a help manage everything with such grace. She made sure we were well taken care of throughout the whole event. She always made sure to always check in with us if we wanted something to drink or eat. The chef and waiting staff did an excellent job. Very professional throughout. The food was delicious. We constantly got compliments on how delicious the food was. All our guests were super happy with the experience. They even complimented how great Gina and catering staff was. The best part was our catering came with a full bar with bartenders. We will use Elegant Occasions with any future catering. I couldn't think of using anyone else. Thank you so much for such excellent service!!!

hors d'oeuvres at the cocktail hour . Like the other reviews, the dinner was very good and plentiful. My family was very happy and still talk about it. LATE NIGHT GRILLED CHEESE. Elegant Occasions offers "late night snacks." Are you kidding me? This was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. Guests are present from 4-10PM so by 9PM, the grilled cheese fueled the night on through. We had never been to a wedding that had late night snacks, but I hope it is a trend that takes off! BAR - Great bar tending service. The bar was set up outside to keep people moving and also make sure guests weren’t getting carried away. We elected to supply our own alcohol (beer & wine) and received the discount per person accordingly. However, after we bought from BevMo we realized it would have been less expensive to go with Gina’s full bar, so do the math ahead! They were even particularly helpful for guests that did not drink alcohol – supplying cider and serving the soda and NA beer we provided. Gina personally tended to the wedding party during the cocktail hour and dinner, ensuring everyone had what they needed at all times. WEDDING COORDINATOR - It was hard for us to believe on top of all the other great inclusions that Elegant Occasions has to offer that you also have a day-of coordinator (it says it in the contract, but it's hard to believe). We dropped off decorations ahead of time at the warehouse which helped a lot. Gina had the DJ, photo booth, decorator, etc all ready to go. The reality is most couples have never planned a wedding before, and Gina has planned thousands of events! Gina and Chef Rob even took over the photo booth which was a fun surprise. COST - My partner and I didn't look at many catering companies because when we found Elegant Occasions and put down a security deposit we know we were set. To some, the cost per person might appear high but the OVERALL VALUE is the best in the Bay Area. No extra fees, excellent service, professionalism. If we ever need another event catered, Elegant Occasions will be the first contact. Guests left happy and a huge part of it was the way Elegant Occasions made the night happen.

The most helpful was that she let our alcohol distributor deliver the alcohol to her early, so that she could pre-chill everything. She was well versed in the rules of our venue and walked my family through set up and break down to ensure we would receive our full deposit back. Gina went over and above helping with every detail including beautiful displays and designs for areas I had no idea what to do with. The service was amazing and the food was unbelievable. I was skeptical about how good buffet style food could be, but it was high quality and delicious. I live in Napa and I know good food, this competes with the best restaurants. Even our most discerning guests were extremely complimentary. We had four wonderful appetizers and for the entrees, Roasted Peppercorn Tri-Tip, Bistro Chicken with creamy lemon and wine caper sauce, Spinach and Cheese Ravioli with a creamy pesto . We also used the fabulous DJ and the Photobooth. They were engaged with the guests and created a fun energy at the reception. I'd like to advise you of some detail that maybe wasn't quite perfect, but they really delivered and exceeded all expectations!

From making sure everyone was were they were supposed to be to the to-die-for food! THey have a working relationship with Elite Entertainment and they flow together so well! Everyone on the same page and keeping us on track. We had the buffet setup with tri-tip and a amazing apricot chicken with amazing sides. It was PERFECT! Gina also made sure we actually ate food and had 2nd's! (WE ACTUALLY GOT TO EAT! :) ) Go with Elegant Occasions if you want amazing food and a organized contact.

One of the biggest things I have to say I appreciated, being the mother of bride, was that the day of the wedding I did not hear from them once with questions. I got married in Hawaii the previous week so we chose the luau menu and they all wore Hawaiian shirts and greeted the guests with a blue Hawaiian. Perfect for a fun, but elegant evening! Gina and her crew even worked with our venue on seating plan, and put up all the decorations so we wouldn't have to! This is a multi generation family run business and the passion for what they do hasn't stopped yet. I can't count how many times the groom and I have been told this was the best wedding food they have ever had! It was so good, 15 people followed us to our house for more (and a few groomsmen and the groom kept enjoying it again at 4 in the morning)! If you are looking for the best of the best, Gina and crew are it! If I ever have a need for a caterer, she will be my one and only call!

what I wanted for the room atmosphere. I was able to make my own hanging flower decorations and she placed them around the room with lighting and the prettiest draping to make it look like a tent. Robert is an amazing chef and everything he made was outstanding. As far as food the artichoke chicken happens to be my all-time favorite and all of our guests agreed. The tri-tip was awesome and so flavorful. The veggies were a huge hit and the fruit with dip was described to me as heaven ;). They attended to the wedding party amazingly as well. Gina does do photo booths, I found out too late, and if I could do it all again I would have had her do mine. Whatever you need I would check with Gina to see if she can do it for you and you will not be disappointed I can guaranty it! She also helped us with the DJ and they were amazing. I had just about every guest at our wedding tell us that this was the most fun they have had at a wedding to date and I will credit Gina and her staff, along with her recommended DJ for a good deal of that. The prices and service are top notch and you get a lot for your money. Thank you Gina, Robert & Staff!

I got to just enjoy walking in and having everything taken care of. As if that wasn't enough, the food was amazing. (And not just amazing for wedding food, but as in I would order it at a restaurant) I've had people raving about the food ever since the wedding a month ago!
