Domenic was amazing to work with! He was patient and kind throughout the planning process, and he's so thorough that after we made our selections for ceremony music, first dances, etc., he set up a call to make sure he had the right versions that we had in mind (and he nailed it first try!). On the wedding day, he arrived early and was ready to go with plenty of time to spare. He checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly.
When it came to the reception music, we gave him a short list of must plays and do not plays, plus some guidelines for genres we wanted to hear, and he handled it masterfully. People were on the dance floor all night! 10/10, would recommend Domenic a million times :D
PS - before the ceremony, Domenic came to where I was hiding out to run me through how the procession was going to work with music cues, and when he asked me if I was ready and I mentioned that I didn't have my flowers yet, he ran and got them from my Best Person, who was holding them for me while everyone got lined up. He's just too nice :D

You can work with him to compile a playlist of perfect tunes, along with a do-not-play list to keep the vibe consistent throughout your celebration. Domenic can provide professional-grade sound equipment, including microphones, to use for your speeches. He can also lend a hand with MC services, announcing you and your party at your reception. I love music! Music to me is a lifestyle, a culture a way of life. One of the things that I have always been able to do is relate music to different people. Even as a young kids, playing music for my parents and relatives I always enjoyed people's reaction to music! I bring this through with every wedding that I am a part of. I have been a wedding DJ in this area for over 20 years and as my full time career, this is a passion!

him a few must-plays and one or two things to avoid, along with some songs we love for the vibe we’re looking to curate, and he did the rest, seamlessly slotting in songs we loved with songs we didn’t know we wanted until we heard them. On the day-of, everything was a breeze – he showed up to set up early, caught us to confirm some final instructions, and expertly navigated the party and various traditions from both the bride’s and the groom’s side. We cannot recommend him enough!

My wife and I love music and go to many concerts, and have family and friends of many different backgrounds. We wanted someone who could play music for our wide range of taste but also across generations and genres. We had an absolute blast and spent most the night dancing. My family is of Latino descent and my wife is of Jewish heritage, DJ Dom excellently blended both our cultures and music.
It was a true pleasure to work with DJ Dom and his style and music knowledge was perfect. He didn’t try to be a salesman but instead made the whole experience personable and true to us as a couple. We highly recommend DJ Dom for your wedding our events.

Offering his professional point of view given his years of experience, professionalism, flexibility, and responsiveness, he really made the process so easy for us (which was quite timely and appreciated given all the "craziness" leading up to the wedding). We provided Domenic with a short list of songs (offering our insights with the kind of music "vibe" we were going for), but also allowing him autonomy to read the crowd along the way. He read the crowd very well, and got people out of their seats and onto the dance floor. The reception was a blast, and will be a celebration we remember for the rest of our lives. speaking with him. He had the perfect level of involvement before the wedding--we spoke a little bit about what we wanted and he gave us great advice about the planning process. Throughout the process, he was incredibly responsive, which was much appreciated. Closer to the wedding, we gave him a few specific songs (eg first dances, a few that we really liked), but asked him to come up with the vast majority of the set list. He did an amazing job extrapolating from what we gave him to create a beautiful musical experience all evening. Everyone was dancing once the dance floor opened up! It was such a smooth process. Perhaps more importantly, he was a terrific master of ceremonies– he kept everything going smoothly. On the day of the wedding, he had everything prepared before we even thought to ask, and did an amazing job all day. We highly, highly recommend that you hire him!

We spoke about budget in our first conversation and there were no s...
urprises. He returned emails in a timely manner. He arranged phone appointments when necessary and was always punctual.
He knows music!
When we asked him to play a few polkas for my German-American family, Domenic had ideas and suggestions. I mentioned that I wanted The Band played at cocktail hour…he knew their work and more. We gave him a very brief list of songs and he totally ran with it. I didn’t have to spend hours making a list of every song I wanted played. He just got it.
He understands that it’s a wedding.
Domenic announced when necessary and appropriate. He wasn’t obtrusive. The volume of the music was perfect. Our parents commented that people at the tables were still able to chat as others were dancing like crazy :)
I recommend DJ Domenic wholeheartedly.

