That’s the last thing we would want for any of our brides. You are not our first bride to have purchased a discontinued dress that has needed altered down. We’ve done this in the past many times, and our brides are always thankful for the hard work we put into making them look beautiful. After your alterations, your dress has been brought in two inches in total at the bust and an inch and a half at the waist. This is a common amount to take in and does not exceed two dress sizes. We were confident in our ability to alter the dress for you. For your first fitting, you had told the seamstress to take the dress in tighter at the top than what was suggested, and she did as you requested. When you came back in for the second appointment, you asked for the top to be let out because it was too tight, and she also shortened the dress from the waist to achieve a better fit. The seamstress did all these extra alterations without any additional charges. After your second appointment, we had set up another time for you to come back and try it on. Later, you called and cancelled this appointment and decided to have your mom pick up the dress without you having tried it on. You let us know that the dress was still tight at the top. We were committed to adjust it for you, again at no additional cost. It is not uncommon to have multiple appointments to get your desired perfect fit, especially when it comes to adjusting the sides. We are very happy to make the necessary adjustments that you would like, even with your current time frame. From the pictures that you shared, we could have your adjustments completed within a day.
