I loved being able to take all of that home to taste with my family before making a decision. We ended up going with tres leches, chocolate, and chocolate peanut butter for our 3 layers. Each one was delicious, but I cannot express how incredible the tres leches layer was! I also love that they will mail one layer of the cake for your first anniversary so that you don't have to freeze your cake. If you don't go with Edibles Incredibles you're making a big mistake!!

We really wanted a sports wedding cake with all our favorite teams, but I was not sure on how I wanted that to present on a wedding cake and they took the time to discuss vision with me and give me some ideas and sent me multiple sketches to verify what my thought were. With a much more complex cake design they were on top of it all and turned out perfect! Service was elite, they took care of everything. We did a 4 layer cake, all with different flavors, which our guests absolutely loved the variety and was talk of the wedding. The hardest part is picking the flavors because they are all so delicious, we ended up picking PINK STRAWBERRY CHAMPAGNE, PINA COLADA, CARAMELISCIOUS, VIVACIOUS VANILLA, all layers of cake turned out great! They’re time and dedication to creating a cake that is your wedding vision, and goes above in beyond in service and quality-i’m telling you the taste was unbeatable! They also provide a 1 year anniversary cake so you don’t have to store and freeze your cake, you get a freshly made one! Absolutely loved our cake and the service they provided, they are so kind and friendly and very helpful throughout the process!

ng the wedding cake of our dreams, which was a 4-layered almond cake with almond buttercream with roasted almonds sprinkled in the filling. I highly recommend that brides in the Northern Virginia area and greater D.C. area book this spectacular vendor! They book fast so get on it! For any bride, it is critical to do a wedding cake tasting with your fiancé. At the tasting at Edibles Incredible, Kevin and I liked the almond cake but wanted to tweak the recipe to not include the Bavarian cream. We spoke with Alan and Robyn about our ideas, and they tweaked the cake for us to come back and try another day. This new cake was an almond cake, with almond buttercream, and sugar-roasted almonds, and from the first bite, we both knew that THIS was the wedding cake for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we liked all aspects of our wedding cake, and they were incredibly open to any suggestions. On the day of the wedding, our cake had four round tiers and had a shell border and was placed on a beautiful gold board. The elegance and simplicity of the cake was complimented by roses from Karin’s florist and a custom cake topper we purchased from Etsy. The cake looked spectacular in all the photos and tasted so delicious. Many guests approached us during the wedding to ask us who the vendor was and many stated that our cake was the best tasting cake they had at a wedding. We had some extra cake left over which we froze to eat a couple weeks later during Thanksgiving. We cannot wait to come back for our one-year anniversary cake. 😊

ay 27, 2023 wedding. I sent an email with all of the wedding details such as date, wedding colors, and a photo of the cake we were looking to have. Robyn called within a couple days and went over the details such as how many tiers, the flavors, what kind of frosting, the design, and frosting color. We spoke several times via phone between December 30th until March 25, 2023 to go over details. Each phone call was confirming our cake would be white and styled as the photo attached to the email on December 30th. I signed, scanned, and attached the contract via email that has “White BC” circled and “light blue BC” crossed out. On March 29, 2023, I talked with Robyn on the phone to pay for the cake in full with a credit card. It was at this time we confirmed again that the cake was to be white. We spoke 4 more times on the phone between March 30th and the wedding on May 27th. On May 20, 2023, Robyn called my husband asking for him to confirm the cake would be blue. He told her no and to stick to what the contract says. I called Robyn within 2 hours of her phone call with my husband to confirm the cake would be white. At the end of the conversation, we both agreed it was a white wedding cake. On May 27, 2023, an employee from Edibles Incredible delivered a blue wedding cake to the venue. My day of coordinator signed for it and wrote that I will need a refund because it is not the correct cake. The day of coordinator then called Robyn to tell her to either fix the cake or refund my husband and me. On May 28th, I emailed Robyn asking to talk with her about the blue cake and explained that this was unacceptable. I did not hear from Robyn and sent another email on June 16, 2023 stating I want a full refund. On June 24, 2023, I spoke with Robyn on the phone. She stated they had made a mistake; however, she kept reiterating that I wanted a blue cake back in December. I argued with her for several minutes because I have never wanted a blue wedding cake. She claims to have misread the email from December 30th when I mentioned light blue flowers on the cake. However, since December 30th, we have spoken several times and confirmed the cake to be white. She refuses to give a full refund because the guests ate the cake. It was either we served the blue cake or had no cake at our wedding. I tried to explain this and she said she would only give a full refund if something was wrong with the cake. There WAS something wrong with the cake. It was BLUE and broke our signed contract, which leads me to believe I am eligible for a full refund. I also explained to Robyn that my guests thought I was pregnant with a baby boy. This is absolutely disrespectful to put me in a situation like this in a very conservative Greek Orthodox Church. As I explained this, she began to get angry and claimed she didn’t appreciate my day of coordinator calling her and telling her the cake was wrong and that it looked like a baby shower cake. Robyn then put me on hold for a short while and came back to say she can give me a $100 refund. I do not think this is acceptable at all. I am not looking for an apology (which was never given), I am only looking for a full refund because the contract was not fulfilled. I'd highly advise not to order a wedding cake from this company.

We called the day before the wedding to confirm delivery time and the day OF the wedding they took it upon themselves to change the delivery time from 1:30PM to 3:00PM (which was the time of our ceremony) They claim the hotel requested the change but I remained in very close contact with the hotel and this change was never decided by anyone but Edibles Incredible. When the delivery driver did arrive he was very rude. Our order also included desserts we did not request- one of which a guest of ours was very allergic to! So this mistake is an incredibly dangerous one especially when we tried so hard to confirm our order. Overall, we felt zero confidence in them throughout the entire process & it added so much stress to an already stressful process.

