we made. DJ Dayve was instrumental in us having the best wedding we could have possibly dreamed of. It takes a special skill set to be professional, organized, timely, and accommodative… all things that are crucially important if you’re going to have a low stress day… but then to also have the presence, musical abilities, and swagger to ensure the entire crowd has a good time. We would give 100 stars for DJ Dayve’s rating for all of these elements, if possible. We all know that there are a thousand moving parts during a wedding day, but until you’re the bride and groom, it’s hard to appreciate how much truly is going on. Even when we surprised Dayve with a couple last minute changes, he handled them flawlessly. Equally as important as things working and flowing properly is the vibe being set throughout the day and night. We asked a lot of DJ Dayve… starting with a romantic, elegant, low key vibe and then on the opposite end of the spectrum finishing with an after party that got absolutely lit. He was able to strike the perfect mix for each of the settings and there wasn’t a single person (Grandma included!) who didn’t have an absolute blast. There were countless guests who asked us how we found Dayve and raved about how much fun our reception was… there is no greater compliment than that! If you want to exercise a lot of control over the curating of your playlists or if you want him to read and react to the crowd… DJ Dayve can do it all!

Having DJ Dayve to provide the musical entertainment/components for our wedding was THE BIGGEST blessing! DJ Dayve is extremely organized, helpful, and professional, and it is very clear he enjoys what he does! He went out of his way to communicate with each vendor to ensure the musical events and related events ran smoothly, especially when there were multiple musicians. He also spent extra time traveling to get a DVD from my family to rip audio and video to use at the wedding for my father-daughter dance, something he didn’t have to do but did! He eased many of my anxieties when it came to timelines and song choices after our very first meeting with the manner in which he outlines the planned wedding day. DJ Dayve was beyond professional and made our day so very SPECIAL!! He helped plan our wedding timeline and reached out to all of our vendors and wedding planner. He also was extremely organized in how he sets up his playlists on the computer. I loved how he had zoom calls and thoroughly planned our special day! He also played our Italian songs that we grew up with since my family is 100%- my family was extremely impressed! He played all of our songs!! We had the best wedding and DANCED THE ENTIRE DAY ALL THE WAY UP TO THE AFTER PARTY! He was the one that made our day special with all of our meaningful songs!! He's the best! We highly recommend him!!!! All of our guests still talk about how much fun they had!!

5 stars is NOT enough for DJ Dayve. Not only did he schedule multiple calls to make sure we had the ultimate playlist and schedule he wanted to make sure he we were nothing but satisfied. He arrived BEFORE every single vendor to make sure he was set up, everything worked, and we were happy with how everything was. If you are looking to get married in SWFL this year, next year or in 3 years book him in advance. Our guests PRAISED his work. I have NEVER been to a wedding where people did NOT want to get off the dance floor when it was over. I was so grateful, that my wedding was the wedding that no one wanted the party to stop. I truly believe that is all thanks to DJ Dayve. I could not be more thankful or appreciative for such an amazing DJ. He truly made our wedding.

Our experience with DJ Dayve was amazing from start to finish. We attended a wedding where he was DJing and we knew right then and there, he was the guy for us. He arranged a few meetings leading up to the wedding and allowed us to have as much or as little input as we wanted. & on the big day, he absolutely KILLED IT! We still have guests raving about the music and asking for the playlist. We know we will only have one wedding, but this definitely will not be the last time we work with DJ Dayve!

DJ Dayve was literally the highlight of our wedding. He had a live saxophone, drummer and second DJ for our late night silent disco and EVERY ONE (I literally mean every single guest) still raves about his performance. We were absolutely blown away the entire day. He is truly a professional DJ that can read the room— knows what to play, when! He steered clear from all of the music we weren’t thrilled over, and made some unbelievable remixes of songs we love. His intros into each song felt like we were at a literal concert. I’m not kidding, he was by far the most talked about thing at our wedding in Naples. I promise, you will not regret hiring him and his team. Almost all of our guests that are engaged are considering canceling their commitments and hiring him to fly out to their weddings in the Midwest because he gave us such a night to remember. For our beach wedding in Marco Island, DJ Dayve went the extra mile to not only ensure that our guests had a phenomenal experience, but also that my husband and I had a truly personalized and special ceremony and party. DJ Dayve was probably the best vendor at my entire wedding, and I cannot recommend him enough. When we first started the process of choosing songs with DJ Dayve, I was astounded by how detailed his list was. He truly reviewed our questionnaire and came up with wonderful suggestions for the whole night [ceremony, cocktail hour, dancing, EDM rave at the end]. Additionally, he went above and behind with small details. My husband and I requested an electronic rave for the last 30 minutes, which was the most fun! Also, DJ Dayve made a beautiful mashup of songs for my dad and I to dance to that included J Geils, ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Def Leopard, etc. I could go on and on about DJ Dayve, he is the absolute best DJ and an amazing human!

Everything about DJ Dayve was incredible. My husband and I were so nervous about the flow for the reception and Dayve calmed our worries. He walked us through everything. And the music was amazing.

If I could suggest ONE thing as you begin to plan your wedding, that is to hire DJ Dayve! He doesn't just provide DJ services, he provides an experience. From start to finish throughout the planning process he was organized (which is my weakness), fun and professional. The care and time he took prior to our wedding day to ensure he would offer the best experience was unmatched. We were able to collaborate through song choices and he enlightened me in music choices that I loved but never knew of before. Dj Dayve really shined the night of our wedding though. His set was so sleek and the up lighting added such a fun touch. He is an absolute genius when it came to reading the room. Each song he played, he looked up and read the audience and altered what he was playing according to how we were feeling. My guest list was small (because of covid) but we were mighty and everyone kept commenting how much fun they had because of him. He is an absolute class act and will hire him for every event moving forward. He really did make our wedding night unforgettable.

