So kind and genuinely appreciative to do business with you. We were able to pay in installments online as well which was very convenient. Embark was very understanding when we needed to reschedule our big celebration due to covid. The company sent out a questionnaire a month or so before the wedding to learn the details. We didn’t know who the videographers would be until about the week of, but the two gents who were there on our day were absolutely amazing. They were so much fun to work with, very professional and relaxed yet ready for anything. They worked well with our photographer and followed her lead. We put in our questionnaire that we might need extra coaching/posing, but they mostly filmed us just as we were and we looked like natural models (lol a miracle!) I can’t say enough how much fun it was to work with Michael and Vahid… Our guests thought they were friends of ours, that’s how well they fit in. The final product was amazing. Because of all the craziness of 2020-2021, it’s understandable there would be a small delay. Good things take time, after all, but every few weeks we received emails about progress and I did appreciate that. I’ve heard horror stories of companies ghosting clients or becoming unreachable, but I didn’t feel worried for a second with our client manager Jesse. We got every clip as promised in just about 4 months, which honestly isn’t too bad, and only needed one minor adjustment on one of them. They were happy to do so and the revise was ready in less than 24 hours. The highlight film is incredible. No joke I tear up everytime I watched it. They chose such wonderful quotes from the ceremony and speeches. Every shot is so crystal clear, the overall flow is coherent, the sound of the voiceovers is clear and not muffled (my husband and I believe the officiant too? had attached microphones). They captured the entire day for 8 hours and it was just the right amount of time. They chose the music for the video and it was a perfect choice. You will not be disappointed in hiring this company, from beginning to end they were professional, down to earth and so incredibly kind.

est way to describe it, the highlight video also did not reflect the true wedding, which I had to tell them exactly what I wanted in the video. I also did not receive all the videos that was stated in the contract that I would receive. I had to ask for them after the fact and send proof of what was stated in the contract. I feel as they rushed to edit them. In contract it stated we would receive the videos in 1-2 months, it took them almost 4 months. If you don't have enough staff to edit the videos don't take on more work load than you can handle. I am giving it 3 stars only because I finally did receive my videos (after 4 months) and after initial review of their videos' they did accommodate all changes I listed step by step.

When I arrived, I was feeling anxious while getting ready and he was showering me with compliments and making jokes and it instantly changed my mood and I greatly appreciate him for that! The reason I am not giving them a 5 star is because their social media page (instagram) has not been updated. I think that is important when doing research, and I would like behind the scenes, or a preview as the timeline to get the video is a good amount of time.

Our head videographer, Vahid, made us feel so comfortable as he worked with us. Our final product was exactly what we hoped for, and more. Having a videographer was something people had told me to not skip out on and they were so right. If you are on the fence, JUST DO IT! needed to postpone our wedding due to COVID. On the day of, Kendra and Vitaliy made us feel relaxed and comfortable, and took beautiful shots without ever feeling like they were in the way. We love our videos and will treasure them for years! We would highly recommend working with Embark, and thank you so much to the entire Embark team!

ur wedding (they were very personable and had an incredibly positive impact on the atmosphere) and the final product is breathtaking. They had no problem editing and revising our video (2-3 times!), no questions asked. Very reasonably priced with the services they provided compared to the other videographers we met with. ll filmed our small officiating ceremony with less than 10 people and captured those little details. He was so compassionate and caring during tough times he donated his time to film our officiating ceremony. We loved our officiating ceremony video we are so excited for our next wedding video! When we first hired him, he sat down with us and asked what we were looking for to make sure he didn't miss anything. He also sent us a questionnaire a week or so before our wedding day asking what were some things we really wanted. He made all the difference in our wedding day. Getting our video back took about 2 months, with the back and fourth editing. It was worth the wait! I will always recommend Embarks, I have no negative comments to say about them because they are so easy to work with and accommodating.

ideo the perfect feel of us coming home! I have to say, I wasn’t sold on a videographer in general but I watch the video almost every day! Embark was completely open to the edits we requested (please cut out the wedding crashers!) and we see and remember new things from our day every time we watch it. On the day of our wedding, they were professional and discrete, when I showed my MOH the video, she even said “wait there was a videographer?”.