alls was with DJ Domenic and I was so relieved. He had amazing reviews, was super calm and easygoing to talk to, and had awesome pricing for not only the reception, but the ceremony and cocktail hour too. It seemed too good to be true, but I booked him right away and am so glad that I did.
Every time we spoke with Domenic, either in emails or on the phone, he was amazingly helpful. We wanted to have an Armenian dance as a nod to my wife's background and he knew exactly what we were talking about...even when we didn't! He sent us a song that he already had and it was just what we wanted. He learned our 'don't play' list and took it to heart, even when it included an entire decade of music (I'm know I'm in the wrong here, I just don't like 80s music!).
I've heard from multiple guests since the wedding how awesome the music was and how much fun they had on the dance floor. Our main goal was to get people up and partying, and Domenic was instrumental in making that happen. I am so glad we found him and booked him for the biggest party we'll ever throw -- it wouldn't have been as amazing without him!

ion on our big day, I booked and didn't worry about it again. I should point out that this speaks to Dom's calming ability to take care of it all, since worry is basically my middle name.
He followed up to check in with me in the months leading up to the wedding, and I was feeling good, then about 2 weeks out I had a moment of panic: other than choosing our first dance and the father-daughter song, I hadn't thought about the music at all! The music makes the wedding! What if Dom wasn't what I remembered?? I spent the few days putting together a painfully long and detailed song list and sent it to DJ Dom, who got on the phone with me and patiently let me walk him through my thoughts, vision, vibe for the day. He assured me he had this and he'd keep the dance floor packed all night.
Sure enough, I didn't need to worry. Or spend all that time on the song list... Dom played the perfect combination of fun dance songs, classics and singalongs to keep all ages happy and having fun on the dance floor all night long. Somehow he did this without feeling like the playlist I've heard at every other wedding I've ever been to. He was engaging and professional without being in your face on the mic, and more importantly I could tell he was listening to what we wanted ever since that initial phone call months ago.
We had so many guests tell us how much fun they had dancing all night and how it was the perfect mix of music. Thank you Dom for helping us throw one heck of a party!

nic made sure to have several calls with my husband and I to check in a discuss our vision for the day! He gave us great suggestions when we asked for any, and was just so great to work with. The day of, everything went so smoothly! Domenic was there so early to set up and be sure everything went right! He checked in with us throughout the night, and all of our guests had a great time on the dance floor. We really didn’t give Domenic much in terms of what type of music we were hoping for and even with that, he did not disappoint! He played a perfect mix of music that any age could enjoy, and enjoy everyone did! We would not hesitate to recommend Domenic to anyone in search of a DJ for their wedding day!

He knows how to read a crowd and keep everyone happy. We got lots of positive comments on the music and the atmosphere that Domenic created. He’s laid back and was never pushy about making people get up. His natural abilities just had everyone out on the dance floor. He made the whole night and process stress free. The flow of the night was exactly how we envisioned it because of his talent. A DJ and the music can certainly make or break a wedding reception- and Domenic made ours a hit!

eak leading up to the wedding and he was easy to work with, implementing our suggestions perfectly. He does a wonderful job of not being intrusive and getting on the mic to be a MC of hype man. He really has a knack for reading the room and letting the music do all the work. He was great at directing the flow of the wedding by announcing first dances, cake cutting, etc. I can’t praise DJ Dom enough. The only regret I have was that because time flies by so quick, I never really had the time to mingle with him during the wedding. He is such a wonderful person with a good soul. I would love to find another reason in my life to hire him as DJ. He is the best energy source of a party. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough nice things about DJ Domenic, he literally made our wedding night perfect. If you are looking for someone who will listen to all of your requests and make your night special then you do not need to continue searching, this is your DJ. We can't say enough great things about working with Domenic!! He took the time to talk with us multiple times on the phone, going over each stage of the wedding and what we wanted....
We had a couple of non-traditional requests for music and Domenic was able to handle them flawlessly. He kept us dancing despite the surprising heat of our late September wedding and we can’t recommend him highly enough.

sonable and answered all questions promptly. Every song we put on our "must play" list was played and none of the "do not play" songs were played. He had everyone on their feet and dancing throughout the night. There was music for all ages, so our youngest as well as our oldest guests were out on the dance floor! One of our songs had a simple dance that has been an inside joke with my husband, the best man, and the best man's brother. Domenic made sure to play this song while the best man, his brother, my husband, and me were all in the room so we could participate. This added such an amazing memory to our already fantastic day. A couple of my guests wanted to sing "I Believe I Can Fly" karaoke, but Dom made sure to ask me first, and thank goodness he did! Everyone knows what drunken karaoke looks like, so I was so happy that Dom had my back. My husband and I met in college and about 10 of our guests also attended the same school, so Dom helped us to facilitate a college picture with our school's pennant. He was the perfect pick for our wedding!