Once signing to work with him, he immediately laid out his timeline and all the necessary steps that would take place along the way. DJ Dayve’s booth and lightning setup was also something worth mentioning - it made the dance floor that much more appealing. Lastly, DJ Dayve may be the flyest dressed DJ out there! Dj Dayve surpassed every one of our expectation on our wedding day and many months prior to the event!!! He is so professional and so helpful in every way. On top of that he was so thorough and organized that it made our event planning and day of so smooth. Since our first phone call we knew he was it and booked him the same day. He set up and schedules three additional Video phone calls to discuss all our thoughts and plans. He gives his expert opinion on timing and works around our personal wishes. He also is really good at keeping surprises ( which we had a lot of at our wedding!) He was always available to talk through phone or text but we felt like those three calls were enough. He always had a smile on his face which kept us very calm! He does excel sheets with every step of the event, which our event planner was so impressed with. She herself used the excel sheets because they were so helpful. He learns everyones name and pronunciation perfectly prior to the event. He sets up hours before the Beginning of the event and this gives him ample time to meet everyone and find the perfect place for set up. He also calls the event planners ahead of time to make sure that that the day of runs as smooth as possible. his equipment is top notch and looks so professional and clean. He really reads the room and plays the music that will get everyone dancing! He allows you to pick and chose whatever songs you want or don’t want and can cut songs to make them start at the perfect time! He customizes everything and tailors his service to exactly what you envision. He works well with everyone on the day of the wedding including photographers videographers florist and guest. He takes the lead on the wedding day to make sure everything goes exactly as planned. We are so happy we made this choice and are looking forward to using his service in the future! We hired Dayve for ceremony, reception, uplighting, emcee and basically everything and anything he does! He created a custom mix for my fun father/daughter dance that was a combination of 5 songs. He also worked with a company we hired called CrowdSync that created custom light up wrist bands that syncs with him DJ’ing. Dayve even surprised us by showing up to our rehearsal to guarantee things went off without a hitch. Dayve was extremely professional and just overall and extraordinary person to work with.

DJ Dayve made our wedding a night we will always remember! Not only was he the most organized out of all of our vendors, but he made our night a freaking PARTY! He also made sure our that our whole night ran seamlessly and on time. Our experience was nothing short of PERFECT! DJ Dayve had everyone on the dance floor the whole night, I mean THE WHOLE NIGHT we had to literally drag people off the dance floor at the end of the night to do our sparkler send off. I even tried to keep him an extra hour (which he was on board with), but unfortunately the venue couldn’t make it happen. His setup was also spectacular - from the up-lights to the white dj booth I mean everything was on point! Every one of our guests came up to us after the wedding or in the days following raving about how incredible DJ Dayve was. All my other vendors decided to add DJ Dayve to their preferred vendor list because they loved him just as much as we did. Hands down DJ Dayve is the way to go, you’ll be in for a night you’ll forever cherish!

Dave was fantastic in every aspect! There is no question why he is rated the best DJ in SWFL. We highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a DJ. Dave’s organization and understanding of how the wedding should flow made our planning process so much easier and less stressful. Dave provided excel templates covering every detail within the wedding celebration which eliminated any uncertainty or confusion on our end. With these templates, Dave walked us through each part, step by step, exemplifying great communication skills and flexibility to work and design the layout that we wanted. In regards to selecting our music, we had specific songs that we wanted to hear and Dave helped us with the grey areas where we were unsure of. Dave has a wealth of knowledge in all kinds of music and different genres, and was completely in-sync with the style that we wanted. The final product couldn’t have been any better. The music for our wedding was simply perfect. Not only is Dave a great organizer and manager, but he is a fantastic performer! He absolutely exceeded all expectations here (and ours were very high!) Every single one of our friends and family raved about how awesome Dave was. At the end of the night, everyone was chanting “encore”! Dave obliged happily. Seeing that the party was not going to end, the father of the bride extended the music for another hour, and Dave truly made our night special. WOW!That is all I can say!My husband and I were nervous and anxious about working with a DJ we never met in person and didn't know anything about!We found DJ Dayve on several wedding websites stating that he was the BEST in Tampa area. We told him from day 1 that he was the 3rd most important person at the wedding after myself and the groom.Our friends and family love to party and dance and we told him he was the party starter!I can't tell you how many times the night of the wedding I was told by several people that they have NEVER been to a wedding where EVERYONE was up dancing.DJ Dayve had my 80 year old grandparents breaking it down on the dance floor!DJ Dayve OUTDID himself! DJ Dayve was amazing! He was so incredibly organized and prepared for all of our calls. He not only provided great recommendations but was also very accommodating of any and all requests. He is so professional that he even lets you select what color DJ booth you would like him to use AND what color suit you would like him to wear the day of your event. I was impressed with him before our wedding day but he impressed me even more on our actual wedding day. All of our guests were dancing the entire night - his playlists for the cocktail hour and reception were absolutely perfect and his energy was even better. I am so happy that we went with DJ Dayve and would highly recommend him to anyone that asked. He's the very best!!! :)

DJ Dayve was incredible!! The dance floor was packed all night long, just how I always pictured my wedding day. Numerous guests went out of their way to tell us how great Dayve was and how much fun they had dancing - including my 94-year-old grandfather! He knows how to pick the perfect songs for the moment and the crowd. During the months leading up to the wedding, he helped us think of songs for the wedding party intro, last dance, and all the other little details we hadn’t even thought of. He was always very organized and friendly which made the process even easier for us. A wedding is only as good as the DJ, and ours was the absolute BEST because of DJ Dayve!