We also ordered a bunch of "Christmas-themed," decorated sugar cookies from them that were tasty and so cute! Our guests loved them. Our only complaint is that we discussed with them numerous times (via email and on the phone) that we had purchased a cake topper to be added to the cake the afternoon of the wedding, once the cake arrived at our venue - they walked us through how our coordinator could handle that, all fine. We were surprised, then, to walk into our reception and see that EI had decorated the top of the cake themselves, leaving no room for our topper? Our coordinator ended up putting it elsewhere in the room, but we were disappointed that such an easy ask had been ignored.

After the tasting, we had a conference call with Alan and Robyn to discuss our wedding cake. We could tell that they’re both very knowledgeable and passionate about wedding cakes. They’re also both extremely nice, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. Following our design consultation with Robyn, we ordered the lemon sublime 4-tier wedding cake. When the cake arrived at our venue, we were both in awe. The cake was so beautiful, and it exceeded our expectations. The cake was designed exactly how we discussed with Robyn and gorgeous accent flowers were also added which we did not expect. In addition, we received amazing feedback from our guests on how delicious the cake was. We absolutely 100% would recommended Edibles Incredible to anyone looking for their wedding cake.

Robyn at Edible Incredibles consistently made excuses afterwards, such as it was not her fault that she did not have the size pans needed and actually went as far as blaming Amazon for not selling the pans. She also refused to be reasonable about the fact that she changed the cake order without notifying the bride and groom at all. They have a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on the website, but know if you use them it will not matter. Wrong size cakes, not enough to feed the guests, no notification to customers, and continuous pushback while trying to discuss and rectify the situation. Use another company…don’t take a chance.

COVID bride who was forced to have a 12 person, immediate family only wedding. EID was great about it at first - they said they would absolutely reduce the order and refund our money - a difference of about $500. Now, 7 months later, they will still not return our calls or emails to discuss the matter. I was going to overlook the fact that they ignored my cake design emails and sent a plain white buttercream cake because they were so flexible and we made the cake work and it was truly delicious, but now they will not respond to discuss our refunds and I fear this is the only way to get their attention. Please respond to my emails! Side note: I'm wondering if Ivonne O. below got my cake? Lol!

If you decide to hire this company for your wedding, don't prepay them. We tried to talk to them about the cake a month before the event but they didn't respond until a week before. Three calls with Robin confirming the WHITE CAKE. Thank you for the wrong cake!!

They listened to everything we wanted and went over all the little details from the 20 pictures I had brought :) I wanted a lot. We had a 4 tier 3 flavored cake. The wedding guests thought the cake displayed was fake because it was so gorgeous. Needless to say the moment they ate it they were in heaven. They devoured the cake! We had NOT A SINGLE PIECE OF CAKE LEFT. Believe it or not, I only got a bite of the cake, I was heartbroken, but I was thrilled everyone loved the cake so much. I had been to a wedding a few months earlier where there was a lot of left over cake and I didn't want that to be our wedding so I was happy everyone loved it so much. Do yourself a favor and use them, its going to be the easiest decision you've ever made. Thank you so much Robyn, Alan & the Edibles Incredibles Team!

o scale down our order after we had the final RSVP count and they executed our vision with the gold molds to match our Versailles feel perfectly. Guests complimented our cake and it looked beautiful. My only recommendation would be to confirm details with them. We ended up making our order over the phone, so it made matters a bit more complicated when we had to finalize the flavors and number of servings and didn’t have a written order on file, just notes from our tasting. This was easily solved, though!

all delicious. Our guests raved about how delicious the cake was! We also ordered some gluten free cupcakes for a few guests and they loved those! The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process.

In regards to our wedding cake--it was a big hit with the guests! Our guests still come back to us saying it was the best wedding cake they've ever had, and continue to ask us who did our cake! Alan and Robyn were a pleasure to work with since our tasting. They were so incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to work with their customers and provide their services. Their sincerity and transparency truly adds to the quality of work. They were so pleasant and easy to communicate with, very flexible, and overall wonderful people. Our wedding cake came together beautifully and we couldn't be happier! Their Carmelicious cake is my absolute favorite cake *ever* and my wedding day would not have been complete without it!

When working with Alan and his team, it was incredibly easy to. We had a delicious cake tasting where we got to try many cakes and fillings for free. We did not have to commit with a cake design until about a month before the wedding, which was incredibly helpful for anybody who might like to change their mind last minute. They were very receptive to what designs I wanted on my cake and they did exactly what I wanted them to do. They were also really helpful in placing the flowers on my cake, which I know can sometimes be a hassle finding somebody to that is willing to do that for you. They are an incredible bakery that cakes are very flavorful and moist and I am excited to have the specially made one year anniversary cake next year!

We have never been happier to eat leftover cake!

We also chose simple but intricate detail for our wedding cake and rented a beautiful gold stand from them as well. We were very happy with the quality of the cake on our wedding day and no one had a single complaint. Many people went for seconds as well! There wasn’t a single slice left over. The only thing to keep in mind is if you rent the cake stand you will have to deliver it back to them as they do not pick up the cake stands for you.

My only negative note was that our cake was scheduled to be delivered between 2pm-3pm (so that my mother in law/florist could decorate the cake before getting on the bus to go to our ceremony at 3:45pm) and the cake showed up at 4pm. But going back to the details- we chose the vanilla raz & the lemon sublime with vanilla buttercream. Every thing about the cake was INCREDIBLE. They really live up to their name and we can't wait to get our complimentary anniversary cake in 11 months.
