EPIC floral was the first to respond and I am so grateful for that. Right off the bat, scheduling a call was easy and I got along with Jaqueline so well. I did not have to explain much for her to understand my vision and she came up with a vision board within days. I hired them because of their accessibility, flexibility, and genuine desire to make my wedding beautiful. This is crucial for me, especially as I was planning a destination wedding in Miami while working full time. Also, they offer a trial one month prior to event date (which they did over Facetime since I was working out of town). During the trial, Clara was eager to meet my wants while always keeping my budget in mind. Thank you for being so lovely to work with. My wedding day was absolutely beautiful. We decided on a ceremony 1 WEEK prior to my wedding and she still managed to execute the most beautiful arch with all ease and professionalism. Everyone involved in planning the wedding, from my planner to vendors and my MIL, truly enjoyed working with you. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business, Clara, or Jaqueline. Thank you for such a wonderful setup.

They arrived at the specified time on our wedding day and worked with our planner to ensure everything was setup and looking its best when it came time for the ceremony and reception and we got such great feedback and compliments from our guests - we can't recommend EPIC enough!

I truly saw the wedding I wanted and had dreamed of come together. We had so much fun through this process with this team. The day of the Wedding we met Clara, who is a so sweet, she delivered bouquets and boutonnières, which were stunning and saved the day right before the first look by helping with a boutonnière mishap. We briefly got to meet the team who were all hard working on building an absolutely beautiful archway, setting up all aisle runners, and setting up the cocktail/reception space. Thank you so much for all the hard work and making the day ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! We got so many compliments on the florals and Everyone got to take some flowers home at the end of the night which was unforgettable. The team was always accessible and responsive, we received an extremely professional and detailed proposal/quote and were provided a sample of the table centerpieces before hand giving us the visual assurance we needed. I was especially impressed with the team during the ‘day of’ chaos – arrived right on time and provided constant status updates as they worked the ceremony and reception space. g day that we can never get back. We were disheartened by the inferior quality of their florals, their substandard/ delayed execution, and their mediocre efforts to make things right. 1. Absent Cascading Bridal bouquet - They did not provide the cascading bridal bouquet that was in our contract. The minute it arrived at the venue, it fell apart in Clara’s hands. I had to use my bridesmaids smaller bouquets for photos. I was heartbroken that I could not do our bouquet toss as planned. My cascading bridal bouquet was supposed to be adorned with family heirlooms from my deceased grandparents; it was something sentimental that I envisioned in my photographs, so it was gutting not to have it. 2. Bridesmaids bouquet, MOB & MOG corsages, and both groom and groomsmen boutonnieres - all of these items were arranged with wilted, dilapidated florals. The petals were falling off, one by one before the ceremony even began. The flowers in the bridesmaids bouquets were even turning brown. This was another eyesore in our photographs. The boutonniere on the Groom himself was especially disappointing as petals were falling off during the first look; they barely made it pass the ceremony. 3. Arch - Although they tried diligently on the arch, you can see that there were baby’s breath flowers hanging down from the top, you could see that it was falling apart and the execution was sloppy. 4. Delayed reception - they were 30 minutes late to setting up the reception area. On my wedding day, when I should be enjoying the moment, I was faced with having to decide if I wanted to pay extra thousands of dollars to extend both photography and saxophonist due to the delay. It was upsetting on all facets and really affected my mood, which should have been one of the happiest days of my life :( The sad truth is they sold me on a vision that they were not able to execute. During our communications I had doubts, and they reassured me that they were going to live up and exceed my expectations. To my dismay, they did not even come close. Something as basic as a bridal bouquet was robbed from me! Epic Florals really sold themselves in our email communications but sadly, did not live up to it at all. After expressing our disappointment, they only agreed to refund the cost of the bouquets, nothing else. They asked me to look beyond their inefficiencies and appreciate the wedding. Their dismissive response felt unfair and ultimately, I wish more than anything that I could go back in time and choose a better floral company. It’s so disappointing because I can literally never get this moment back ever again. Beware!
