r. Still we wanted to have our wedding on film to rewatch throughout the years that was good quality but did not have to be movie perfect. This vendor went above and beyond expectations. We had Joe White as our videographer and he was AMAZING. Everyone loved him and he made being filmed seem natural for an awkward introverted couple. He helped with so much more than just recording our special day that helped keep everything running smoothly. I would recommend him again and again to any bride/groom planning their wedding. On the production side they were so polite and genuinely listened to our edit requests and went to great lengths to give us the video we had envisioned. The short story is perfect quality and so worth it to be able to share to social media and with family who missed our big day. It definitely took time to get to the final documentary product and while we think our video is absolutely perfect for what we were looking for, I will say for the documentary it is not top notch production skills and to keep that in mind when booking them. So if you want a video of your day but do not plan for it to be one of the major vendor splurges this is the right vendor for you and it was the right vendor for us! We will be looking back on our documentary video for years to come!

They obtained drone footage despite imperfect/rainy weather on our wedding day. We asked them to capture the moments we may have missed and our guests enjoying themselves and they got it all. They will work with you during the editing process to ensure you're happy with the edits, which I greatly appreciated. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The only thing I wish I could change would be to obtain every minute of film they captured, because it is so great to relive those moments through film and their talented eye. all the questions I had already answered on the questioner from the company. The day of the wedding he shows up 15 mins late and in shorts and a muscle t and smelled really bad. I never got his name. He didn't really speak to anyone and started to record which was great. Once everyone headed to the venue an hour away he was on the grounds and recoded the first look with the best man and my husband and the ceremony and than right after ceremony he disappears. We were supposed to be miced up which we were not and supposed to have two cameras which I did see tripod in some of the pics. We reached out to company immediately after our first dance. Weeks later they sent us a full refund and just now sent me a 40 second clip of basically nothing from the wedding. My 2 year old has muscular dystrophy and she has just gotten out of the hospital after 2 weeks and our vows talked about her and she was a big thing in our wedding and none of that is captured. A refund is great but I booked a videographer for a reason and I cant redo that day. From the emails from Embark the Videographer didn't have much if any useable footage. We asked for any of the raw footage and got 40 seconds. The ceremony wasn't recorded and I only got 2 second of my husband during the first look. How was this man front and center during the whole day but didn't actually record anything for it to be useable. I just want to cry.

We also received a longer documentary edit film with almost 2 hours of uncut footage including all of the important parts of the night. We debated doing video at all at the start of our wedding planning, but are sooo glad we have these videos in addition to photos.
